16 Collyer Quay, formerly Hitachi Tower is a 37-storey, 166 m (545 ft), skyscraper in the central business district of Singapore. It is located on 16 Collyer Quay, in the zone of Raffles Place, near Chevron House, Change Alley, Tung Centre, and The Arcade, all of which are roughly 100 metres away. Facing Clifford Pier, the building commands a panoramic view of Marina Bay. It has an underground linkage to Raffles Place MRT station. The skyscraper has a spire that is 13 m (43 ft), which increases the tower overall height from 166 to 179 m (545 to 587 ft) It is on a 999-year leasehold.16 Collyer Quay has a net lettable area of approximately 25,980 m2 (279,600 sq ft). The building had close to 100% occupancy as of December 31, 2007, and key tenants include Hitachi and American Express.

Chevron House, formerly called Caltex House, is a high-rise skyscraper located in the central business district of Singapore. It is located on 30 Raffles Place, in the financial district of Raffles Place. The building is near several buildings and landmarks, such as Singapore Land Tower, 16 Collyer Quay, Change Alley and The Arcade, all of which are less than 100 metres (110 yd) away. The development has direct underground access to Raffles Place MRT station. 16 Collyer Quay, a nearby neighbour of Chevron House, shares a four-level retail podium with the building. Raffles Place MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) interchange station on the North South Line (NSL) and East West Line (EWL) in Singapore. Located in the Downtown Core, the station is underneath Raffles Place, the centre of Singapore's financial district, south of the Singapore River. The station serves various landmarks including Merlion Park and the Asian Civilisations Museum and various commercial buildings such as One Raffles Place and OCBC Centre. Initially named Central MRT station, the station was part of the early plans for the original MRT network since 1982. Construction of the tunnels between the City Hall and Raffles Place stations required the draining of the Singapore River. The station opened on 12 December 1987 with the MRT extension to Outram Park station. Cross-platform transfers between the NSL and EWL began on 28 October 1989, ahead of the opening of the MRT eastern line extension to Tanah Merah station on 4 November which split the MRT network into two lines. The station has ten entrances, with three of them adopting colonial-style facades. Three artworks are displayed at the station: two murals by Lim Sew Yong and Thang Kiang How depict scenes of Singapore's history, while Aw Tee Hong's sculpture takes inspiration from Chinese junks.

Raffles Place Park is a 0.6-hectare park in Singapore. It is strategically located in the central business district, having intensive pedestrian traffic with commercial buildings located on both sides. Many working subjects and professionals around the area visit the park. The lush Zoysia lawns on raised planters is the main feature of this park. These raised planters can also be rendered as sitting platform for park users. The Ocean Financial Centre is an office building located at Collyer Quay in the Raffles Place region of Downtown Core planning area, Singapore. It is built on the site of the former Ocean Building, which has been demolished. The new building retained the name and many of the tenants of the former office block, and will serve primarily as a home to financial corporations. The building features a large solar array and is located next to Raffles Place MRT station. On 17 October 2011, K-REIT Asia acquired the building from Keppel Land for more than S$2 billion.Ocean Financial Centre used to house the Honorary Consulate of Cyprus on the 37th floor of the building.

One Raffles Place, formerly Overseas Union Bank Centre or OUB Centre is one of the tallest skyscrapers in the city of Singapore. It was the tallest together with the UOB Plaza and Republic Plaza until the construction of Guoco Tower in 2016. The building sits at the city centre of Raffles Place.

Six Battery Road, formerly the Standard Chartered Bank Building, is a high-rise skyscraper located in the central business district of Singapore. It is located on 6 Battery Road, in Raffles Place. The tower is situated adjacent to the Bank of China Building and faces the Singapore River. It is a class-A office building, and houses offices of several multi-national companies. The development has a net floor area of 46,060 m2 as at 30 June 2007, and has direct access to Raffles Place MRT station. At its completion, it was the largest building for the Standard Chartered Bank worldwide and also represented the largest single investment by a British company. The building is on a 999-year leasehold.

Clifford Pier was a former pier located beside Collyer Quay at Marina Bay within the Downtown Core of the Central Area, Singapore. The pier, which opened in 1933, ceased operations in 2006. In 2008 the site was converted into a restaurant, One on the Bund, with Chinese cuisine. This restaurant closed in 2014 and was replaced by another restaurant, The Clifford Pier, which offers a selection of local, Asian, and Western dishes under the operations of the Fullerton Bay Hotel.

The Bank of China Building is a development consisting of two skyscrapers located in the central business district of Singapore. It is located on 4 Battery Road, adjacent to 6 Battery Road, Maybank Tower, and roughly 100 metres from the Fullerton Hotel. The Tower serves as the headquarters for the Bank of China.
