Rocky River station is a former New York, Chicago and St. Louis Railroad station in Rocky River, Ohio.It is currently used as a communication and signal department for the Norfolk Southern Railway.

Beachcliff Market Square is a mixed-use open air center situated off of Interstate 90 in Rocky River, Ohio, a suburb outside of Cleveland. Beachcliff Market Square, the 110,000-square-foot (10,000 m2) shopping center, was built in 1983 and was renovated in October 1988 to support more tenants. The center was redeveloped in November 2006 under Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate, Inc. and was later acquired by Madison Marquette in October 1998. Offerings from Beachcliff Market Square range from spa and salons to retail to family dentistry. The center has been growing and opened an additional three retailers in December 2010 including Girls Got Swing (a women's golf shop), Bella Bridesmaid, and Mellow Yellow (a women's accessory shop). A defining feature of Beachcliff Market Square is the art deco Beachcliff Theater that is considered a Rocky River landmark. Beachcliff Theater was built in August 1937 and closed in the mid-1970s and reconfigured in 1985 for use as the Beachcliff Market Square Mall which has been closed since. The space was last redesigned in 2007 and how houses The Burntwood Tavern and the marquee is still lit nightly and is used for center advertising.

Clifton Park is a neighborhood located in the northwestern corner of Lakewood, Ohio. Known for its tangle of winding streets, the neighborhood differs from the grid pattern found throughout the city of Lakewood.The northern section of Clifton Park was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.

Rocky River is a city in western Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States. A suburb of Cleveland, it is located along the shore of Lake Erie approximately 9 miles (14 km) west of downtown Cleveland. The city is named for the Rocky River that forms its eastern border. The population was 21,755 according to the 2020 census data results.

Beck Center for the Arts in Lakewood, Ohio, is a non-profit, performing arts and arts education organization. It is the largest theater and arts center on Cleveland's West Shore, educating and entertaining over 65,000 people per year. On its 3½ acre campus, Beck Center houses two stages producing live theater for children, teens and adults; two gallery spaces, and over thirty classrooms for educational programming for children and adults. It offers classes in visual arts, music, theater and dance. The Beck Center was originally named the "Guild of the Masques" when it was founded by Richard Kay in 1929; formally incorporating as the Lakewood Little Theatre in 1933. The group moved onto its current site in Lakewood, Ohio in a theater originally designed for the movies, the Lucier, in 1938. They redesigned the interior space for live plays and purchased the building in 1943. In the following decades, the group bought up contiguous land, and, in 1972 began a capital campaign to build a new center. They were successful in raising $600,000 which was matched by ad exec Kenneth C. Beck and the current Beck Center was built in 1975.Beck Center for the Arts hosts the longest running youth theater program in the United States, running for nearly seventy years.

Magnificat High School is a Catholic all-girls college-preparatory high school located in Rocky River, Ohio, a residential suburb west of Cleveland, Ohio. It was founded in 1955 and is sponsored by the Sisters of the Humility of Mary.

Westgate Mall has existed as a Greater Cleveland suburban shopping center in some form since the mid-1950s. Located at the intersection of Center Ridge Road and West 210th Street Fairview Park, Ohio at the boundary of Rocky River, Ohio. Westgate mall is now known as "Westgate", and now has reformed into an outdoor shopping center.

Lutheran High School West, also known as Lutheran West, is a private college-prep Christian co-ed high school in Rocky River, Ohio, United States, serving Cleveland and Northeast Ohio families since 1958.

The former First Church of Christ, Scientist, built in 1922, is an historic Classical Revival style Christian Science church located at 15422 Detroit Avenue, on the northeast corner of Detroit and Arthur avenues, across from the Public Library in Lakewood, Ohio. Its massive entrance portico is supported by six Doric columns. It was designed by noted Chicago-based architect Charles Draper Faulkner, who was renowned for the churches and other buildings that he designed in the United States and Japan. He designed over 33 Christian Science church buildings and wrote a book called Christian Science Church Edifices which features this church as well as many others.In 2005, the building was bought by 15422 LTD, which has renovated it for commercial use. The building is the headquarters of the Maxxum Group. First Church of Christ, Scientist, Lakewood is no longer in existence.

An Associate of the Congregation of St. Joseph serves as Vice President of Mission, and seven faculty and staff members are Associates of the Congregation of St. Joseph.

Bay View Hospital was a hospital located on 23200 Lake Rd in Bay Village, Ohio. The site was originally home to the Washington Lawrence mansion in the late 1800s until 1948 when it was sold to Dr. Richard Sheppard. It served as an osteopathic medical center from 1948 until it closed its doors on March 1, 1981. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on August 27, 1974. The former Washington Lawrence mansion (Bay View Hospital) is now part of Cashelmara Luxury Condos. Beginning in the early 1980s, construction began on condos as well as remodeling of the mansion to use as condos. The Osteopathic Hospital was opened in 1948 by the Sheppard family; the hospital made headlines in 1954 when Dr. Sam Sheppard was accused of killing his pregnant wife.
