Bled Jezero railway station (Slovene: Železniška postaja Bled Jezero) is the principal railway station in Bled, Slovenia. The station is located above the west coast of Lake Bled. It is connected to the lake and the settlement Zaka by a footpath. It is located on the Jesenice - Sežana railway and train services from Jesenice to Nova Gorica call here approximately once every two hours in each direction, however the timetable is irregular. Some of the services are extended from/to Ljubljana and Sežana.

Podhom (pronounced [ˈpoːtxɔm]) is a settlement in the Municipality of Gorje in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia. In addition to the main settlement, it also consists of the hamlets of Spodnji Graben, Gabrce, Vintgar, and Vršce to the west.

Bled Castle (Slovene: Blejski grad, German: Burg Veldes) is a medieval castle built on a precipice above the city of Bled in Slovenia, overlooking Lake Bled. Lake Bled (Slovene: Blejsko jezero; German: Bleder See, Veldeser See) is a lake in the Julian Alps of the Upper Carniolan region of northwestern Slovenia, where it adjoins the town of Bled. The area is a tourist destination. The lake is 35 km (22 mi) from Ljubljana International Airport and 55 km (34 mi) from the capital city, Ljubljana. Lake Bled is 4.2 km (2.6 mi) from the Lesce–Bled train station.

The Vintgar Gorge (Slovene: soteska Vintgar) or Bled Gorge (Blejski vintgar) is a 1.6-kilometer (0.99 mi) gorge in northwestern Slovenia in the municipalities of Gorje and Bled, four kilometers northwest of Bled. It is located on the edge of Triglav National Park. Carved by the Radovna River, it is the continuation of the Radovna Valley. The sheer canyon walls are 50 to 100 meters (160 to 330 ft) high, with a total slope measuring about 250 m (820 ft). The stream has created many erosive features such as pools and rapids, and terminates in the picturesque 13 m (43 ft) Šum Falls (literally, 'noisy falls'), the largest river waterfall in Slovenia.

Sebenje (pronounced [sɛˈbeːnjɛʃ], German: Sebeine) is a former settlement in the Municipality of Bled in northwestern Slovenia. It is now part of the village of Zasip. The area is part of the traditional region of Upper Carniola and is now included with the rest of the municipality in the Upper Carniola Statistical Region.

Poljšica pri Gorjah (pronounced [pɔlˈʃiːtsa pɾi ˈɡɔːɾjax]) is a settlement in the Municipality of Gorje in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia.

Spodnje Gorje (pronounced [ˈspoːdnjɛ ˈɡɔːɾjɛ]) is the largest settlement in the Municipality of Gorje in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia. It includes the hamlets of Zgornji Graben, Furtuna, and Poljane on the Mežakla Plateau.

IEDC-Bled School of Management, located in Bled, Slovenia, is a business school. It was founded in 1986 upon an initiative of Slovenian business community as the International Executive Development Center. IEDC is dedicated to executive education only, operates independently from any university, and is run by a group of faculty under the President and Dean Professor Danica Purg, who has served as the dean since the inception. IEDC utilizes unique teaching methods: for example, it "has long been a champion of art as a tool in leadership development" (Anderson, 2008), integrated topics such as 'Sustainability for Competitive Advantage" throughout all long programs, and offers one-on-one mentorship with senior leaders for its Executive MBA participants.
