The Embassy of the United States, Taipei (Chinese: 美國駐台北大使館; pinyin: Měiguó zhù Táiběi Dàshǐ guǎn) is a former United States diplomatic mission in Zhongshan District, Taipei, Taiwan. The building current houses the Taipei Film House (Chinese: 光點臺北; pinyin: Guāngdiǎn Táiběi) as a movie theater.

Regent Taipei (Chinese: 晶華酒店; pinyin: Jīnghuá Jiǔdiàn) is a hotel in Zhongshan District, Taipei, Taiwan. It opened in 1990 as the Regent Taipei, and later became the Grand Formosa Regent before reverting to its current name. It is owned and operated by Taiwan-based FIH Regent Group.

Zhongshan (Chinese: 中山, formerly transliterated as Chungshan Station until 2003) is a metro station in Taipei, Taiwan served by Taipei Metro. It is a transfer station between Tamsui–Xinyi and Songshan–Xindian lines. The station opened on 28 March 1997 for traffic on the Tamsui line, and Songshan line services opened on 15 November 2014. It is located in the middle of the underground Zhongshan Metro Mall and Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Store.

Shin Shin Department Store (Chinese: 欣欣百貨; pinyin: Xīn Xīn Bǎihùo) is a small-sized shopping center in Zhongshan District, Taipei, Taiwan that opened on 28 June 1972. The mall is partly invested by the Veterans Affairs Council and is one of the oldest shopping malls in the district. The main core stores of the mall include Toys R Us, Mia C'bon, Sushiro, and Showtime Cinemas. The mall is located in close proximity to Zhongshan metro station of the Songshan–Xindian line and Tamsui-Xinyi Line of Taipei Metro.

The Zhongshan Metro Shopping Mall (Chinese: 中山地下街; pinyin: Zhōngshān Dìxiàjiē) is an extensive underground shopping mall in Zhongshan District and Datong District, Taipei, Taiwan. It is located at Changan West Rd., No. 52-1. The mall stretches from Taipei Main Station in the south to Shuanglian Station in the north.

Mackay Memorial Hospital (Chinese: 馬偕紀念醫院; pinyin: Mǎjiē Jìniàn Yīyuàn), established on 26 December 1912, is one of the largest medical centers in Taiwan. It is a private Christian hospital in Zhongshan District, Taipei, Taiwan, mostly associated with George Leslie Mackay, the first modern missionary to northern Taiwan. The hospital is deeply rooted in the Presbyterian tradition and under the spiritual guidance of the Presbyterian Church in Taiwan.
