Tufnell Park is a London Underground station in Islington, close to its boundary with Camden. It is located in the Tufnell Park neighbourhood. It is on the High Barnet branch of the Northern line, between Archway and Kentish Town, and in Travelcard Zone 2.

Junction Road is a section of the A400 road in Upper Holloway, north London, running between Archway tube station (at the top of Holloway Road) and Tufnell Park tube station (where the A400 continues southwards as Fortess Road). The street has a number of restaurants, bars and pubs. Junction Road is home to Archway Tower, a building whose appearance is divisive and there is debate as to whether it should be demolished. However, the tower was remodelled in the 2010s with new cladding providing a more modern appearance. Junction Road railway station stood on the corner of Junction Road and Station Road until its closure in 1943. It was on what is now London Overground's Gospel Oak to Barking line, between Gospel Oak station and Upper Holloway station. The postal district is N19.

Acland Burghley School is a mixed comprehensive secondary school in the Tufnell Park area of the London Borough of Camden, in London, England. The school received specialist status as an Arts College in 2000 and is a part of the LaSWAP Sixth Form Consortium.

Junction Road railway station (originally Junction Road for Tufnell Park) was a railway station in London (1872-1943). The station was opened by the Tottenham & Hampstead Junction Railway. It was at the corner of Junction Road and its purpose-built spur, Station Road, in N19 between the districts of Dartmouth Park and Tufnell Park then in the tapering north of the old parish of Islington. It comprised two wooden platforms, accessed by means of a footbridge and stairs, and also served the nearby Tufnell Park goods depot. Trains from the station generally ran between St Pancras or Kentish Town to Barking or Southend; however, over its history trains ran to a number of other locations including Cambridge, Chingford and Victoria. It was initially very heavily used, mainly owing to the nearby Metropolitan Cattle Market; at its peak, it was used in 1902 by over 140,000 passengers. When the nearby Tufnell Park Underground station was opened on the Charing Cross, Euston and Hampstead Railway (now the Northern line), passenger levels dropped drastically; in a 1937 poem, John Betjeman set a dark poetic lament at "this lonely station". The station was closed on 3 May 1943 and demolished in the early 1950s; the only remaining evidence of the station are the name "Station Road" and the old Station Master's House on Junction Road. The Gospel Oak to Barking Line is the name for the current, longer line. Calls for this station to be rebuilt, offering an interchange with the Northern line were amassed and presented in 2013. The Mayor of London and Transport for London jointly replied in a standard response to unfunded proposals to non-needy areas in public transport. They had no plans to do so; they will keep the possibility under review.

Shaolin Temple UK is a martial arts school and centre for study of Shaolin culture, in particular Gong Fu-Ch'an, Qigong and Ch'an Buddhist Meditation. It was founded in 2000 by Shaolin monk Shi Yanzi, and is located in North London, England, between the Tufnell Park and Archway Northern Line tube stations. Shaolin Temple UK is an official emissary of the 1,500-year-old Shaolin Temple in Henan Province in China, by direct mandate from the Abbot Venerable Shi Yong Xin.Classes are taught by Shi Yanlei and 35th generation disciples: Shi Hengdao, Hengjiu, Hengshang and Hengdi.The school emphasises balanced training both in the external and internal martial arts. Students typically train both in Gong Fu and Qigong.

Tufnell Park is an area in north London, England, in the London boroughs of Islington and Camden. Its existence as a district or neighbourhood in Inner London is consolidated by its tube station on the Northern Line which, non-exclusively, serves this area of former farmland last owned by a wealthy branch of the Tufnell family before its development. The station opened in 1907; this is also the nearest tube station for the similarly residential Dartmouth Park, a higher area towards the centre of Highgate. The two are separated by part of today's London Overground line built in the 19th century; however, Junction Road railway station between the two "Park" districts closed in 1943, on the GOBLIN, the spur line of the main Overground loop about 200 metres north of the tube station. Tufnell Park Football Club was a football club based immediately south of the overground railway, where Tufnell Park Playing Fields and a playground is today. One of the top amateur clubs in the country in the early 20th century, it merged in 1950 into Edmonton F.C., in turn merging in 1973 into Haringey Borough F.C. based at Coles Park, Tottenham.

The Pineapple is a Grade II listed public house at 51 Leverton Street, Kentish Town, London.It was built in about 1868.Its resident cat was called Spongebob.

Camden Black Sisters (CBS) is a community organization founded in 1979, which provides support to black women in the London Borough of Camden. It was especially noteworthy as a site of community activism in the 1980s.

St John the Baptist, now the Christ Apostolic Church, is a grade II listed building at 23 Highgate Road, Kentish Town, London.The site was originally the location of an ancient chapel-of-ease which was replaced in 1783 with a church designed by the architect James Wyatt.That church was in turn substantially rebuilt in 1843-45 by James Hakewill although the nave walls and apse of the original church were reused in the new church. The church became redundant in 1993 and was used for all-night raves but more recently it has been taken over by the Christ Apostolic Church UK and is used as a place or worship once more. The church is on Historic England's Heritage at Risk register.

The O2 Forum Kentish Town is a concert venue in Kentish Town, London, England owned by MAMA & Company, and originally built in 1934.

The Bull & Gate is a Grade II listed public house at 389 Kentish Town Road, Kentish Town, London.It was built in 1871.The pub had a long history as music venue, with bands such as Coldplay, Blur and Nirvana playing there towards the start of their careers. It ceased operations as a venue in 2013, after being sold by previous owners to the Young's pub chain.

The Assembly House is a Grade II listed public house at 292–294 Kentish Town Road, Kentish Town, London.It was built in 1898 by Thorpe and Furniss.
