It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.On 22/11/2019 a concept development application was lodged covering Studley Park and part of the adjoining golf course for a staged development comprising demolition, restoration works to Studley Park House, construction of 2 story hotel and at-grade parking, construction of 4 residential flat buildings with 2-4 stories and basement parking as well as associated road access, vegetation removal, landscaping and civil infrastructure.

The original designer is unconfirmed, with 1950-60s additions completed by Marcel Weyland. The homestead was built from 1817 to 1827. The property is privately owned and was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 22 December 2006.

Named in honour of Elizabeth Macarthur, wife of John Macarthur, both Australian agricultural pioneers, the school was established in 1988 and caters for approximately 1,200 students from Year 7 to Year 12, including approximately sixty indigenous students.The school provides agriculture as a school subject. The school has an established performance in livestock shows, such as the Camden Show and the Royal Easter Show.On 21 June 2019, the school was evacuated due to an unspecified police operation. It was discovered that the reason for the evacuation was a bomb threat.

It was designed and built from 1815 to 1834. It is also known as Orielton Farm and Orielton Homestead. The property is privately owned. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 22 December 2006.
