Aureus University School of Medicine (previously named as All Saints University of Medicine) is a private university located in Oranjestad, Aruba. Aureus confers upon its graduates the Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.

Hooiberg (Dutch: /ˈɦojbɛrx/ ()) is a distinctively shaped, 165 m (541 ft) conical hill located at the heart of the island of Aruba. This geological volcanic formation is a prominent and recognizable landmark that has long captured the attention of locals and visitors alike—Hooiberg is Aruba's centerpiece.

Queen Beatrix International Airport (IATA: AUA, ICAO: TNCA), (Dutch: Internationale luchthaven Koningin Beatrix; Papiamento: Aeropuerto Internacional Reina Beatrix), is an international airport located in Oranjestad, Aruba. It has flight services to the United States, Canada, several countries in the Caribbean, the northern coastal countries of South America, as well as some parts of Europe, notably the Netherlands. It is named after Beatrix of the Netherlands, who was Queen of the Netherlands from 1980 to 2013.

Parkietenbos is a coastal village in Aruba near the Queen Beatrix International Airport. This village is also home to the landfill and container site of the island.

Don Elias Mansur Ballpark is a multi-use stadium in Oranjestad, Aruba. It is currently used mostly for baseball games. The stadium has a capacity of 12,000 people.

Guillermo Prospero Trinidad Stadium (officially known as Estadio Guillermo Próspero Trinidad which is part of the Compleho Deportivo Guillermo Prospero Trinidad), is a multi-purpose stadium in Oranjestad, Aruba. It is Aruba's national football stadium, named after Guillermo Trinidad, a politician from the same neighbourhood (Dakota).

Barcadera is the main seaport for cargo ships in Aruba. It is located in Barcadera, district Santa Cruz and was officially opened on 12 April 2016.

Casibari is a settlement of Paradera, north of Hooiberg, in Aruba. Evidence of prehistoric rock drawings is still visible at the site. "Casibari" is an Indian name of Arawak (possibly Taíno) origin and can be explained as follows: CA as a prefix: where there are, SIBA (or CIBA) is stone and RI as a suffix is: good; so Where There are Good Stones. The name can also be explained as follows: CASIBA (or CACIBA) is hollow or cavern with RI is good; so Good Hole (cavern). This toponym also stands for cas di baril, house of barrel, the first tin house of Aruba, made from oil barrels.

Colegio Arubano (English: Aruban High School) is a secondary school in Aruba that serves students in grades seven through twelve (measured in Ciclo Basico as equivalents to seventh and eighth grades and in VWO [four-year program] / HAVO [three-year program] as equivalents to American high school grades nine through twelve) from one of its two campuses in either the capital city of Oranjestad or the southern community of Sint Nicolaas. The two campuses have been separated now, and the school in Sint Nicolaas has become a different school with the new name Colegio Nigel Matthew.

Paradera is a small town and census region near the northeast end of the island of Aruba. The census region Paradera encompasses the town of Paradera as well as nearby settlements and neighborhoods within Paradera, including Ayo, Bloemond, Piedra Plat, and Shiribana. At the time of the 2010 census, Paradera proper had a population of 2,486. The Paradera census region had a population of 12,024.St. Philomena's Church, a Roman Catholic church, dominates the skyline relative to the rest of the town's buildings. The region of Paradera has an estimated area of 20.40 square kilometers.

The St. Philomena's Church (Papiamento: Parokia Santa Filomena Dutch: St. Filomenakerk) is a religious building belonging to the Catholic Church located in the town of Paradera, on the Caribbean island of Aruba, an autonomous country in the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the Lesser Antilles. The temple follows the Roman or Latin rite and depends on the Catholic Diocese of Willemstad (Dioecesis Gulielmopolitana). As its name implies was dedicated to St. Philomena, a Greek virgin and martyr venerated in the Catholic Church. It is also a major tourist attraction in Paradera, as the building dominates the skyline compared to the rest of the local architecture.

The National Library of Aruba (Papiamento: Biblioteca Nacional Aruba, BNA) is the main library of Aruba. It is located in Oranjestad and holds more than 100,000 volumes.BNA serves as both the national and the public library of Aruba. It was founded on 20 August 1949 as the island's public library and reading room. After Aruba gained its status aparte in 1986 the Aruba Public Library (Papiamento: Biblioteca Publico Aruba) officially became the National Library of Aruba. BNA has a public library branch in San Nicolas, and a separate building, Arubiana-Caribiana, housing the National and special collections, located in Oranjestad, near the main branch. The BNA holds an annual "Green Education Symposium" to make students and educators of Aruba aware of their local environment so that they become active advocates of the environment surrounding them to make Aruba sustainable for future generations. This is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.
