Oruamo or Hellyers Creek

Shepherds Park, is a reserve and sports ground in the suburb of Beach Haven in Auckland, New Zealand. It is the home ground of New Zealand National League and Northern League side Birkenhead United, the Beach Haven Bowling Club, Beach Haven Tennis Club and Shepherds Park Squash Club.Shepherds Park also hosts cricket games during the summer and is used as one of Birkenhead City Cricket Club's grounds.

The Upper Harbour Bridge (also called the Greenhithe Bridge) is a motorway bridge in west Auckland, New Zealand. It is technically two bridges, spanning an upper reach of the Waitematā Harbour, and connecting Hobsonville (in West Auckland) and Greenhithe (on the North Shore). It is an important connection for State Highway 18, and became even more important as a component of the Western Ring Route when the route was completed on 2 July 2017.

Hobsonville is a suburb in West Auckland, in the North Island of New Zealand. The area was administered by Waitakere City Council until the council was amalgamated into Auckland Council in 2010. Hobsonville Point, formerly the location of the Royal New Zealand Air Force's RNZAF Station Hobsonville, a fully operational air base, is now a residential suburb of Auckland. The peninsula is joined by the State Highway 16 in the west and the Upper Harbour Bridge in the east.

Beach Haven is a southwestern suburb of the North Shore, located in Auckland, New Zealand. The area has gentrified rapidly over recent years as young professionals moved into the area.

Greenhithe is a northwestern suburb of Auckland, New Zealand, located on the North Shore. Greenhithe was so named after a village on the River Thames, in Kent, named by Henry James Blyth, who settled there in 1882 and came from the original Greenhithe in England. Greenhithe comes from the Old English word 'hithe' or 'hythe', meaning wharf. The name is appropriate, since Greenhithe has a wharf onto Lucas Creek that leads into the estuaries of Auckland's Waitematā Harbour. In 2001 Greenhithe had a population of 4,170 according to the census. It showed dramatic growth after the North Shore City Council determined that it was to be a major growth area. Where once the typical section size was a quarter to half an acre, the newer subdivisions of Wainoni, Admiral's Court and others have reduced that to around 600m2 (with a quarter acre being a shade over 1000m2). Since 1 November 2010, Greenhithe has been under the governance of Auckland Council. Greenhithe includes the Wainoni area around Wainoni Park.Historically, Greenhithe extended from the Upper Harbour Bridge through to Wainoni Park in the north. New subdivisions have extended the urban boundaries through to "Greenhithe North", including the northern part of Kyle Rd and Schnapper Rock. Until a proposed bridge is built to join the two Kyle Rds, these areas may have more community affiliation with Albany. Greenhithe is bordered by Lucas Creek in the north and Hellyers Creek in the south. New Zealand Transport Agency completed the Upper Harbour Motorway through Greenhithe, in late 2007.

Clark Cottage, also known as Duke House, is an early 20th century historic ceramic brick villa located in Hobsonville, Auckland. Clark Cottage is significant for being constructed with hollow ceramic blocks, a technique pioneered by Thomas Edwin Clark. This technique is only found in three other extant buildings. Clark Cottage is also significant for it's connection to the Clark family, who established a large pottery work in Hobsonville.

Lucas Creek is a stream and tidal estuary of Upper Waitematā Harbour in the Auckland Region of New Zealand's North Island. It flows through Albany on the western North Shore, and enters the Upper Waitematā Harbour between Pāremoremo and Greenhithe.

Hobsonville Point Secondary School is a state coeducational secondary school located in the Auckland, New Zealand suburb of Hobsonville. Opened in February 2014, it is the second school in New Zealand (and first secondary school) to be built under a public-private partnership, whereby the school buildings are constructed, maintained and managed separate from the school management by a private consortium. The school has a roll of 732 as of February 2023.

Herald Island is an island of approximately 100 acres (40 ha) in the upper reaches of Waitematā Harbour in Auckland, New Zealand.

The Upper Waitematā Harbour is an estuary of the Waitematā Harbour in the Auckland Region of New Zealand. It flows south-east from the town of Riverhead, and was historically the border between Waitakere City and North Shore City in Auckland.

The Hobsonville Church & Settlers' Cemetery is a historic church building and cemetery located in Hobsonville, Auckland, New Zealand, and listed as a Category II building by Heritage New Zealand. The church and cemetery were constructed by the original Hobsonville settlers in 1875. Many of the early settlers and their families are interred at the cemetery.

Ockleston House was a historic house in Hobsonville, Auckland, New Zealand. Constructed in the 19th century as a cottage it was expanded over the years into a large house. During the construction of the Upper Harbour Motorway the property was demolished. Prior to demolition it was dismantled carefully for archaeological evaluation.
