St Peter's Church is a heritage-listed former Anglican church precinct on the corner of Bourke Street and St Peters Street, in the inner city Sydney suburb of Darlinghurst in the City of Sydney local government area of New South Wales, Australia. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999 and is listed on the (now defunct) Australian Register of the National Estate.

SCEGGS Darlinghurst is an independent Anglican single-sex primary and secondary day and boarding school for girls, located in Darlinghurst, an inner-city, eastern suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Founded in 1895 as the Sydney Church of England Girls Grammar School, the school's official name was changed to SCEGGS Darlinghurst in 1995. The school has a non-selective enrolment policy and currently caters for approximately 890 students from Year K to Year 12. The school is regularly among the top-performing schools in New South Wales academically. While predominantly a day school, SCEGGS offers a small number of boarding places at St Vincent's College, Potts Point. The Horizon Apartments, also short The Horizon, is a residential high rise building in Darlinghurst, a suburb in the inner-city of Sydney, NSW, Australia. It is located on at 184 Forbes Street between Liverpool and William Streets. The controversial highrise was completed in 1998. Controversy stems from the height of the building and the shadowing effects on surrounding buildings. It has and has had many celebrity residents, such as Charlotte Dawson, Harry M. Miller, David Walsh, Jacki Weaver and Joh Bailey.

William House is a mixed residential and commercial heritage building, located on William Street in Darlinghurst, New South Wales.The property is located on the former site of George Farm, a 70-acre grant made to John Palmer in 1794. William House was designed by architect Percy Gordon Craig, and constructed circa 1928, following the demolition of existing buildings on the southern side of William Street for road widening. The first major tenant was a branch of Cheney's Australia, a company founded by Sydney Albert Cheney, seller of Austin and Morris cars and an associate of William Morris, 1st Viscount Nuffield. In 1927, Morris established Morris (NSW) Pty Ltd to coordinate the sale of Morris cars in Australia; and by 1930 the company had become the principle tenant in William House. Yorks Motors was set up in Williams House as the sole New South Wales distributor of Plymouth and Chrysler cars in 1932.A public artwork, entitled Gadigal Mural, reaches over 25 metres long and 17 meters high across the back of William House on Barnett Lane. The mural was initiated by the Australian Design Centre, designed by Sydney artist Jason Wing, and produced in consultation with the Metropolitan Local Aboriginal Land Council.

The Old Fitzroy Theatre (also called the Old Fitz Theatre) is a pub theatre in Woolloomooloo in central Sydney, Australia.The 58-seat venue was established by Jeremy Cumpston in 1997 in the cellar of the Old Fitzroy Hotel. It is known for independent productions featuring emerging artists. Many leading Australian theatre makers participated in plays at the theatre early in their careers. The theatre was managed until 2012 by Tamarama Rock Surfers, and since 2014 by Red Line Productions.After having to close for one year, they presented twelve productions in their 2021/2022 season, including Ionescu's Exit the King, Beckett's Happy Days, Sarah Kane's Cleansed, the Broadway play Hand to God, and Mahagonny-Songspiel and The Seven Deadly Sins by Brecht and Weill. To raise funds for the continued operation of the venue, Guy Noble (piano) and Teddy Tahu Rhodes (bass-baritone) gave a series of six concerts in November/December 2022.

It was built from 1880 to 1888. It is also known as Iona Cottage, while the private hospital was variously known as Wootton, Winchester and Hughlings. It was built in 1860. It is also known as Greencourt. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.

Darlinghurst Fire Station is a three-storey brick and stone building situated at the prominent location of the junction of Darlinghurst Road and Victoria Street in Darlinghurst in Sydney, New South Wales. It was designed in 1910 by Walter Liberty Vernon it was built in 1911 and opened in 1912.

The St John's Anglican Church, officially known as the Church of St. John the Evangelist, is a heritage-listed active Anglican church located at 120 Darlinghurst Road in the Sydney suburb of Darlinghurst, New South Wales, Australia. The church and its associated buildings were added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999. It was also listed on the former Register of the National Estate.
