Warwick (Milverton) railway station was a railway station in Warwickshire on the former LNWR route between Leamington Spa and Coventry. The station opened in 1844 under the name of Leamington and was the original terminus of the then single line from Coventry. In 1851 the line was extended into Leamington town centre, and joined end-on to the branch line to Rugby, and in 1854 a new station was opened on this extension called Leamington Spa (Avenue), closer to the town centre and directly alongside Leamington's GWR station (which is still in operation). Milverton station was rebuilt when the line was doubled in 1884.The station was closed as a part of the Beeching closures in 1965, although the line remained and remains open. The station buildings have been demolished and a car dealership built over the site of the goods yard. The entrance of the original terminus station and station master's house were located north of Rugby Road on what is now the residential street The Spinney. The former location of the second and final station entrance is just west of the railway bridge on Warwick New Road, and the platforms are now an overgrown area adjacent to the footpath leading to Rugby Road.

Myton School is a coeducational secondary school and sixth form. Most students live locally, although the school attracts students from outside the priority area. The school is located on Myton Road in the town of Warwick in Warwickshire, England. The history of the school in its current form dates from 1968. As of January 2015 the school has around 1,700 students.

Trinity Catholic School is a mixed Catholic secondary school and sixth form located in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, England. Following an Ofsted inspection in 2009, the school was given a Grade 3 (satisfactory) rating for its overall performance. Another Ofsted inspection took place in June 2013, the school had improved and received a Grade 2 (Good). Its most recent Ofsted inspection took place in 2017 where the school received another Grade 2 (Good). Until September 2005 when they were amalgamated, the school operated from two separate campuses: Dormer Hall on Myton Road in Warwick, and Bishop Bright Hall/Freeman Hall on Guy's Cliffe Avenue in Leamington Spa. At the beginning of the 2012 term, Dr Jim Ferguson retired and Chris Gabbett was appointed in his place. In February 2017, the school announced the potential temporary closure of the schools sixth form due to serious money budget issues. It was suggested The Sixth Form officially closed in September of the same year. Following a four-week consultation, the Governing Body decided to recommend that the school sixth form remain open. The school continues to operate a sixth form to this day.Previously a voluntary aided school administered by Warwickshire County Council, in January 2021 Trinity Catholic School converted to academy status. The school is now sponsored by the Our Lady of the Magnificat Multi Academy Company.

WCG (formerly Warwickshire College Group and Warwickshire College) is the managing body that administers several colleges of further education in the English West Midlands, namely in the counties of Warwickshire and Worcestershire. Its most recent acquisition concerned its August 2016 merger with South Worcestershire College of which the two campuses then reverted to their historical names of Evesham College in Evesham and Malvern Hills College in Great Malvern. The merger makes it the largest group of further and adult education institutions in the country and one of the five colleges in the United Kingdom empowered by the Privy Council with the authority to award Foundation DegreesAs of June 2018 the group manages seven colleges with a faculty of around 1,500 staff for approximately 15,000 students. The group offers more than 1,000 courses over 20 areas of discipline with an A-Level pass rate of 98%.

The River Leam (), anciently Leame, etc, is a river in England which rises at Hellidon Hill in Northamptonshire then flows through Warwickshire, including the town of Leamington Spa, named after it. It then flows into the River Avon near Warwick, and thence into the River Severn. The name is first recorded in 956 as Limenan, and derives from British Lemanā, meaning "elm-tree river".

Foundry Wood is a small triangular woodland located in Leamington Spa, England. Proposals to turn the wild woodland area to a usable public space began in 2011 as part of a larger scheme to re-develop the surrounding area, following the demolition of the nearby Ford Motor Company foundry. Work began in March 2012, spearheaded by a community interest company named ARC (Achieving Results in Communities) and the woodland opened to the public in summer 2013. As well as wheelchair accessible paths being laid out there is a compost toilet, a newly created wildlife pond and an outdoor classroom for education and conservation purposes on the site. There are regular events held at the woods including art and craft sessions, nature talks, music gigs and environmental themed films. The 2-acre (0.81 ha) wood is between two railway lines (the Chiltern Main Line and the Manchester to Bournemouth line) and is now maintained by ARC and a voluntary organisation Friends of Foundry Wood. At present there are no set opening times for the woods as the one exit and entrance is opened by volunteers, although it is open most days and times can be found on the website. In 2017 the wood was given a Green Flag Community Award which it has been awarded each year since.

St Mark's Church is an evangelical Anglican church located in Leamington Spa, England. It is a Gothic Revival church built in 1879, and is the parish church for the parish of New Milverton.

Victoria Park is a public park in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, England. It is situated about half a mile (800 m) west of the town centre and is on the south bank of the River Leam. The total area of the park as it stands today is 18.5 acres (7.5 ha).

Guy's Cliffe (variously spelled with and without an apostrophe and a final "e") is a hamlet and former civil parish on the River Avon and the Coventry Road between Warwick and Leek Wootton, in the parish of Leek Wootton and Guy's Cliffe, in the Warwick district, in Warwickshire, England, near Old Milverton. In 1961 the parish had a population of 2.

Old Milverton is a hamlet east of Warwick and north west of Leamington Spa in Warwickshire, England, and situated in a bend of the River Avon. The population as taken at the 2011 census was 319.

Warwick is a local government district of central Warwickshire in England. It borders the Borough of Rugby and Stratford-on-Avon District in Warwickshire as well as the West Midlands County (of which Coventry and Solihull are within the historic boundaries of Warwickshire). The City of Coventry is to the north and northeast, the Stratford-on-Avon District to the southwest and south, the Borough of Rugby to the east, and the Borough of Solihull to the west and northwest. The district is centred around a conurbation that includes the towns of Warwick, Leamington Spa and Whitnash which had a population of 95,000. The district also includes the town of Kenilworth and the surrounding rural areas. In February 2021 it was announced that both Warwick District councillors and their Stratford counterparts had "agreed the next steps towards closer working between both District Councils, which could see a recommendation to Government for a merger of the two councils in July 2024." However in April 2022 the merger was scrapped, with Councillor Day (Warwick Leader) accusing Councillor Jefferson (Stratford Leader) of writing to Central Government behind his back, asking for more time for the merger to take place.

Warwick School is a selective, independent boarding and day school in Warwick, England in the public school tradition. Known until about 1900 as King's School, Warwick, it is believed to have been founded by Æthelflæd of Mercia in 914 AD, making it the fifth-oldest surviving school in England, after King's School, Canterbury; King's School, Rochester; St Peter's School, York; and Wells Cathedral School. It may also be the oldest surviving school founded by a woman and the oldest public school in the world to remain open only to boys. Its headmasters have been members of the Headmasters' and Headmistresses' Conference since 1896. The school is part of the Warwick Independent Schools Foundation, which also owns The King's High School for Girls and Warwick Preparatory School.
