Lindamere is an unincorporated community in New Castle County, Delaware, United States. Lindamere is located along U.S. Route 13 on the west bank of the Delaware River, northeast of Edgemoor.

Fox Point State Park is a Delaware state park on 108 acres (44 ha) along the Delaware River in New Castle County, Delaware in the United States. The park, which opened in 1995, has been built atop a former hazardous waste site that has been rehabilitated under an adaptive reuse program that was spearheaded by S. Marston Fox and the Fox Point Civic Association. Fox Point State Park is open for year-round use from 8:00 am until sunset. The park offers recreational opportunities on biking and pedestrian trails with picnic facilities, a playground and volleyball and horseshoes facilities. Fox Point State Park is just off Interstate 495 and is the northern terminus of Delaware's Coastal Heritage Greenway.

Rosemont, also known as Joseph W. and Ida Guest House, is a historic home located at 151⁄2 Cragmere Road, Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built about 1893, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, three-bay, T-shaped vernacular brick-and-frame farmhouse. It consists of a gambrel-roofed main block with projecting central bay, with a gable-roofed rear wing. The house has elements of Stick, Queen Anne, and Colonial Revival-style detailing. Also on the property is a 2+1⁄2-story frame carriage house.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in March 2009. The property was the Highlighted Property of the Week when the National Park Service released its weekly list of March 6, 2009.

Mount Pleasant Methodist Episcopal Church and Parsonage is a historic Methodist Episcopal church and parsonage located at Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1838, and is a one-story, stuccoed stone structure with a gable roof. It measures approximately 50 feet by 40 feet, and has a gable-roofed vestibule added in 1893. Adjacent to the church is the parsonage built in 1894. It is a 2+1⁄2-story, four-bay L-shaped frame dwelling in the Queen Anne style. It sits on a fieldstone foundation and features gray-green fish-scale shingles. Adjacent is the contributing church cemetery with burials dating back to 1841.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1998. It is now part of Bellevue State Park, a Delaware state park.

It abuts Bellevue State Park and Stoney Creek.Delaire was developed in the 1940s from the subdvision of 61 acres (25 ha) of the Volpe Tract, former site of the Bellevue Gun Club. In 1980 it was described as being typical of the Brandywine Hundred: "solid, all masonry, all middle-class, mostly white-collar, and mostly Republican".

The park is named for Bellevue Hall, the former mansion of William du Pont Jr. Many of the facilities at the park were built by du Pont. Cauffiel House is a historic home in the park near Stoney Creek.
