Salm Palace

Thun Palace (Czech: Thunovský palác) is a palace in Malá Strana, Prague, that houses the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic. It has been listed as a National Cultural Monument of the Czech Republic since 1992.

The obelisk at Prague Castle is a granite monolith and World War I memorial designed by Jože Plečnik, installed at Prague Castle in Prague, Czech Republic. It stands 16 meters high. It is located in the Third Castle Courtyard.The obelisk was donated by Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk. It was erected in late 1928 to mark the tenth anniversary of the establishment of the First Czechoslovak Republic. The obelisk was originally to have been much larger, but while it was being transported to its intended location in 1928, it broke in two, and only part could be salvaged.

The equestrian statue of Saint George is installed at Prague Castle in Prague, Czech Republic. The bronze sculpture was created in 1373 by Transylvanian Saxon sculptors Martin and Georg of "Clussenberch", today's Cluj (Martinum et Georgium de Clussenberch in the Latin inscription, in which the dialectal Saxon city name is used). The statue was probably cast in Nagyvárad/Großwardein, today's Oradea, where two other works by the two brothers have stood in the dome square until being melted for their metal in the 17th century during the Turkish wars.According to a Hungarian blog, the statue was first erected in the main church of Bratislava, then moved to Königgrätz, and was only brought to Prague in 1471. It speculates that Louis I (1342–1382) presented it as a gift to Emperor Charles IV.The statue was made with the lost-wax casting method, and was turned into a fountain statue in the 16th century.

The Church of the Virgin Mary was the first known church built in the current area of the Prague Castle. The structure was built by Prince Borivoj I after 884, making it not only the oldest church in Prague Castle but also the second oldest in Bohemia. The church was rebuilt after a fire in the 11th century, but was eventually destroyed again in the 13th century and not rebuilt; it is known today due to excavations directly under extant administrative buildings. The surviving foundations indicate a rectangular nave and a semicircular apse; archaeological surveys uncovered tombs for members of the royal Přemyslid dynasty which was prominent in Bohemia during the early Christian era.

The Metropolitan Cathedral of Saints Vitus, Wenceslaus and Adalbert (Czech: metropolitní katedrála svatého Víta, Václava a Vojtěcha) is a Roman Catholic metropolitan cathedral in Prague, the seat of the Archbishop of Prague. Until 1997, the cathedral was dedicated only to Saint Vitus, and is still commonly named only as St. Vitus Cathedral. This cathedral is a prominent example of Gothic architecture, and is the largest and most important church in the country. Located within Prague Castle and containing the tombs of many Bohemian kings and Holy Roman Emperors, the cathedral is under the ownership of the Czech government as part of the Prague Castle complex. Cathedral dimensions are 124 by 60 metres (407 ft × 197 ft), the main tower is 102.8 metres (337 ft) high, front towers 82 metres (269 ft), arch height 33.2 metres (109 ft).

Matthias Gate, or Matthias' Gate, is a gate between the first and the second courtyards of Prague Castle in Prague, Czech Republic. It was erected by Matthias, Holy Roman Emperor in 1614.

The Embassy of Italy in Prague (Italian: Ambasciata d'Italia a Praga) is located on Nerudova street in Mala Strana, Prague, next door to the church of Our Lady of Caetans and opposite the Romanian Embassy. It occupies the large Thun-Hohenstein Palace, which is named after the Thun und Hohenstein family. The embassy's baroque facade features a doorway guarded by two carved eagles.

The Old Royal Palace (Czech: Starý královský palác) is part of the Prague Castle, Czech Republic. Its history dates back to the 12th century and it is designed in the Gothic and Renaissance styles. Its Vladislav Hall is used for inaugurations, being the most important representative hall in the country. It is also home to a copy of the Czech crown.
