Stadttheater Kempten is a theatre in Kempten, Bavaria, Germany.

Kempten (German: [ˈkɛmptn̩] , (Swabian German: )) is the largest town of Allgäu, in Swabia, Bavaria, Germany. The population was about 68,000 in 2016. The area was possibly settled originally by Celts, but was later taken over by the Romans, who called the town Cambodunum. Kempten is the oldest urban settlement (town) in Germany.

The Princely Abbey of Kempten (German: Fürststift Kempten or Fürstabtei Kempten) was an ecclesiastical principality of the Holy Roman Empire for centuries until it was annexed to the Electorate of Bavaria in the course of the German mediatization in 1803.

St. Lorenz Basilica is a baroque minor Basilica in Kempten, Bavaria, named after the Christian martyr Lawrence of Rome. It is the former abbey church of the Benedictine Kempten Abbey. It is currently used as the parish church of the Roman Catholic parish of St. Lawrence in the Diocese of Augsburg.

Allgäuer is a brewery belonging to the Radeberger Group, with a corporate seat and origin in Kempten (Allgäu), Germany. The company brews a wide assortment of about 20 different beers. The brewery is located in Leuterschach, a district of Marktoberdorf.

Rottach (also: Große Rottach) is a river of Bavaria, Germany. It is a left tributary of the Iller at Kempten. Note that there is another river also called Rottach 18 kilometres upstream which is a right tributary of the Iller.

The King Louis Bridge (German: König-Ludwig-Brücke) spans the River Iller in the town of Kempten in the Allgäu in southern Germany. It was built by the Royal Bavarian State Railways in the middle of the 19th century. After being reconstructed and changed in use several times, the bridge is currently closed due to an assumed instability.

The Kempten University of Applied Sciences or Hochschule Kempten is a university of applied sciences in Kempten im Allgäu, Germany.

Kempten (Allgäu) Hauptbahnhof is a railway station in Kempten in the German state of Bavaria. It is the most important station of Kempten and a hub for the Neu-Ulm–Kempten railway, the Buchloe–Lindau railway and the Ausserfern Railway. The original Kempten station was built in 1852 as a terminal station near the centre of town and was replaced by a through station in 1969.

Durach is a municipality in the district of Oberallgäu in Bavaria in Germany. The village came into international media attention in August 2008 when a light aircraft hit power lines in its vicinity and the pilot and passenger, who had survived inside the plane dangling on high-tension power cables, were rescued in front of cameras.
