San Borja District

The Chocavento Tower (Edificio Chocavento) is a high-rise office building located in the San Isidro district of Lima, Peru, built in 2001. At a height of 107 meters, is the third highest building in Peru, surpassed by the "Centro Civico de Lima" (Civic center of Lima) at 109 meters, the "Westin Libertador Hotel" at 120 meters and the "Banco Continental (BBVA) Building" at 132 meters. The Chocavento building has 25 storeys above ground and five below ground. Its construction cost US$15.3 million.

The Westin Lima Hotel & Convention Center, also known as the Hotel Westin Libertador, is a five-star hotel in San Isidro District, Lima. The hotel is owned by the Grupo Brescia and operated by Westin Hotels & Resorts.

Begonias Tower, also known as the HSBC Tower, is a skyscraper located in San Isidro District, Lima.

T Tower is an office building located in San Isidro, Lima, Peru. Construction began in 2015 at a cost of over S/.115 million and the building was inaugurated in 2018, has a height of 101 meters corresponding to the line of the façade and has 24 floors and a semi-covered rooftop. It is located in front of Javier Prado avenue in the corporate centre of San Isidro.

San Borja Sur is a Lima Metro station on Line 1. The station is located between Angamos and La Cultura. It was opened on 11 July 2011 as part of the extension of the line from Atocongo to Miguel Grau. The full revenue service started on 3 January 2012.

Canout Theatre (Spanish: Teatro Canout) is a theatre located at Petit Thouars Avenue in Miraflores District, Lima, Peru. It was inaugurated on March 24, 1954, as a cinema-theatre, and since then it has been the scene of a wide variety of shows, from film screenings to plays, concerts and cultural events. Once set to be closed and demolished in 2021 due to the economic effects of the then-ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in Peru, two local comedians saved the theatre by first renting and then and purchasing the building.

The Casa Suárez is a house located in the city of Lima, Peru. It was declared Cultural heritage of the Nation in May 2007.

Surquillo District is a district in Lima, Peru. The district is bordered by the districts of San Isidro and San Borja on the north; by Miraflores on the south and west; and by Santiago de Surco on the east. Due to its central position, Surquillo is a very commercially active district, havings several businesses, most of which are hardware and construction material shops. Some car selling companies as well as Corporación Graña y Montero, one of the largest Peruvian consulting companies, are located in the district.Although Surquillo is completely surrounded by upscale districts, it is mostly a lower-middle class district with some working-class neighborhoods. The old town area of Surquillo is known to be dangerous and tourists are discouraged from walking there alone, as it is rife with thieves and gang violence. Nonetheless, some parts of Surquillo's residential area have lower crime rates and a higher standard of living, such as Barrio Medico, Calera de la Merced and Limatambo.Also found Residencial San Pedro (across the park or Morococha "Paul Harris") located in block 13 of jiron San Pedro, which consists of seven parts. Surquillo appears on the map as a general bow tie shape, being the combination of one trapezoidal area and the area of a triangle pointing down, with Tomás Marsano Ave. as their divider. The trapezoidal area is the old-town district, made up of nearly evenly spaced blocks, while the inverted triangle is the new district, made of mostly residential zones with curving streets and uneven spacing between blocks. In 1983, Surquillo lost more than half of its territory, as the district of San Borja was created in the northern part of the district.Regarding gastronomy, in Surquillo there is a dish called "salchichaufa". It consists on the fusion of two other dishes: arroz chaufa (fried rice) and salchipapa (fries and sausages).

San Isidro is a district of the Lima Province in Peru. It is located in the west center of the city, it has a few meters of coastline. Officially created on April 24, 1931, San Isidro, along with Orrantia and Country Club districts, was separated from Miraflores. San Isidro has become a major financial quarter in recent years, as many banks and businesses left downtown Lima to set up their headquarters in modern office blocks. It is inhabited by mostly upper middle and upper-class families.

El Olivar is a public park located in the neighbourhood of the same name in San Isidro District, Lima, Peru. Named after the olive trees located there since their introduction in 1560, it is part of the cultural heritage of Peru.
