Kalauao station (also known as Pearlridge station) is a Skyline metro station in Waimalu, Hawaiʻi, serving the Pearlridge Center shopping mall. The station is located in the median of Kamehameha Highway above its intersection with Kaonohi Street. It opened on June 30, 2023 with a temporary 16-space park and ride lot.In Hawaiian, "kalauao" means "the multitude of clouds" and is the name of the ahupuaʻa in which it is located. The Hawaiian Station Name Working Group proposed Hawaiian names for the nine rail stations on the ʻEwa end of the rail system (stations west of and including Aloha Stadium) in November 2017, and HART adopted the proposed names on February 22, 2018. The Hawaiian name initially proposed for the station, Puʻuloa, means "long hill" and refers to an ʻili that marked the entrance to the bays of Puʻuloa.

Waiawa station (also known as Pearl Highlands station) is a Skyline metro station in Pearl City, Hawaiʻi, serving the Pearl Highlands Center shopping mall. The station is located alongside Kamehameha Highway near its intersection with Kuala Street and is the main arterial connection for Skyline riders from Central Oʻahu and the North Shore, including Waipio, Mililani, Wahiawa and Haleʻiwa. It opened on June 30, 2023.In Hawaiian, "waiawa" means "milkfish water" and is the name of the ahupuaʻa in which it is located, referring to the fact it housed multiple fishponds and comprises the largest watershed on Oʻahu. Pearlridge Center is the second largest shopping center in Hawaiʻi, after Ala Moana, and is Hawaiʻi's largest enclosed shopping center, located in ʻAiea. Opened in 1972 and expanded in 1976, the enclosed mall is split into three "phases" (Uptown, Downtown, and Phase Three) and overlooks historic Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona Memorial. The property includes the only monorail in Hawaiʻi, the only emergency clinic located on mall property (Pali Momi Medical Center), and an eight-story office complex (Pearlridge Office Center). Pali Momi Medical Center is a nonprofit hospital located in Waimalu, West Oʻahu. It has 118 beds, and has a full range of services, including an interventional cardiac catheterization lab, CT scan and MRI services, and the state's first Retina Center. Pali Momi's emergency services division employs a team triage method, and is the only hospital in Hawaii to do so. It also has a simulation lab to further train their staff.Pali Momi was founded in 1989 as the Kapiolani Medical Center at Pali Momi. It is an affiliate of Hawaiʻi Pacific Health. In 2010, the hospital rebranded itself as the Pali Momi Medical Center.

It is one of 10 campuses of the University of Hawaiʻi system and is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges. Leeward's open admissions policy, only requires that a student be 18 years or older or earned a U.S. high school diploma or a GED (General Education Development) certificate.The campus boasts the sculptures Among the Ruins by Satoru Abe (born 1926) and The Cat by Eli Marozzi (1913–1999).

Hālaulani station (also known as Leeward Community College station) is a Skyline metro station in Pearl City, Hawaiʻi, serving the Leeward Community College campus. The station is located alongside Ala ʻIke Street and can be accessed from a building on the college campus, with passengers using a tunnel to travel under Ala ʻIke Street and the eastbound track. It is the only station on the system not built on elevated tracks. The Pearl Harbor National Wildlife Refuge is a National Wildlife Refuge on the island of Oʻahu, Hawaii. It was created in 1972 to mitigate the wildlife resource disturbances caused by construction of the Honolulu International Airport Reef Runway. The Refuge includes three units, the Honouliuli, Waiwa and Kalaeloa. The Honouliuli and Waiawa Units are managed under a cooperative agreement with the United States Navy. The Kalaeloa Unit was established during Base Realignment and Closure proceedings in 2001. Through these cooperative efforts with the Federal Aviation Administration, the State of Hawaii, and the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service made Pearl Harbor NWR a reality.
