Hammersmith and Fulham was a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elected one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election. The constituency was abolished at the 2010 general election with its wards being split between two new constituencies of Chelsea and Fulham & Hammersmith.

St Thomas of Canterbury Church, also known as St Thomas's, Rylston Road, is a Roman Catholic parish church in Fulham, central London. Designed in the Gothic Revival style by Augustus Pugin in 1847, the building is Grade II* listed with Historic England. It stands at 60 Rylston Road, Fulham, next to Pugin's Grade II listed presbytery and churchyard and St Thomas's primary school, also largely by Pugin, close to the junction with Lillie Road in the Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.

Fulham Enterprise Studio was a studio school within a school at Fulham College Boys' School and based in the adjacent former Kingwood CLC building in London, England.

Fulham Cross Girls’ School (FCGS) is a secondary school with academy status for girls aged 11–16, located in the Fulham area of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, England. The school is part of the Fulham Cross Academy Trust, alongside Fulham Cross Academy. Although the school does not have its own sixth form, graduating pupils have admissions priority for the sixth form operated by Fulham Cross Academy. The school converted to an academy in 2013 (2013). As of 2021, it has not been inspected by Ofsted since then, although there was a monitoring visit in 2015.

Fulham School, originally founded as Fulham Preparatory School, is a school in Fulham, London, teaching children from the age of three up to eighteen (completing the IB). From its beginnings as a pre-prep and preparatory school, in 2017, it moved into also providing secondary education.The Prep school's buildings in Greyhound Road, Hammersmith, were previously used by Holborn College and from 1981 until 1985 were the film location for the children's television programme Grange Hill.The school has a new campus at Chesilton Road, Fulham, completed in March 2021, which accommodates 220 students from Year Nine onwards in a new purpose-built building. September 2021 saw the launch of a Sixth Form, following accreditation process for the International Baccalaureate, to be able to offer Sixth Form students the IB Diploma Programme.

Vine and Bell Cottage, also known as Vine Cottages, is a Grade II listed building at 622 Fulham Road, Fulham, London, built in the early 18th century.

St. Andrew's Church, Fulham, also known as St. Andrew's Church, West Kensington, is a Church of England church located in West Kensington, near Fulham in southwest London. The church was founded in 1873. The church is notable for the fact that some of its parishioners were responsible for establishing Fulham Football Club. It has been Grade II listed since 2009.

Fulham Library is a Grade II listed building at 598 Fulham Road, Fulham, London. It was built in 1908, and the architect was Henry Hare. A library has existed on the site since at least 1894.Among the staff was Edward Dudley, winner of the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals first Cilip medal, who worked there as a librarian from 1936 to 1939.

Kensington Preparatory School is an independent day school for girls aged 4–11 in Fulham, London, England. Despite its name, the school is not located in Kensington although it was founded there. It moved from Kensington to Fulham in 1997. Entry at all levels is by assessment.

Susannah Jane Lamplugh (; born 3 May 1961) was a British estate agent reported missing on 28 July 1986 (aged 25) in Fulham, London, England, United Kingdom. She was officially declared dead, presumed murdered, in 1993. The last clue to Lamplugh's whereabouts was an appointment to show a house in Shorrolds Road to someone she called Mr Kipper. The case remains unsolved. John Cannan, a convicted criminal responsible for the murder of Shirley Banks in 1987 and many other rapes, abductions and attempted abductions since his release from a nearby prison three days before Lamplugh's disappearance, is the only suspect in the murder of Lamplugh. In November 2002, the Crown Prosecution Service concluded that there was insufficient evidence to charge Cannan, but police announced at a press conference their belief that he had murdered Lamplugh. Cannan claims to know who killed Lamplugh and that the culprit is also responsible for the murder of Shirley Banks, for which Cannan was convicted. He is known to have appeared uninvited at a house that was for sale in Shorrolds Road in the days before the disappearance, believing that the young female occupant was alone in the house, and acted strangely until the woman's husband appeared, causing Cannan to quickly leave. DNA evidence has also shown that Lamplugh had previously been in a car that he owned at the time of her disappearance.

The Queen's Club is a private sporting club in West Kensington, London, England. The club hosts the annual Queen's Club Championships men's grass court lawn tennis tournament (currently known as the "cinch Championships" for sponsorship reasons). It has 28 outdoor courts and ten indoor. With two courts, it is also the national headquarters of real tennis, hosting the British Open every year excepting 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. The Queen's Club also has rackets and squash courts; it became the headquarters for both sports after the closure of the Prince's Club in 1940.
