Weedon railway station was located to the north of Weedon Bec in Northamptonshire, England on the West Coast Main Line. It was a junction station, being the starting point of the Weedon to Leamington Spa branch line, with one bay platform dedicated for terminating branch line trains.

Dodford is a village in West Northamptonshire, England. Prior to local government changes in 2021 it was within the Weedon Ward of Daventry District. The village is just north of the A45 road 1+1⁄2 miles (2.4 km) west of Weedon. The population of the civil parish at the 2011 Census was 203. It is 3+1⁄2 miles (5.6 km) east of Daventry and 10 miles (16 km) west of Northampton. It is also close to junction 16 of the M1 motorway. The parish consists of some 1,384 acres (560 ha) and is bounded on the east by the A5 trunk road which is the old Roman road of Watling Street. Most of the village and parish sits astride the valley of an east-flowing stream which is a tributary of the River Nene.

Flore House in Flore, Northamptonshire, is a country house of historical significance and is Grade II listed on the English Heritage Register. It was built in 1608 for the Enyon family and was the residence of notable people over the next four centuries. Today it provides guest accommodation and caters for special events including weddings.

Church Stowe is a village in West Northamptonshire in England. It is the largest settlement in the civil parish of Stowe Nine Churches (Where the population is included). St Michael's church is notable for the tomb of Elizabeth Danvers and the tower built in Anglo Saxon times. The rest of the church was built in 1639 but includes remains of the medieval church. The east end was rebuilt in 1860According to legend, the site of the church was chosen by a supernatural spirit. It is said that the church's builders found their materials moved to a different location overnight for nine consecutive nights, so they eventually built the church in that location. This is supposedly where the name Stowe Nine Churches derives from.

Flore (historically spelled as Floore) is a village and civil parish in West Northamptonshire in England. The village's name means 'Floor', perhaps referring to a Roman tessellated pavement. South of the neighbouring parish of Nether Heyford such a pavement has been unearthed. Alternatively, it may refer to the situation of the village in the valley bottom of the River Nene.The A45 road divided the upper part of the village from several older, lower streets until a bypass opened on 15 November 2018. The historical village of Glassthorpe lay in the vicinity. The population at the 2001 census was 1,221, falling to 1,194 at the 2011 census.The Grade II listed Flore House was built in 1608 for the Enyon family. The thatched cottage in Flore called Adams Cottage (location) is said to be the home of the ancestors of John Adams, the second President of the United States of America.

Brockhall is a civil parish and village in West Northamptonshire in England. Brockhall, like many estate villages, is a small settlement that has developed around its eponymous hall. The village - Brocole in Old English - was recorded in the Domesday Book. Brocole means "Badger hole". The name is derived from "broc" ("badger" in Old English) and "hol" ("hollow" in Old English). The population is included in the civil parish of Norton. The parish church, St Peter & St Paul, is part of the Benefice of Heyford with Stowe IX Churches and Flore with Brockhall.

Stowe Hill Tunnel is a railway tunnel on the West Coast Main Line just south of the village of Weedon, Northamptonshire, England. The tunnel runs in a straight line underneath the A5 main road between Weedon and Towcester from about northwest to southeast. The tunnel has a single bore with twin tracks and is 491 yards (449 m) long. The next station southbound is Wolverton and northbound Rugby. The tunnel was opened in 1838 as a part of the London and Birmingham Railway. During the 2000s, in preparation for the introduction of the British Rail Class 390 tilting trains, which would enable regular operating speeds of 125 miles per hour (201 kilometres per hour) along this section of the line, it was determined that the Stowe Hill tunnel would, without modification, cause such pressure changes to trains traversing it at high speed as to exceed passenger comfort levels. Accordingly, modifications to the tunnel were made in the form of four vertical pressure relief shafts being installed to provide sufficient mitigation; additional land around these new shafts was acquired, in some cases using compulsory purchase orders.The tunnel was close to the site of the Weedon rail crashes in 1915 and 1951 in which a total of 25 people died, though was unconnected with the cause of either.

Ramsden Corner Plantation is a 3.2-hectare (7.9-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest west of Northampton. It is managed by the Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire.A stream runs through this valley site, which is acidic grassland, woodland and scrub on clay and sand. Plants such as wood millet, wood-sorrel and wood vetch are indicators of ancient woodland. Opposite-leaved golden-saxifrage is found in wet flushes.The Macmillan Way runs along its southern boundary. There is access from Main Street between Farthingstone and Upper Stowe.
