Sylhet railway station is a railway station in Bangladesh. There are two types of rail lines in Bangladesh: Meter gauge and Broad gauge. This station is connected with meter-gauge link on both sides from Chhatak and Dhaka. This railway station is situated in Sylhet city. The newly formed Sylhet railway station was inaugurated in 2004. With the supervision of A.K. Rafique Uddin Ahmed, representing Engineering and Planning Consultants Ltd., was the chief architect of the project. The station has three platforms.

Kamalapur Railway Station is the central railway station in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is the largest station in the country and the most important terminal for transportation between Dhaka and the rest of Bangladesh. It is also one of the most modern and striking buildings in Dhaka, designed by Berger Consulting. The design process started under the direction of Daniel Dunham, followed by Robert Boughey. It was opened on 1 May 1968.

Kamalapur Multimodal Transport Hub (Bengali: কমলাপুর মাল্টিমোডাল পরিবহন হাব) is a proposed transport hub in Dhaka, capital of Bangladesh. It will be a large structure with three levels around to the station plaza of Dhaka railway station which is the central railway station of the country.

Notre Dame College, Dhaka (Bengali: নটর ডেম কলেজ, ঢাকা), also known as NDC, is a Catholic higher secondary school (in the Indian subcontinent, as in the United Kingdom, higher secondary schools comprising the 11th and 12th years of education are often referred to as colleges) as well as a degree college affiliated to the National University. It is one of the oldest educational institutions in Dhaka, Bangladesh, established in 1949. This institution is administered by the Congregation of Holy Cross, Society of Priests. The college also offers three years of degree program, Bachelor of Arts (BA Pass Course) and Bachelor of Social Sciences (BSS Pass Course). In 2019, the institution celebrated its 70th anniversary.

T & T High School (Bengali: টি এন্ড টি হাই স্কুল) is an educational institution in Motijheel T & T Colony, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Although the school was set up to cater for the children of the surrounding areas, students come from all parts of Dhaka. It was established in 1962 as a junior school, but was later converted to a high school.

Notre Dame University Bangladesh or NDUB (Bengali: নটর ডেম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় বাংলাদেশ) is a private Catholic university in Bangladesh. Located in Motijheel, Dhaka, the university was founded by the Congregation of Holy Cross in 2013. After receiving approval from the Ministry of Education, the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, and University Grants Commission (UGC), Notre Dame University Bangladesh commenced its academic activities in the fall of 2014.

Bangladesh Bank Building is a high-rise building located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is located in Motijheel, the central business district. It rises to a height of 115 metres (377 ft) and has 31 floors. It houses the headquarters of Bangladesh Bank. The building is one of the earliest high-rise in the city. It was the tallest building in Bangladesh for 27 years. Built in 1985, it was the tallest building in Bangladesh until 2012, when City Centre Dhaka Topped-out at 171 metres (561 ft). Currently, it is the fourth tallest building in Bangladesh.

Bangladesh Bank is the first central bank in the world to introduce a dedicated hotline (16236) for people to complain about any banking-related problem. Moreover, the organization is the first central bank in the world to issue a "Green Banking Policy". To acknowledge this contribution, then-governor Dr. Atiur Rahman was given the title 'Green Governor' at the 2012 United Nations Climate Change Conference, which was held at the Qatar National Convention Centre in Doha.

Motijheel (Bengali: মতিঝিল) is a thana (administrative division) of Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is at the heart of the city (the General Post Office is considered the zero point of Dhaka). Motijheel is the major business and commercial hub of Dhaka city and has more offices and business institutions than any other part of the city. It is the home to largest number of corporate headquarters in the nation. Many news, magazines, print and other media publishers are based here. Motijheel is close to Dhaka Railway Station, Dhaka's main station. One of the highest skyscrapers of the megacity are in this area. It is the central business district. City Centre Bangladesh and Bangladesh Bank Building are in this area. The iconic land mark of Shapla in Shapla Square is the central point where all major roads to the place converge.
