The Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław (Polish: Akademia Sztuk Pięknych im. Eugeniusza Gepperta we Wrocławiu) is a public institution of higher learning established in 1946 originally as the College of Fine Arts. From 2008 the university bears the name of Polish master-painter Eugeniusz Geppert.

The Racławice Panorama (Polish: Panorama Racławicka) is a monumental (15 × 114 meter) cycloramic painting depicting the Battle of Racławice, during the Kościuszko Uprising. It is located in Wrocław, Poland. The painting is one of only a few preserved relics of a genre of 19th-century mass culture, and the oldest in Poland. The panorama stands in a circular fashion and, with the viewer in the center, presents different scenes at various viewing angles. A special kind of perspective used in the painting and additional effects (lighting, artificial terrain) create a feeling of reality.

The Museum of Architecture (in Polish: Muzeum Architektury) is in Wrocław, Poland. The museum was founded in 1965 and located in the historic Old Town.The museum is the only architecture museum in Poland. It is located in a 15th-century post-Bernardine set of buildings, including the St Bernardine of Sienna Church and a monastic quadrangle with a garden. The Museum of Architecture was a founder-member of the International Confederation of Architectural Museums (ICAM).The museum's collections illustrate the evolution of architecture in general, although with a specific focus on Poland. The largest collection of stained glass in Poland can be found here. Permanent exhibitions on display are: "Relics of Wroclaw's Mediaeval Architecture"; "Architectural Craft from the Twelfth to the Twentieth Century"; "Wroclaw: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow"; "The Art of Geometry: A Gallery of Polish Geometrical and Constructivist Art".

Tumski Bridge (Polish: Most Tumski) is a steel bridge over the north branch of the Oder river in Wrocław, Poland. Constructed in 1889 it replaced an old wooden bridge to connect Ostrów Tumski and Wyspa Piaskowa. Until 1945, its name was Dombrücke. It is an old road bridge now open to pedestrians only. Tumski Bridge is also called Lovers Bridge, Cathedral Bridge or Green Bridge. It's a place of enamoured tradition for lovers. The bridge is full of love locks which lovers leave to cherish their feelings. An important part of the ceremony is to throw the key into the Odra river. In 1992 it was comprehensively renovated. During the renovation the original deck covering of Zores sections was replaced by an orthotropic deck.

Collegiate Church of the Holy Cross and St. Bartholomew (Polish: Kolegiata Świętego Krzyża i św. Bartłomieja) in Wrocław, Poland, is a two-storey brick Gothic collegiate church on the Ostrów Tumski (Cathedral Island), considered the second most important Roman Catholic church in Wrocław. It is one the historic burial sites of Polish monarchs. Along with the Old Town of Wrocław, it is listed as a Historic Monument of Poland.

The Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Wrocław (Polish: Archikatedra św. Jana Chrzciciela, German: Breslauer Dom, Kathedrale St. Johannes des Täufers) is the seat of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Wrocław and a landmark of the city of Wrocław in Poland. The cathedral, located in the Ostrów Tumski district, is a Gothic church with Neo-Gothic additions. The current standing cathedral is the fourth church to have been built on the site. Along with the Old Town of Wrocław, it is designated a Historic Monument of Poland.

Wrocław Market Hall (Polish: Hala Targowa we Wrocławiu, German: Breslauer Markthalle) is a food hall in central Wrocław, Poland. Designed by Richard Plüddemann, it was built between 1906-08 as the Breslauer Markthalle Nr 1, when the city was part of German Empire. The Hall was renowned for its then-innovative application of reinforced concrete trusses, which was unique in Europe at the time. The complex is situated by Piaskowa Street (Sandstraße), at the junction of Plac Nankiera (Ritterplatz) and Św. Ducha Street (Heiligegeiststraße) close to Main Market Square and the historic Old Town. It was erected at the same time as another smaller hall with the same interior structure at Kolejowa Street. Both buildings were created in order to organize street trading in the city center. Once completed, all street markets were moved into the newly opened halls. The building was not severely damaged during World War II and continued to be used as originally intended shortly after, whereas the Kolejowa Hall was destroyed and its ruins demolished in 1973. The Wrocław Market Hall was refurbished between 1980-83, and again in the years 2018-2019; it remains one of the biggest produce markets in the city.

The National Museum in Wrocław (Polish: Muzeum Narodowe we Wrocławiu), established 28 March 1947 and officially inaugurated on 11 July 1948, is one of Poland's main branches of the National Museum system. It holds one of the largest collections of contemporary art in the country.

The Silesian Museum of Fine Arts in Breslau (German: Schlesisches Museum für bildende Künste in Breslau) was an art museum located on Museum Square in Breslau, Prussia. The museum was operating from 1880 to 1945, when it burned down after the bombing.

The Province of Lower Silesia (German: Provinz Niederschlesien; Silesian German: Provinz Niederschläsing; Polish: Prowincja Dolny Śląsk; Silesian: Prowincyjŏ Dolny Ślōnsk) was a province of the Free State of Prussia from 1919 to 1945. Between 1938 and 1941 it was reunited with Upper Silesia as the Province of Silesia. The capital of Lower Silesia was Breslau (now Wrocław in Poland). The province was further divided into two administrative regions (Regierungsbezirke), Breslau and Liegnitz. The province was not congruent with the historical region of Lower Silesia, which now lies mainly in Poland. It additionally comprised the Upper Lusatian districts of Görlitz, Rothenburg and Hoyerswerda in the west, that until 1815 had belonged to the Kingdom of Saxony, as well as the former County of Kladsko in the southeast. The province was disestablished at the end of World War II and with the implementation of the Oder–Neisse line in 1945, the area east of the Neisse river fell to the Republic of Poland. The smaller western part was incorporated into the German states of Saxony and Brandenburg.

The Archdiocese of Wrocław (Polish: Archidiecezja wrocławska; German: Erzbistum Breslau; Czech: Arcidiecéze vratislavská; Latin: Archidioecesis Vratislaviensis) is a Latin Church ecclesiastical territory or archdiocese of the Catholic Church centered in the city of Wrocław in Poland. From its founding as a bishopric in 1000 until 1821, it was under the Archbishopric of Gniezno in Greater Poland. From 1821 to 1930 it was subjected directly to the Apostolic See. Between 1821 and 1972 it was officially known as (Arch)Diocese of Breslau.

Ostrów Tumski (Polish pronunciation: [ˈɔstruf ˈtumski], lit. 'Cathedral Island', German: Dominsel) is the oldest part of the city of Wrocław in south-western Poland. It was formerly an island (ostrów in Old Polish language) between branches of the Oder River.
