Wake Technical Community College

McCullers Crossroads is an unincorporated community in southern Wake County, North Carolina, United States, located midway between Raleigh and Fuquay Varina. It lies at the intersection of US 401 (Fayetteville Road) and SR 1010 (Ten-Ten Road). Wake Technical Community College has its main campus nearby.

Edenwood, also known as the Smith-Williams House, is a historic home located near Garner, Wake County, North Carolina. The original section of the house dates to the early-19th century. About 1850, a frame Greek Revival-style I-house was added. A two-story frame wing was added about 1935. A center-bay two-story pedimented porch flanked by one-story, full-facade, attached porches were added to the front facade in the 1930s. Also on the property is a contributing outbuilding.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.

It features a one-story, hip roof wraparound porch.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

The Frank and Mary Smith House and Turner and Amelia Smith House, both listed on the National Register of Historic Places, are located in Willow Spring. Black Creek, part of the Neuse River, runs through Willow Spring. There are wetlands such as swamp and marsh surrounding the creek.

It is a two-story, single pile, frame I-house with a one-story rear addition. It features a hip-roofed wraparound porch. Also on the property are the contributing well house (c. 1900), barn/garage (c. 1900), barn (c. 1900), chicken house (c. 1900), and picket fence (c. 1900).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

Utley-Council House is a historic home located near Apex, Wake County, North Carolina. It was built about 1820, and is an asymmetrical, two-story, three bay, frame Federal period dwelling. It has a hall-and-parlor plan. Also on the property is a contributing mortise-and-tenon smokehouse (c. 1820s).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) in 2002.

As of the 2010 census, Swift Creek Township had a population of 50,225, a 41.6% increase over 2000. Swift Creek Township, occupying 44.6 square miles (115.5 km2) in south-central Wake County, includes portions of the towns of Cary and Garner and of the city of Raleigh. Swift Creek is also an unincorporated community within Wake County, located between the municipalities of Raleigh, Cary, Apex, and Garner. A non-binding referendum on incorporation for the Swift Creek area was held in November 2000. Out of 4,220 votes cast, 2,492 (58%) voted in favor of incorporation.

J. Beale Johnson House is a historic home located near Fuquay-Varina, Wake County, North Carolina. The house was built about 1906, and is a two-story, double pile, Classical Revival style frame dwelling. It is sheathed in weatherboard, sits on a brick foundation, hipped roof, and rear ell. It features a two-story pedimented front portico supported by Doric order columns and one-story wraparound porch with porte cochere.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.
