Lourdes School of Quezon City

The National Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes, (Filipino: Pambansáng Dambana ng Mahal na Birhen ng Lourdes) better known as the Church of Lourdes de Retiro, is a Roman Catholic national shrine in Quezon City, Philippines. The church is administered by the Order of Friars Minor Capuchin of the Philippine Ecclesiastical Province and under the Vicariate of San Pedro Bautista of the Diocese of Cubao.The original church was located in Intramuros until it was destroyed during the World War II. The venerated Marian image enshrined within dates from 1894 was hidden and spared during the bombing. The present church was completed and inaugurated in 1951. In 1997, it was declared as a national shrine by the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines.Dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary as Our Lady of Lourdes, Pope Francis granted a decree of Canonical coronation towards the image on 5 September 2019. The image was crowned on 22 August 2020.

St. Theresa's College of Quezon City also called by its acronym STC, is a private Catholic basic education institution for girls (formerly also a higher education institution) run by the Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It was officially established on January 7, 1947 by the ICM Sisters but opened only in June 1947.STC offers programs from the kindergarten through the elementary and secondary levels. The Philippine Orthopedic Center is a 700-bed tertiary special hospital under the Department of Health of the Philippines, specializing in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and serves as a center for trauma and orthopedics. The hospital is located at Banawe Avenue corner Maria Clara Street, Santa Mesa Heights, Quezon City.

The Manila North Cemetery (Spanish: Cementerio del Norte) is one of the oldest cemeteries in Metro Manila, Philippines. The cemetery is owned by and located in the City of Manila, the national capital, and is one of the largest in the metropolis at 54 hectares (130 acres). It is located alongside Andrés Bonifacio Avenue and borders two other important cemeteries: the La Loma Cemetery and the Manila Chinese Cemetery. PCC is the oldest Chinese Filipino secondary school in the Philippines. It is a non-stock, non-profit, and non-sectarian co-educational education institution offering pre-school, and has a Level II re-accredited status from the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU) for its grade school and high school. Its programs emphasize in the English, Filipino, and Mandarin Chinese languages, Mathematics, Science, and Information Technology.

Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center (CGHMC) (simplified Chinese: 中华崇仁总医院暨医学中心; traditional Chinese: 中華崇仁總醫院暨醫學中心; pinyin: Zhōnghuá Chóngrénzǒng Yīyuàn jì Yīxué Zhōngxīn; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Tiong-hoâ Chiông-lîn-chóng I-īⁿ kap I-ha̍k Tiong-sim), also known as the Chinese General Hospital, is a district general hospital and teaching hospital in Manila, Philippines. It is one of the oldest hospitals in the Philippines, founded during the Spanish occupation of the country from donations of Chinese immigrants. The hospital's operations is supported by the Philippine Chinese Charitable Association (PCCA), founded in 1878 when the Chinese community was established in Manila.

The Chinese General Hospital Colleges is a medical university located in Manila, Philippines. It was established in 1921 as the Chinese General Hospital School of Nursing (CGHSN). It is owned and managed by the Philippine Chinese Charitable Association (PCCA) Inc. as a non-profit service organization. In 2012 the College began to offer courses such as Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, BS in Psychology, BS in Radiologic Technology and Diploma in Midwifery. In 2017 it opened the College of Medicine, which incorporates Traditional Chinese Medicine in its curriculum.

Blumentritt Road is a major road in Manila, Philippines. It runs through the border of the City of Manila with Quezon City from Rizal Avenue in Santa Cruz district to G. Tuazon Street in Sampaloc district. The road also forms the southern boundary of the Manila North Cemetery. It is named after Bohemian professor and filipinologist, Ferdinand Blumentritt. The portion of the road from Rizal Avenue to Dimasalang Street in Santa Cruz was originally named Calle Sangleyes (Spanish for "Chinese merchants street") in reference to its original residents. It passes through the Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center and the Manila North Green Park before turning southeast in Sampaloc. The road intersects with Dimasalang Street, A. Bonifacio Avenue, N.S. Amoranto Sr. Avenue, Laon Laan Road, and España Boulevard before terminating at G. Tuazon Street in Sampaloc, near its boundary with San Isidro (Galas), Quezon City. It is served by the Blumentritt LRT station and Blumentritt PNR station at Rizal Avenue. The section of the road between Rizal Avenue and A. Bonifacio Avenue is a component of National Route 160 (N160), while the section between A. Bonifacio Avenue and España Boulevard is designated as National Route 161 (N161); both routes are of the Philippine highway network. Its remaining section, considered as its extension, up to G. Tuazon Street is unnumbered. A major flood control project in this road was completed in June 2016.

The UST Angelicum College is a private Catholic basic and higher education institution run by the Philippine Dominican Province of the Order of Preachers located in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It was founded in July 1972 by the Dominican priest Rev. Fr. Rogelio B. Alarcon, OP who became its first rector. UST Angelicum is an official member of the Dominican Network. It attained Level II Primary Accreditation conducted by PAASCU

The Welcome Rotonda, officially Mabuhay Rotonda, is a roundabout in Quezon City in the Philippines. It is located a few meters from Quezon City's border with Manila, at the intersection of E. Rodriguez, Sr. Boulevard, Mayon Avenue, Quezon Avenue, Nicanor Ramirez Street, and España Boulevard. It may also refer to the monument situated on its central island. The roundabout was officially named Welcome Rotonda until May 17, 1995, when it was renamed Mabuhay Rotonda by then-Quezon City Mayor Ismael Mathay, Jr., following an initiative by local restaurateur Rod Ongpauco to promote the use of the Filipino expression "Mabuhay!" as a way of welcoming foreign visitors to the Philippines.

España Boulevard is an eight–lane major thoroughfare in Manila, the capital city of the Philippines, named after Spain, the country that formerly held the Philippines as an overseas territory. True to its name, several Spanish names abound the street. It starts at the Welcome Rotonda near the boundary of Quezon City and Manila and ends with a Y-intersection with Lerma and Nicanor Reyes Streets in Manila.
