East Broad Street Presbyterian Church is a historic church at 760 E. Broad Street in the King-Lincoln Bronzeville neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. It was built in 1887 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.The church was originally designed in the Richardsonian Romanesque style by architect Elah Terrell. In 1907-08 it was expanded to designs by Frank Packard.

The W. H. Jones Mansion was built in 1889 at 731 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio as the residence of dry goods store owner William H. Jones and his wife Josephine. The original cost to build it was $11,250. He lived there until 1923. Jones modelled the house after another mansion in Barnesville, Ohio. The Olde Towne East Neighborhood Association successfully prevented it from being demolished to make way for a Long John Silver's restaurant. The home is an example of Queen Anne style architecture, with a corner turret, third story ballroom and a carriage house in the rear. Its foundation is high ashlar stone, its roof is slate, and the main body of the building is made of red pressed brick.Since the Jones' occupancy, the building has also been home to a doctor's office as well as the Schorr-Ketner Furniture Company. The mansion was previously leased to community advocate Local Matters. The site is now home to the alternative school Columbus Learning Cooperative, a local alternative to traditional education. They serve students ages 10 to 18, providing resources for the self-directed education model.

The building is significant as a remaining early 20th century apartment building on East Broad Street, and for its Jacobethan Revival architecture. It features decorative brickwork, stucco, and half-timbering, along with elaborate stone decorations.

Cherrington was a journalist and dramatic editor for the Columbus Dispatch.

The Hamilton Park Historic District is a historic district in the Near East Side of Columbus, Ohio. The site was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 and the Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 1987. It is one of few remaining examples of an 1880-1930 upper middle class neighborhood in Columbus. The district also contains an unusual street layout, with three parallel streets creating two islands. It is thought to have been one larger island originally, as can be seen on Jefferson Avenue.

Engine House No. 12 is a former fire station in the Olde Towne East neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. Today it primarily houses Gemüt Biergarten, a German restaurant, brewery, and biergarten, with its second story used for offices. It is a contributing property to the Columbus Near East Side District, a national historic district established in 1978. The building was constructed in 1896 as a Columbus Fire Department station. It became vacant following several decades' use, and subsequently housed the city's Arts and Crafts Center, from 1952 to 1978. The building lay vacant or under renovation for years while several proposals were fielded for it. It finally reopened in 1988 as an event venue and concert space known as the Columbus Music Hall. The music hall operated until 2008, and the building underwent another period of vacancy until another renovation around 2017. Gemüt Biergarten opened in the engine house building in 2019.

It was built for Carrie Lovejoy. Carrie and her husband Nathan had lived next-door, at 805 E. Broad, until his death in 1904. At this time, Carrie moved into the 807 address, living there until 1914. Austin McElroy subsequently lived there, until 1918, followed by F.W. Freeman.

The Beatty-Moore House is a historic house in the King-Lincoln Bronzeville neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2023. The two and a half-story building was designed in the Arts and Crafts style and was constructed between 1900 and 1903.
