Pos Chiquito or Pos Chikito is a town in Savaneta on the island of Aruba. It is located on the main road between Oranjestad and San Nicolaas. It has become known for its coral reef, and has a small diving cove. Pos Chiquito is noted for its snorkelling, especially during September and October during the coral spawning season, and sea turtles and manta rays can be seen.

Spaans Lagoen, which translates to "Spanish lagoon", is a coastal bay and wetland area of Aruba. Designated as a Ramsar site since 1980, and in February 2017, it was included within the boundary of the Arikok National Park. It is the only inner bay of Aruba and was formed during the last ice age. This ecosystem features tidal mudflats and mangrove swamps, serving as a vital feeding and breeding ground for birds. Spaans Lagoen is one of the highest biodiversity areas on Aruba. It is also adjacent to Arikok National Park.

Palm Island is a small private island near Aruba, Kingdom of the Netherlands, serving as a tourist attraction. The island is a 5-minute ferry ride from the mainland. The island includes a small beach and a water park.

Frenchman's Pass is a narrow passage on the island of Aruba, nestled between coral cliffs in Balashi. Frenchman's pass is located north of the area known as Spanish Lagoon and near the remnants of the Balashi Gold Mine.The legend has it that in the early 17th century, French pirates attempted to invade Aruba but were confronted with fierce resistance from the indigenous people in this narrow passage. This significant encounter left a lasting impact, and as a result, the passage came to be known as Franse Pas in Dutch or Rooi Frances in Papiamento. In English, it translates to “Frenchman Pass". Many indigenous people were killed during the invasion, and local residents near Frenchman Pass claim to hear haunting cries and noises from the Indians during the evening hours. Some believe that the spirits of the indigenous people awaken, lingering in the Spanish Lagoon area.Frenchman's Pass is a unique place on the island that captivates the locals. Unlike many ghost stories, which might lack authenticity or serve as mere jokes, this pass plays a significant role in Aruba's folkloric storytelling culture.

Barcadera is the main seaport for cargo ships in Aruba. It is located in Barcadera, district Santa Cruz and was officially opened on 12 April 2016.

Santa Cruz is a Region and Town in central Aruba, dominated by the Arikok National Park. The town is connected by Highway 7 from west to east and Highway 4 from north to south. The district has an area of 41.04 square kilometers and 12,870 inhabitants according to the 2010 census.Santa Cruz is divided into several neighborhoods, including, but not limited to, Boton, Bringamosa, Cas Ariba, Jamanota, Jan Flemming, Macuarima, San Fuego, Shete, Siribana, Urataka, Warawara, and Catashi.

Parkietenbos is a coastal village in Aruba near the Queen Beatrix International Airport. This village is also home to the landfill and container site of the island.

The International School of Aruba (ISA) is a non-profit private school in Aruba. In 2006, it moved to a new campus with a more centralized location. It was founded in 1929 and was owned by Lago Oil and Transport Co. Ltd. From 1986 on, the school was governed by the ISA community and parent body. ISA was acquired by International School Services (ISS) in 2004. In 2005, a new campus was constructed and ISA was relocated to the residential neighbourhood of Wayaca. ISA has approximately 200 students from Montessori through grade 12, comprising over 18 nationalities; the largest group of nationalities come from the Netherlands/ Aruba, Venezuela, United States/ Canada, and India. The average class size is 15 students to 1 teacher. ISA had 23 faculty members for the 2009-2010 school year. The staff are from 8 countries including US citizens, Canadians, Dutch/Arubans, South American and other island nationalities.
