Siuntio (Finnish: [ˈsiu̯ntio]; Swedish: Sjundeå) is a municipality in the Uusimaa region of Southern Finland. Its neighboring municipalities are Ingå to the west, Kirkkonummi, to the east, Lohja to the north-west, and Vihti to the north. It is 46 kilometres (29 mi) west of Helsinki. As of 2021, the population was 6,159 with a population density of 25.53 inhabitants per square kilometre (66.1/sq mi). The municipality covers an area of 266.12 square kilometres (102.75 sq mi), of which 24.96 km2 (9.64 sq mi) is water. The municipality is bilingual. Most of the population speak Finnish with a minority of Swedish-speakers, though a majority spoke Swedish until the 1980s. Siuntio's motto is "Ota rauhallisesti – Ta det lugnt", meaning "take it easy", written in both Finnish and Swedish, respectively. The new motto came into use following the municipality's rebranding program together with the new logo in March 2021.

Fanjunkars is a former military croft and a museum in Siuntio, Finland. The croft is known as a former residence of the national writer of Finland, Aleksis Kivi. Kivi lived in Fanjunkars, which was owned by Charlotta Lönnqvist, between 1864 and 1871 and wrote some of his most famous work there, such as The Seven Brothers.The name Fanjunkars comes from Fanjunkare, an old Swedish military rank. This is due to the fact that Charlotta Lönnqvist's father was a Fanjunkare in the Swedish army and the area of Finland was a part of the Kingdom of Sweden until 1809. Lönnqvist's father was a war veteran and had served during the Finnish War in 1808. He owned the croft until 1850.

Siuntio railway station (Finnish: Siuntion rautatieasema, Swedish: Sjundeå järnvägsstation) is a railway station in the municipality of Siuntio, Finland, between the stations of Kirkkonummi and Karis.

Siuntion asemanseutu (Swedish: Sjundeå stationssamhälle; both lit. Siuntio station area, also simply known as Siuntio) is a village and administrative center of the Siuntio municipality in Uusimaa, Finland. At the end of 2020, the village had 2,284 inhabitants. It is located near the Highway 51 between Helsinki and Raseborg. As its name suggests, the village has developed in the immediate vicinity of the Siuntio railway station along the Coastal Railway, from where the X and Y trains go to Helsinki.The village mainly has small houses, but there are also a few apartment buildings in the area. Basic services are available in the area, such as S-market grocery store, restaurants and cafés, pharmacy, barbershop, kindergarten, nursing home, two primary schools, municipal library and health center.

Skällberget is a prehistoric hillfort in Siuntio in Uusimaa region, Finland. The archaeological site, located across the road from the medieval St. Peter's Church, is protected by law. A nature trail leads to the top of the hill.

Siuntio St. Peter's Church (fin. Siuntion Pyhän Pietarin kirkko, swe. Sjundeå S:t Petri kyrka) is a gothic medieval stone church in Siuntio, Uusimaa, Finland, located in the old church village of Siuntio. The church is built out of grey stone between the years 1460 and 1480 next to a small stone chapel which was owned by a nearby Suitia Manor. St. Peter's Church is divided into three naves by three pairs of pilars that hold the brick vaults. The church is owned by the Parish Union of Siuntio and shared by the Finnish-speaking and Swedish-speaking Evangelical-Lutheran parishes of Siuntio. The church is part of both the Diocese of Espoo and the Diocese of Borgå since the Finnish-speaking parish is part of the Espoo Diocese and the Swedish-speaking parish is part of the Borgå Diocese. The church has been ravaged by fire four times.

The Siuntio Church Village (Finnish: Siuntion kirkonkylä, Swedish: Sjundeå kyrkoby) is a rural village of the Siuntio municipality in Uusimaa, Finland. At the end of 2020, the village had 353 inhabitants. The village was the former administrative center of the municipality before it was moved in the 1950s into the Siuntio Station Area, which grew larger in terms of population due to the placement of Siuntio railway station.

