St. Joseph's Church, Hong Kong

The Helena May main building is a declared monument of Hong Kong home to the Helena May, a private member club located at No. 35 Garden Road, in Central of Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. The present day building structure remains largely unchanged from its original building structure from 1914.

Kennedy Road is an intermediate station on the Peak Tram. It is located on Kennedy Road, in Central, Hong Kong, 56 metres above sea level. The station comprises a single platform on the western side of the single track. The platform is longer than the trams currently used on the line, with a disused section of platform at the downhill end blocked to public access. Kennedy Road passes underneath the tramway at the south end of the station, the tramway crossing the road on a steel truss bridge. The station is a request stop at which tram cars will stop only if passengers have pressed the request button inside the tramcar or at the station. No ticketing equipment is provided on the platform.

St. Joseph's College also referred to by its acronym SJC is a Catholic all-boys secondary education institution run by the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools in Central Mid-Levels district, Hong Kong. It was established by the French De La Salle Christian Brothers on 7 November 1875. It is the oldest Catholic boys' secondary school and one of the leading boys' schools in Hong Kong. It typically has 1,000 students. Apart from Chinese related subjects and French language studies, all other subjects are taught in English. The sponsoring body of the College is the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools, incorporated in Hong Kong under the St Joseph's College Incorporation Ordinance, Cap. 1048 of the Laws of Hong Kong. The stated mission of the College is "to educate students in areas of intellectual, physical, social, moral and emotional development" and "to impart a human and Christian education...and to do so with faith and zeal".The north and west blocks of the College are declared monuments of Hong Kong. The extension of the campus at 26 Kennedy Road is also a Grade I historic building. The school has educated Olympians, local public figures and a Nobel laureate, as well as members of Hong Kong's most prominent families.

The Chinese War Memorial is installed in the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens. Erected in 1928, the memorial originally commemorated Chinese people who died during World War I. The structure was damaged during World War II, then repaired and rededicated to those who died during both conflicts. The Grade 1 confirmed memorial has two stone sculptures of male lions.

Zetland Hall (Chinese: 雍仁會館) is the name given to two buildings in Hong Kong, one historic, the other modern. Both have housed Masonic Lodges.

Kennedy Road is a road in the Mid-Levels on Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It is named after Arthur Kennedy, the seventh governor of Hong Kong.

St. John's Building (Chinese: 聖約翰大廈) is a skyscraper in Central on Hong Kong Island of Hong Kong. Owned and operated by Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, it is built on the slope beside Garden Road and Cotton Tree Drive. The ground floor serves as the Garden Road terminus of the Peak Tram.

Garden Road (Chinese: 花園道) is the lower terminus of the Peak Tram line. It is located on the bottom floor of the St. John's Building on Garden Road, Central, Hong Kong, 28m above sea level. The current station comprises a single track, with platforms on both sides. One platform is used for boarding, the other for exiting the tram. As the Peak Tram is a major Hong Kong tourist attraction, long queues are common in front of the turnstiles at Garden Road Terminus.

Union Church (Chinese: 香港佑寧堂) is an English speaking, interdenominational church in Hong Kong, which was established in 1844. The latest Union Church building was the 4th generation building. It was located at No. 22A Kennedy Road, Mid-Levels, up the hill from Central and Admiralty, and next to where the Peak Tram bridge intersects with Kennedy Road. Demolition work started in 2017 and a residential building including a church at its base is to be built at the same location.

The Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre is located in Hong Kong Park, at 7A Kennedy Road above Central, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It was opened by Leung Ding-Bong, then chairman of the Urban Council, on 28 April 1992. The centre encourages local art creation. It was restructured from an early 20th-century building called Cassels Block, a former barracks for married British officers of Victoria Barracks. It currently provides an area and facilities for local artists and includes modern artefacts and sculptures. The historic building is listed as a Grade I historic building.

Government House, located on Government Hill in Central, Hong Kong, is the official residence of the Chief Executive of Hong Kong. It was constructed in 1855 as a Colonial Renaissance-style building, but was significantly remodelled during the Japanese occupation, resulting in the current hybrid Japanese-neoclassical form. Government House was the official residence of the Governor from 1855 to 1997, when the territory was under British rule. Of the 28 governors of Hong Kong, 25 used this building as their official residence.

Garden Road is a major road on Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong, connecting the Central and Mid-Levels areas. It was formerly known as Albany Nullah.At its lower (Central) end, Garden Road forms a grade-separated intersection with Queensway. For most of its length, Garden Road carries traffic only in the downhill direction. Uphill traffic is carried by Cotton Tree Drive, parallel to and to the east of Garden Road. Cotton Tree Drive merges with Garden Road just above the intersection with Upper Albert Road, and Garden Road continues uphill to an intersection with Robinson Road and Magazine Gap Road in the Mid-Levels. Garden Road is rich in historical and heritage value. The Bank of China Tower, Three Garden Road, St. John's Cathedral, St. John's Building, the Helena May main building, the lower terminus of the Peak Tram, the United States Consulate-General, and the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens all lie on the road. In November 1841, the land between Garden and Glenealy Road was set aside for crown use and the area subsequently became known as Government Hill.
