The Quin Building is an historic structure located at 500 4th Avenue in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter, in the U.S. state of California. It was built in 1930.

Harbor Club Condominiums is a high-rise residential building in San Diego, California, United States composed of two towers of equal height. The 41-story towers have a height of 424 feet (129 m) and are a prominent fixture in the city's skyline. Located in the Marina district of Downtown San Diego, Harbor Club was designed by architects BPA Architecture Planning Interiors. The condos are located near the San Diego Convention Center and Petco Park. The towers are currently the eighth-tallest buildings in San Diego.

The Asian Pacific Thematic Historic District (APTHD), San Diego's historic Chinatown, is an eight-block district adjacent to and in part overlapping with the Gaslamp Quarter Historic District. The APTHD is bounded by Market Street on the north, 2nd Ave. on the west, 6th Ave. on the east and J St. on the south. 22 structures are considered historically contributing.

The Cotheret Building is an historic structure located at 536 4th Avenue in the Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego, in the U.S. state of California.According to the Gaslamp Quarter historic building marker number 8 which is posted onto the structure's façade, the Cotheret Building was constructed in 1903 and is the only building currently standing in the Gaslamp Quarter with an original second story balcony. The upstairs of the building has operated as rented rooms under the names of the Cotheret, Ardmore, and Gaslamp Hotel. The Canary Cottage, run by San Diego's most notorious madam, Ida Bailey, was located behind this very structure. The narrow alley found to the right of the building provided Bailey's patrons access to the cottage and the Fan Tan Gambling House.

The Royal Pie Bakery is an historic structure located at 554 4th Avenue in the Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego, in the U.S. state of California. It was built in 1884.

Martin Luther King Jr. Promenade is a 12-acre (4.9 ha) linear park and memorial promenade in San Diego, California, in the United States. Children's Park lies within the promenade. The promenade was dedicated in 1992.

Breaking of the Chains (1995) is an outdoor public art sculpture by Mel Edwards, installed along San Diego's Martin Luther King Jr. Promenade, in the U.S. state of California.The work is a large and tall metal sculpture that serves as a tribute to Martin Luther King Jr. and symbolizes the breaking the chains of discrimination. At the base of the sculpture is a plaque with a quote by Martin Luther King, reading, "along the way of life, someone must have the sense enough, and morality enough to cut off the chain of hate. This can only be done by projecting the ethic of love to the center of our lives."

The Chinese Laundry building (also called Hop Lee Chong Laundry) is a historic structure at 527 4th Avenue in the Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego, in the U.S. state of California. It was built in 1923.

The Frey Block is an historic structure located at 345 Market Street in the Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego, in the U.S. state of California. It was built in 1911.

The Pacifica Hotel building is an historic structure located at 547 4th Avenue in the Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego, in the U.S. state of California. It was built in 1910.

The Lester Hotel building is an historic structure located at 417 Market Street in the Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego, in the U.S. state of California. It was built in 1905.

Convention Center is a station of the Green and Silver Lines on the San Diego Trolley. It is located in the Marina District section of the city, which features a variety of waterfront apartments just west of Downtown. The San Diego Convention Center is located adjacent to the station, and Petco Park is less than half a mile away. This station opened June 30, 1990 as part of the Orange Line's (then called the East Line) Bayside Extension.It was closed from April 9 through July 2012 to undergo renovations as part of the Trolley Renewal Project.On September 2, 2012, service to this station by the Orange Line was replaced by the Green Line as part of a system redesign.
