The Lavagna is an Italian river in the province of Genoa.

Apennins [a.pɛ.nɛ̃] was a department of the First French Empire of 1805-1814 in present-day Italy. Named after the Apennine Mountains, it originated on 6 June 1805, after France had directly annexed the Ligurian Republic (formerly the Republic of Genoa) on 4 June 1805. Its capital was Chiavari. Disbanded after the defeat of Napoleon in 1814, the department again became part of the briefly restored Ligurian Republic, but the Congress of Vienna awarded the old territory of Genoa to the Kingdom of Sardinia (December 1814). As of 2014 the area of the former département forms parts of the Italian provinces of Genoa, La Spezia, Massa-Carrara and Parma.

Chiavari railway station (Italian: Stazione di Chiavari) serves the town and comune of Chiavari, in the Liguria region, northwestern Italy. Opened in 1868, it forms part of the Pisa–La Spezia–Genoa railway, and is situated between La Spezia and Genoa. The station is currently managed by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI). However, the commercial area of the passenger building is managed by Centostazioni. Train services to and from the station are operated by Trenitalia. Each of these companies is a subsidiary of Ferrovie dello Stato (FS), Italy's state-owned rail company.

The Entella is a very short river within the Metropolitan City of Genoa (former Province of Genoa) in the Liguria region of northwestern Italy. It and its tributaries flow from the Ligurian Apennines Mountains to the Ligurian Sea.

Zoagli (Ligurian: Zoagi) is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Genoa in the Italian region Liguria, located about 30 kilometres (19 mi) southeast of Genoa. The municipality is also known for its silk fabrics exported around the world and its cliff paths (creuze and mule tracks) that run along the Mediterranean Sea connecting Zoagli to its nearby villages: San Pietro di Rovereto, San Pantaleo, Semorile, St. Ambrose, and St. Martin. A bronze sculpture named the Madonna del Mare sits 2.7 metres (9 ft) underwater in front of the promenade in honor of a diving event held each year.
