Mar-a-Lago (; Spanish for 'Sea-to-Lake') is a resort and National Historic Landmark in Palm Beach, Florida, owned since 1985 by Donald Trump. Mar-a-Lago was built for businesswoman and socialite Marjorie Merriweather Post between the years 1924 and 1927 during the 1920s Florida land boom. At the time of her death in 1973, Post bequeathed the property to the National Park Service, hoping it could be used for state visits or as a Winter White House, but because the costs of maintaining the property exceeded the funds provided by Post, and because it was difficult to secure the facility, the property was returned to the Post Foundation by an act of Congress in 1981.Trump acquired Mar-a-Lago in 1985 and used the 126-room, 62,500-square-foot (5,810 m2) mansion as a residence before 1994 when he converted it into the Mar-a-Lago Club, a members-only club with guest rooms, a spa and other hotel-style amenities. His family maintains private quarters in a separate, closed-off area of the house and grounds, marked by decorative dolphins. During his tenure as president of the United States, Trump frequently visited Mar-a-Lago and hosted meetings with international leaders there, including Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe and Chinese president Xi Jinping. Since 2019, Trump has designated the estate as his primary residence.

Locks of Love is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity that provides custom-made hair prosthetics to disadvantaged children up to the age of 21 who have suffered hair loss as a result of medical conditions, such as alopecia, burn trauma, and cancer treatment. They are provided to the children free of charge, and they may receive a new one every two years until they turn 21 years old. Locks of Love says that, despite rumors to the contrary, children and their families are never charged for the hair prosthetics they receive. Locks of Love accepts donations of human hair, and it also accepts financial donations.

The Central Park Historic District (also known as Estates of South Palm Beach) is a U.S. historic district (designated as such on July 28, 1999) located in West Palm Beach, Florida. The district runs roughly along SR 805 and South Olive Avenue, from Monroe Drive to Southern Boulevard. It contains 155 historic buildings.

Prospect Park–Southland Park Historic District is a national historic district in West Palm Beach, Florida in Palm Beach County. Including buildings from 1922 to 1945, it is bounded by Lake Worth, S Dixie HWY, Monceaux Rd, and Monroe Dr.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.

The El Cid Historic District is a U.S. historic district (designated as such on August 31, 1995) located in West Palm Beach, Florida. The district is bounded by Flamingo Drive, South Flagler Drive, Dyer Road and South Dixie Highway. It contains 281 historic buildings.

Vedado Historic District is a national historic district in West Palm Beach, Florida in Palm Beach County. Including primarily one-story buildings constructed between 1947 and 1957 as well as the Land Boom from 1924 to 1928, it is bounded by Merril Ave, Southern Blvd, Parker Ave, and Paseo Morella.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.

The Norton House is a historic home located at 253 Barcelona Road in West Palm Beach, Florida. On July 26, 1990, the house was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. It is also a contributing property to the El Cid Historic District. The Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens consists of the Norton House and 1.7-acre (6,900 m2) property, and features over 100 sculptures by Ann Weaver Norton (1905–1982), the second wife and widow of Ralph Hubbard Norton (1875–1953). The sculptures are displayed in the house, studio and gardens, which feature over 300 species of tropical palms. Ralph Hubbard Norton was the founder of the Norton Museum of Art.

Palm Beach Day Academy is a coeducational independent day school located in Palm Beach and West Palm Beach, Florida, U.S. It enrolls students between age 2 and grade 8. Formerly enrolling 9th grade, it was removed in 2023 due to lack of enrollments.

La Claridad was a mansion built on Golfview Road in Palm Beach, Florida in 1924 for utilities magnate Clarence H. Geist. It was designed by Palm Beach architect Marion Sims Wyeth. It used tile and wrought iron from Mizner Industries; other furnishings were brought from Spain. In 1948 architect Belford Shoumate turned it into two houses. After removing ten feet from the Geist’s original entrance hall, the living room became the focal point for a house rebuilt to the east; the original entry, loggia, staircase and dining room remained with the corner house to the west.

The Flamingo Park Historic Residential District is a U.S. historic district (designated as such on July 14, 2000) located in West Palm Beach, Florida. The district is bounded by Park Place, Parker Avenue, Belvedere Road, and Florida Avenue. It contains 458 historic buildings. It is served by the Howard Park Community Center, which provides services for the neighborhood as well as activities for other West Palm Beach residents. Flamingo Park is located conveniently close to downtown Clematis and City Place. Flamingo Park's tree-lined streets are kept up by City of West Palm Beach employees and a neighborhood resident association, which recognizes a house every month for its visual improvement. The neighborhood strives to keep up its historic roots.

The Everglades Club is a social club in Palm Beach, Florida. When its construction began in July 1918, it was to be called the Touchstone Convalescent Club, and it was intended to be a hospital for the wounded of World War I. But the war ended a few months later, and it changed into a private club. The Club has no sign, website, or Wi-Fi. Cell phones are prohibited.

Worth Avenue is an upscale shopping and dining district in Palm Beach, Florida. The Avenue stretches four blocks from Lake Worth to the Atlantic Ocean. Worth Avenue also includes smaller, architecturally significant "vias" off the main avenue. These pedestrian areas distinguish Worth Avenue from other shopping streets.
