El Paso High School

Cathedral High School (CHS) is a private, Roman Catholic, high school for boys in El Paso, Texas, United States. It was established in 1925 and is part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of El Paso.

The Woman's Club of El Paso was founded in the late nineteenth century, and during that time was the only woman's organization in El Paso, Texas. The Woman's Club also allowed women in El Paso to become involved in community service and activism. The building which is the home for the club is located on 1400 N. Mesa Drive, and was erected in 1916. The club, now a non-profit organization, traces its official origins back to 1894, and continues to provide an "educational and cultural center for its members." The building is registered in the National Register of Historic Places.

St. Patrick Cathedral is the seat of the Roman Catholic Diocese of El Paso, Texas. The cathedral is located at 1118 N. Mesa Street, north of the downtown area. It is the mother church for 668,000 Catholics in the diocese (80.8% of total population; as of the 2006 survey). The cathedral parish operates one of El Paso's Catholic high schools, Cathedral High School, and St. Patrick Elementary School adjacent to the church.

The Church of St. Clement is a parish of the Anglican Diocese of the Southwest, located in the center of El Paso, Texas. Established in 1870 as the first Anglican/Episcopal church in El Paso, its current building dates to the early 20th century. The congregation left the Episcopal Church during the Anglican realignment while retaining its building and joined the Anglican Church in North America.

H&H Car Wash and Coffee Shop was a restaurant in El Paso, Texas. The business was named one of "America's Classics" by the James Beard Foundation Awards in 2001.

The International Museum of Art is a museum in El Paso, Texas housed in a historic residence designed by Henry C. Trost. The home was the W.W. Turney residence built for state legislator, lawyer, and rancher William Ward Turney in 1908. The International Museum of Art shares history with the El Paso Museum of Art, which occupied the Turney building until 1998. After it moved into its new building, the International Museum of Art reopened in 1999.

The Four Dead in Five Seconds Gunfight was a famous gun fight that occurred on April 14, 1881, on El Paso Street, in El Paso, Texas. Witnesses generally agreed that the incident lasted no more than five seconds after the first gunshot, though a few would insist it was at least ten seconds. Marshal Dallas Stoudenmire accounted for three of the four fatalities with his twin .44 caliber Smith & Wesson revolvers.

El Paso Street is located in downtown El Paso. El Paso Street leads to a vehicular and pedestrian bridge into Ciudad Juárez, México and is owned by the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT). The street is well known as a shopping area serving both Mexican and United States shoppers.

The Montana Avenue Historic District in El Paso, Texas is a historic district which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004. It includes area of 26 acres (11 ha), in the 1000 through 1500 blocks of Montana Avenue. It included 69 contributing buildings: 51 houses, two churches, and 13 garages, as well as non-contributing buildings (mostly garages in the alley behind the houses).It is a mostly residential area located in the Franklin Heights Addition at the foothills of the Franklin Mountains, about 1 mile (1.6 km) northeast of El Paso's central business district. It includes two-story brick Prairie Style, Classical Revival, and Queen Anne style works, including several designed by architect Henry C. Trost.

The WestStar Tower (alternatively the WestStar Tower at Hunt Plaza) is a high-rise located at 601 North Mesa Street in Downtown El Paso, Texas. It was completed in 2021 and surpassed the Wells Fargo Plaza as the tallest building in El Paso, with a height of 314 ft (96 m). The tower has 20 stories in total. Covering an entire city block, the tower has a ground-level park area, outdoor seating and dining, and about 262,000 square feet (24,300 m²) of Class A+ office space. Alongside this, it also has 13,000 square feet (1,200 m²) of office and retail space on the ground floor. On completion, the building was the first skyscraper above 300 feet built in El Paso for nearly 50 years.

The Henry C. Trost House is a historic house in El Paso, Texas. It was built in 1908-1909 for architect Henry C. Trost of Trost & Trost, who designed it. Trost lived here with his siblings: two brothers and a sister. It was purchased by the Grossbeck in 1948, and it was later acquired by Robert McGregor, who teaches at El Paso Community College. The house has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since July 12, 1976.

Sunset Heights is a historic area in El Paso, Texas; which has existed since the latter part of the 1890s. Many wealthy residents have had their houses and mansions built on this hill. Although some buildings have been renovated to their former glory, many have been neglected and have deteriorated. An organization, the Sunset Heights Improvement Association helps neighbors on a fixed income to manage home maintenance and also sponsors an annual tour.
