Pocasset village

The Joseph Hicks House was a historic house at 494 Main Road in Tiverton, Rhode Island. The house was a two-story wood-frame structure, which was originally built with brick side walls, and became known locally as "the Brick House". These walls were covered over by clapboarding as part of a series of alterations in 1893, which did not otherwise significant obscure the building's modest Federal characteristics. The main facade was five bays wide, with a hip roof that has eaves deeper than normally found on Federal houses. The Hicks family, which owned it for many years, was one of the first to settle in the Tiverton area.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. It was demolished in the 1980s for the construction of a CVS Pharmacy, which is now Tom's Market.

Mark's Stadium is a former soccer stadium located in North Tiverton, Rhode Island. During the 1920s and early 1930s it was the home of Fall River F.C., one of the era’s most successful soccer teams. It is one of the earliest examples of a soccer-specific stadium in the United States. After the demise of the 'Marksmen', the stadium was used as a home ground by other local teams, most notably Fall River F.C. (1932) and Ponta Delgada S.C.

The Bourne Mill is an historic textile mill on the border between Tiverton, Rhode Island and Fall River, Massachusetts. The various buildings in the cotton mill complex were completed from 1881 to 1951 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2006. The Bourne corporation had a unique profit sharing arrangement based upon Jonathan Bourne's experience in the whaling industry. The company treasurer, George A. Chace, designed the original mill building. Although only a very small part of the property is located in Fall River, Massachusetts the complex is generally grouped and referenced with the mills of that city. After lying dormant for decades, the Bourne Mill was converted into 166 apartments, which were completed in early 2009. In September 2009, an arsonist set fire to the former detached picker house near the main mill, which had also been scheduled to be redeveloped.

Tiverton is a census-designated place (CDP) in Newport County, Rhode Island, United States. The CDP encompasses the town center of Tiverton and the adjacent village of North Tiverton. The population of the CDP was 7,557 at the 2010 census.

Charlton Mill is a historic textile mill at 109 Howe Street in Fall River, Massachusetts. Built in 1911, it is the last of the city's stone mill buildings to be built, and the first to feature the dual sources of steam and electrical power. The mill was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

King Philip Mills is an historic cotton mill complex located at 372 Kilburn Street in Fall River, Massachusetts. Developed between 1871 and 1892, it was historically one of the city's largest mills, and its building inventory is still largely complete. The complex was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

The Osborn–Bennett Historic District is a residential historic district in Tiverton, Rhode Island consisting of four houses. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

St. Patrick's Church is a historic church building at 1598 South Main Street in Fall River, Massachusetts. It was built in 1881 from local Fall River granite, and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. St. Patrick's Parish was established in 1873, as a division of St. Mary's Parish, a predominantly Irish congregation. In 2002, the church was part of a three-parish merger between St. Patrick's, Blessed Sacrament, and Our Lady of the Angels. The new parish is named Parish of the Good Shepherd. In 2018, it became part of the Catholic Community of Central Fall River', a collaborative of parishes that includes Good Shepherd, the Cathedral of St. Mary of the Assumption, and St. Stanislaus Parish and School.

Laurel Lake Mills is an historic textile mill site located at 951 Broadway in Fall River, Massachusetts. The company was organized in 1881 for the manufacture of cotton yarns, with John P. Slade its first president. Mill No. 1 was built soon after. The attached Mill No. 2 was later added. The mills were steam powered and are constructed of native Fall River granite. Production of textiles ceased in 1931. The site was determined eligible for the National Historic Register in 1983, but omitted due to owner's objection.

Wyoming Mills is an historic textile mill site located at 110 Chace Avenue in Fall River, Massachusetts. It is also known as the former Marshall Hat Factory site. The Wyoming Mills company was established in 1845 by Augustus Chace and William B. Trafford for the manufacture of cotton twine.In 1896, the site was acquired by the James Marshall & Brothers hat company, which added a large red brick mill on the site. By 1911, the company employed 1,500 people and made more than 7,200 derby hats per day.The site was determined eligible for the National Historic Register in 1983, but taken off the list due to the owner's objection.The site is currently owned by Duro Industries, a textile dyeing and finishing company.

Globe Yarn Mills are two historic textile mills located at 460 Globe Street in Fall River, Massachusetts. The company was incorporated in 1881 for the manufacture of cotton yarns. Mill No. 1 was completed in 1881. William J. Jennings was the first president. Mill No. 2 was built in 1885 also from red brick. The company would later be acquired by the New Bedford Cotton Yarn Company, then American Cotton Fabric Company, and later the Connecticut Company in 1920.The site was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. Globe Yarn Mills No. 3, built in 1887 on nearby Globe Mills Avenue was added under a separate listing with the Sanford Spinning Co. For many years the mills were the site of Globe Mill Discount Center and also a flea market.

Sanford Spinning Company is an historic mill complex located on Globe Mills Avenue in Fall River, Massachusetts. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, along with the adjacent Globe Yarn Mills #3.