Siuntio Local History Museum (Finnish: Siuntion kotiseutumuseo, Swedish: Sjundeå hembygdsmuseum) is a museum that exhibits the local history and culture of Siuntio in Finland. The museum has been run by a local Swedish-speaking organisation called Hembygdens Vänner I Sjundeå (translates to The Friends of Homeland in Siuntio) since 1965. Siuntio Local History Museum is usually open during summer and during other times by request. Siuntio Local History Museum is located in Siuntio Church Village. The main exhibition is inside an old school building, Fredriksberg school. Apart from the school building, there are also several other old buildings in the museum area, such as two granaries, a shed, a smaller cottage, and a caretaker's residence. The main exhibitions in the Fredriksberg school building showcase items to visitors, ranging from prehistory to modern times in independent Finland. Points of interest include items from the Soviet rental era of Porkkala Naval Base, parts of an 18th-century organ from St. Peter's Church in Siuntio, and dolls from Mona Leo's puppetry. Originally, the museum was located in Fanjunkars croft, which was destroyed after the Second World War during the Soviet rental era of Porkkala Naval Base. During that time, the museum was relocated to Siuntio Church Village. The hill of Krejansberget is situated adjacent to Siuntio Local History Museum, known for Bronze Age burial mounds on top of it. A nature trail leads from the museum area to the top of Krejansberget, offering a panoramic view of the river valley of Siuntio Church Village, Siuntio Church, and Suitia Manor.

Krejansberget is a cliff in Siuntio, Finland, that rises 70 meters above the sea level. The hill is the highest point of Siuntio Church Village. Krejansberget is known for a large Bronze Age burial site that lies on top of it. The burial mounds on top of the hill are protected by law and the protection of the area is monitored by the Finnish Heritage Agency. During the Bronze Age the sea level used to be much higher so that only the highest peaks of hills and cliffs were visible. As these were the only visible land areas, they were chosen for burial purposes. A nature trails that starts from Siuntio Local History Museum leads on top of Krejansberget. Krejansberget is also one of 14 valuable hill and cliff areas of state interest in Siuntio.

Sjundby Manor (Finnish: Sjundbyn kartano, Swedish: Sjundby slott) is a manor house in Siuntio in Finland. The history of the manor is known from the year 1417.During the 1560s king Gustav I of Sweden's master of horses, Jakob Henriksson, built the main building out of gray stone that we see today. Sjundby Manor has been owned by many noble families throughout its history. The most well-known owner of the estate was princess Sigrid of Sweden, the daughter of Eric XIV of Sweden and Karin Månsdotter. The noble family of Adlercreutz has owned Sjundby Manor continuously since the 17th century. The ownership was only briefly disrupted by the lease of Porkkala Naval Base area to the Soviet Union after the Second World War. After the Soviet occupation the main building had to undergo a massive renovation.Nowadays Sjundby Manor serves as a private home. It is one of the oldest inhabited buildings in Finland.

Suitia Manor (Finnish: Suitian linna, Swedish: Svidja slott) is a historical manor house in Siuntio on the southern coast of Finland. The history of the manor dates back to the medieval era. The oldest parts of the current main building are from 1540s although the facade that we see today is from the early 1900s. In the beginning of 2020 the estate consisted of 726 hectares of land with over 60 buildings. The main building of Suitia Manor is rather large with size of approximately 1 300 square meters. Suitia Manor is located in north of Siuntio Church Village only about 1 kilometer from the medieval St. Peter's Church and river Kirkkojoki. Regional road 116 between Siuntio Church Village and neighbouring city of Lohja runs east of Suitia Manor. Suitia Manor together with St. Peter's Church builds a Built cultural heritage site of national significance and therefore the area is protected by law. Protection of the area is monitored by the Finnish Heritage Agency. Suitia Manor has also been a set for many Finnish movies.

Ekeberga Burial Site (Swedish: Ekeberga gravplats, Finnish: Ekebergan kalmisto) is a prehistoric burial site in Siuntio in Finland. The burial site dates back to the Roman time and is located on a hill near Siuntio Church Village, approximately 370 meters northeast from Suitia Manor. The site is protected by law and forms a part of the Nationally significant archaeological sites in Finland. Ekeberga Burial Site consists of a burial mound built of stone. The mound, 18 x 13 meters in size, is dated back to the younger Roman Iron Age. The burial mound itself has never been located by a former sea shore, and the landscape around it is very much the same as the landscape during the time when the mound was originally built. Due to post-glacial rebound coastal areas of Finland have slowly been rising out of the Baltic Sea causing the shoreline to move. Several items have been found from the site during archaeological excavations, such as burned bones, bronze and iron objects as well as glass pearls.
