The Lima Convention Center (Spanish: Lima Centro de Convenciones; LCC), also known as the 27 January Convention Center (Spanish: Centro de Convenciones 27 de Enero) is a convention centre in San Borja, Lima, Peru. It is located in the cultural center of the city of Lima, around the Museo de la Nación and the National Library of Peru, in an area of 10,884 m2. It was inaugurated on October 1, 2015.The complex has the capacity to accommodate around 10,000 people, has 18 rooms and four levels of basements and 4 floors of an auditorium.The building hosted the 2016 APEC summit and the 8th Summit of the Americas in 2018, among others.

The Museo de la Nación (English: Museum of the Nation) is one of two major museums of Peruvian history in Lima, Peru. It is much larger than the other main museum in Lima, the Peruvian National Museum of Archaeology, Anthropology, and History. Currently it is no longer being used as a museum, carrying only very sporadic exhibitions. The Museum of the Nation housed thousands of artifacts spanning the entire span of human occupation in Peru, including an impressive collection of Moche, Nazca, and Wari ceramics. The museum also houses reproductions of many famous ancient Andean artifacts, most notably the Lanzón from Chavín de Huantar ; a recreation of the burial chamber of the Lord of Sipan (El Señor de Sipán); and the famous Revolt of the Objects Mural. However it is closed and being treated as the office of the Ministry of Culture. The only permanent exhibit that remains open is on the 6th floor of the museum which houses the photographic exhibit Yuyanapaq. Para Recordar. This exhibit was created by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission to document the internal conflict in Peru that occurred from 1980 to 2000 involving the Shining Path.

The Gran Teatro Nacional del Perú (Grand National Theater of Peru) is a multi-purpose theatre and concert hall in Lima, Peru. It is part of the Cultural Tridium, flanked by the National Library of Peru and the Museo de la Nación. The theatre was inaugurated on 23 July 2011. The theatre has a capacity of up to 1500 people, and uses the latest technology in acoustics and sound engineering to support performance genres ranging from opera, philharmonic orchestras, pop stars, Broadway shows and more. The building includes rehearsal rooms, dressing rooms, restaurants, cafeteria, library and rooms for various types of events.In July 2012 it hosted a performance of the opera-ballet Akas Kas by Peruvian composer Nilo Valerde.

La Cultura is a Lima Metro station on Line 1. The station is located between San Borja Sur and Arriola. It was opened on 11 July 2011 as part of the extension of the line from Atocongo to Miguel Grau. The full revenue service started on 3 January 2012.

The Villa Deportiva Nacional (National Sports Village) is, together with the Estadio Nacional del Perú (National Stadium of Peru), one of the main sports venues in Peru. It is in the District of San Luis, in the city of Lima. It is also called VIDENA, for the first two letters of each word in its name. The offices of the football, athletics, cycling, gymnastics, softball, baseball and wrestling federations. The training centers of the Peruvian national soccer, athletics and baseball are also based here. The Peruvian Olympic Committee has its main offices on this site.

San Luis is a district of the Lima Province in Peru. In San Luis the National Sports Village is located in charge of the Peruvian Sports Institute, which has facilities for the practice of various sports (athletics, cycling, volleyball, swimming, softball and baseball). The building for the Headquarters of the Peruvian Army (Spanish: Cuartel General del Ejército del Perú), known among locals as the Little Pentagon (Spanish: Pentagonito), is a building complex located in the San Borja District of Lima that serves as the Headquarters of the Peruvian Army.

San Borja is a district of the Lima Province in Peru, and one of the upscale districts that comprise the city of Lima. Originally part of the district of Surquillo and San Isidro, it became officially established as a separate district on June 1, 1983. The new district took its name from a former hacienda (estate) which dominated the area. The district's postal code is 41. The current mayor (alcalde) is Marco Álvarez. San Borja, is a quiet setting, where it is pleasant to live, it is classified within the top 5 of best places to live in Lima by many means. San Borja is one of the few districts of Lima which was planned from the beginning and developed in an orderly fashion. This happened in a relatively short time, during the 1970s the area underwent massive population growth and by the early 1980s almost all the land had been built up. The district's parks and green areas can be clearly seen on the satellite photographs (see external link). It is considered a middle to high-class district. San Borja can be easily accessed using Javier Prado Avenue (the most likely route if coming from Lima International Airport), Angamos Avenue or Aviación Avenue. The Panamerican Highway marks the eastern border of the district and is the most direct route if coming from the north or the south of the country. Most of the residential streets in this district are named after famous painters, artists, philosophers and, in general, such tasks, that is the case with calle Miguel Angel, calle Millet, calle Redon, calle Monet, calle Rousseau, calle Van Gogh, to name just a few.

The Chocavento Tower (Edificio Chocavento) is a high-rise office building located in the San Isidro district of Lima, Peru, built in 2001. At a height of 107 meters, is the third highest building in Peru, surpassed by the "Centro Civico de Lima" (Civic center of Lima) at 109 meters, the "Westin Libertador Hotel" at 120 meters and the "Banco Continental (BBVA) Building" at 132 meters. The Chocavento building has 25 storeys above ground and five below ground. Its construction cost US$15.3 million.
