Firearm Battalion

Huoqiying station (simplified Chinese: 火器营站; traditional Chinese: 火器營站; pinyin: Huǒqìyíng Zhàn) is a station on Line 10 of the Beijing Subway. This station opened on December 30, 2012.The name of the station is after the Firearm Battalion (Huoqiying) of the Qing dynasty.

Changchunqiao (simplified Chinese: 长春桥站; traditional Chinese: 長春橋站; pinyin: Chángchūnqiáo Zhàn) is a station on Line 10 of the Beijing Subway. This station opened on December 30, 2012. It is located a short distance from the Golden Resources Mall, one of the world's largest shopping malls. The station also serves the Yuanda residential area.

Bagou station (simplified Chinese: 巴沟站; traditional Chinese: 巴溝站; pinyin: Bāgōu zhàn) is a station on Line 10 and Xijiao line (light rail) of the Beijing Subway. It opened July 19, 2008. It was the northwestern terminus of Line 10 until phase two of expansion completed the Line 10 loop.

Golden Resources Shopping Mall, or Jin Yuan (abbreviated from Chinese: 金源时代购物中心) is a major shopping mall located near the northwest Fourth Ring Road in Haidian District, Beijing, People's Republic of China. It was the largest mall by gross leasable area until 2005, when South China Mall in Dongguan, China was completed. It can be accessed by the Beijing Subway using Changchunqiao Station on Line 10. In English, the mall is nicknamed "Great Mall of China" due to its total area of 560,000 square metres (6 million square feet) over six floors. At 1.5 times the size of the Mall of America, Golden Resources Mall was the world's largest shopping mall from 2004 to 2005. The mall opened on 24 October 2004. Footfall had been estimated at 50,000 a day, but upon opening was as small as 20 in an hour. At the time, prices were far beyond the purchasing ability of most ordinary Chinese, and the mall was relatively inaccessible, being located in the sparsely populated outer suburbs of Beijing between the 3rd and 4th ring road.Fu Yuehong, general manager of the New Yansha Group which operates nearly half the mall, explains: From the beginning we wanted the largest shopping center in the world [...] We are the country with the most people in the world. We have the fastest growing economy. The largest mall shows our progress as a society [...] We think it will take three to five years to start making a profit. The opening of Beijing Subway Line 10 Changchunqiao station in 2012 improved access to the mall. An additional subway line serving the mall, Line 12 was to open in 2023. By 2022, with the growth of the Chinese middle class, and the expansion of Beijing to place the mall in its urban area surrounded by apartment complexes, the number of shoppers had increased tremendously; the mall was crowded on weekends. A second phase of the mall opened across the street.

Haidian District (Chinese: 海淀区; pinyin: Hǎidiàn Qū) is a district of the city of Beijing. It is mostly situated in northwestern Beijing, but also to a lesser extent in the west, where it has borders with Xicheng District and Fengtai District. It is 431 square km in area, making it the second-largest district in urban Beijing area (after Chaoyang), and is home to 3,133,469 inhabitants as of November 2020.

Suzhouqiao station (Chinese: 苏州桥站; pinyin: Sūzhōu Qiáo zhàn) is an interchange station under construction on lines 12 and 16 of the Beijing Subway.

Beijing Bayi School (Chinese: 北京市八一学校), also known as the August 1st School, is a public elementary through high school with three campuses in Haidian District, Beijing.Tetsushi Takahashi of Nikkei Shimbun wrote that Beijing Bayi School is "prestigious". Evan Osnos of New Yorker wrote that the "exclusive" Beijing Bayi School was known as the "cradle of leaders" (领袖摇篮; lǐngxiù yáolán).

The National Academy of Governance (国家行政学院), is an external name of the Central Party School of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Historically, it was a public administration academy for middle and senior government officials in China. The academy was located in Beijing and affiliated with the State Council.The academy was previously also known as the China National School of Administration and the Chinese Academy of Governance. Under the plan on deepening reform of CCP and state institutions, the academy was merged with the Central Party School of the Chinese Communist Party in March 2018. Its name is retained by the Central Party School as part of the "one institution with two names" system.

The Haidian Mosque (Chinese: 海淀清真寺; pinyin: Hǎidiàn Qīngzhēnsì) is a mosque in Haidian District, Beijing, China.

Shuguang Subdistrict (Chinese: 曙光街道; pinyin: Shǔguāng Jiēdào) is a subdistrict situated at the center of Haidian District, Beijing, China. It is bordering Wangliu Area in its north, Haidian and Zizhuyuan Subdistricts in its east, Balizhuang Subdistrict in its south, Tiancun Road Subdistrict and Sijiqing Town in its west. In the year 2020, it had a population of 86,181.The subdistrict was established in 2004. Its name Shuguang (Chinese: 曙光; lit. 'Light of Dawn') was from an anonymous poem.

Wanquanheqiao station (Chinese: 万泉河桥站; pinyin: Wànquánhé Qiáo zhàn) is a station on Line 16 of the Beijing Subway.

Chedaogou station (simplified Chinese: 车道沟站; traditional Chinese: 車道溝站; pinyin: Chēdàogōu Zhàn) is a station on Line 10 of the Beijing Subway. This station opened on December 30, 2012.
