The Knoll Trail station is a future train station along the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Silver Line. The station will be located at 15450 Knoll Trail Drive in Dallas, Texas. The station will serve the Dallas North Tollway corridor and Prestonwood Town Center.

Blueprints at Addison Circle is a steel sculpture located in Addison, Texas inside a 133-foot-diameter (41 m) roundabout. The sculpture consists of 25 poles and five art panels. The sculpture weighs 410,000 pounds (190,000 kg) and required 650 US gallons (2,500 l) of custom "Sharpie blue" paint. The sculpture is more than 4 stories high and 140 feet (43 m) across. It was designed by landscape architect Michael Van Valkenburgh and artist Mel Chin with the aid of LeMessurier Consultants, and was fabricated and erected by Big D Metalworks of Dallas. The poles weighing 9,000 pounds (4,100 kg) were made in Houston, Texas and the tapered cones at the top of the poles were made in New Jersey. The structure was dedicated on April 13, 2000. The design is said to resemble the branching pattern of a grove of oak trees. The five art panels were designed using actual blueprints from Addison's municipal buildings, parks, bridges, and water pumping facilities. Total cost for the sculpture was $2.1 million. The nighttime lighting was designed by Stephen Bernstein of Cline Bettridge Bernstein Lighting Design.

Addison Transit Center is a bus-only station located along Quorum Drive and Addison Road in Addison, Texas (USA). The station opened in 1999. This transit center will become a rail station on the Silver Line when that line is completed in 2023.The bus routes within the transit center serves Addison Circle Park as well as The Galleria of Dallas and Valley View Center.

The National Center for Policy Analysis (NCPA) was a non-profit American think tank whose goals were to develop and promote private alternatives to government regulation and control. Topics it addressed include reforms in health care, taxes, Social Security, welfare, education, and environmental regulation. The NCPA was founded in February 1983 and ceased operation in mid-2017, announcing it had faced three years of serious financial trouble. White Rock Creek is a 30-mile (48.3 km) creek (cf. river) occupying a chain of four sub-watersheds [1] within the Trinity River Headwaters watershed. From its source near Frisco, Texas at 33°07'54"N/96°46'50"W, this creek runs south-by-south-east through suburban Dallas for 23.5 miles (37.8 km) where it widens into White Rock Lake, then continues south for another 8 miles (12.9 km) to its mouth at 32°43'25"N/96°44'02"W on the Trinity River, of which it is a major tributary. Despite running through one of the most populous areas of Texas, and flowing under many major roads and highways, its banks remain heavily wooded and undisturbed in many places and many local parks are situated within its watershed, which is generally considered to extend 2 to 2.5 miles (3.2 to 4 km) either side of its path. At least eight "White Rock Creeks" exist in the Dallas metro area; this article describes the White Rock Creek of Collin County and Dallas County, Texas which feeds into White Rock Lake.

Addison is an incorporated town in Dallas County, Texas, in the United States. Addison is situated to the immediate north of the city of Dallas. The town's population was 13,056 at the 2010 census. Addison and Flower Mound were the only two Texas municipalities labeled "towns" with a population greater than 10,000 in the 2010 census; since then the municipalities of Prosper and Trophy Club, also identifying as towns, have also exceeded 10,000 in population estimates. Addison is best known within the Dallas–Fort Worth–Arlington metroplex region for its abundance of restaurants and nightlife.

Alpha was an unincorporated freedmen's town in Dallas County, Texas, United States. Founded soon after the American Civil War, the town peaked in the 1890s then dwindled in population throughout the 20th century before being delisted as a community in 1987. The area is now an incorporated part of the city of Dallas.

The Addison Airport Toll Tunnel, also known as the Addison Airport Tunnel and the Addison Toll Tunnel, is part of the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) system and extends Keller Springs Road under the Addison Airport property. Built for the NTTA, this toll tunnel enables vehicular traffic to travel under rather than around the airport, which expands traffic capacity and eases the notorious congestion of north Dallas and Addison by providing an east–west route between the Dallas North Tollway and Interstate 35E under the Addison Airport runway. It provides motorists a through passage on Keller Springs Road, which once ended on either side of Addison Airport, as an alternate route to the heavily traveled Belt Line Road and Trinity Mills Road. The lanes of the Addison Airport Toll Tunnel toll plaza are equipped for electronic toll collection via TollTag. As of July 2021, the toll charged on the Addison Airport Toll Tunnel is US$0.70 for a two-axle vehicle with TollTag.

Addison Airport (IATA: ADS, ICAO: KADS, FAA LID: ADS) is a public airport in Addison, in Dallas County, Texas, United States, 9 mi (7.8 nmi; 14 km) north of downtown Dallas. It opened in 1954 and was purchased by the town of Addison in 1976. It is home to the Cavanaugh Flight Museum. The Addison Airport Toll Tunnel, completed in 1999, allows east–west automobile traffic to cross the airport under the runway.

The Cavanaugh Flight Museum was a non-profit aviation museum at Addison Airport in Addison, Texas. It closed indefinitely as of January 1, 2024.

The Galleria Dallas is a shopping mall and mixed-use development located at the intersection of Interstate 635 and the Dallas North Tollway in the North Dallas neighborhood of Dallas, Texas, United States. It was originally developed by Hines Interests Limited Partnership in 1982. The mall was modeled after a similar Hines development, the Houston Galleria, which opened in 1970. Both malls have ice rinks and a glass vaulted ceiling that is modeled after the historic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan, Italy. The mall features Banana Republic, The Western Galleria, Macy's, Pottery Barn, Nordstrom, American Girl, Gap, and Old Navy among its tenants. The cost of constructing Galleria Dallas was at least $400 million ($1.16 billion, adjusted) when opened in 1982, ranking it as one of the most expensive construction projects for 1982, following Walt Disney Epcot Center.There are over 200 stores and restaurants, including an ice rink and the Westin Galleria Hotel. The property is owned by an investment consortium advised by UBS Realty Investors LLC, a subsidiary of UBS AG of Zurich, Switzerland, and is managed by Trademark Property Co.
