Sharjah Maritime Museum

Al Khan is a southern suburb of the city of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The suburb is located on the Al Khan Bay, which serves as a boundary between Sharjah and Dubai. Until recently, the area was deserted and home to a collection of crumbling traditional coral and adobe houses, but it now houses the Sharjah Aquarium. A number of the older buildings are being restored to create a heritage area.

Downtown Sharjah or Sharjah City, Al Majaz is a large-scale, mixed-use complex in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. It is home to some of the city's notable landmarks, including City Centre Sharjah, Al Noor Island, Al Qasba and Al Majaz Waterfront and Al Montazah Parks. There are permanent residents in Sharjah Downtown, with residential areas built between the 1990s and the present. There are also a couple of hotels.

Al Qasba Sharjah (Arabic: القصباء الشارقة) also know as Al Qasba Canal or Al Qasba Canal-side is a Residential community, Canalside and Waterfront in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The project numerous skyscrapers located in an area where Sharjah has been dredged and extended, and located south of Downtown Sharjah.

Al Jazirah (Arabic: الجزيرة) is a settlement in Sharjah.

The Sharjah Museums Authority (SMA), formerly named Sharjah Museums Department (SMD), is a government agency in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.The organization was established by Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al-Qasimi in 2006. The authority's objective is to promote the emirate's legacy of arts, heritage and culture. It is a part of the Global Cultural Districts Network. Layyah is the name of a suburb of the city of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is the site of the city's main power station and desalination plant.At the turn of the 20th century, Sharjah had some 4 or 5 shops in Layyah and a bazaar of some 200 shops in Sharjah proper.

Expo Centre Sharjah (Arabic: مركز اكسبو الشارقة) is an exhibition and convention centre, located in Sharjah (Al Khan), United Arab Emirates. It is the exhibition wing of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI).

Al Noor Island (Arabic: جزيرة النور) is an island in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates vehicles are prohibited from entering the island. Al Noor Island is part of the Downtown Sharjah.

Al Mamzar (Arabic: الممزر) is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Al Mamzar is located in the area of Deira, in the north-east of Dubai. The locality is bordered by the Persian Gulf to the north, Al Waheda to the west, Hor Al Anz to the south and the emirate of Sharjah to the east. The north-east section of the locality is residential. Al Ittihad School, Dubai Cultural and Scientific Association, Al Gaz Mosque, Dubai Police Headquarters and Al Mamzar Park are important landmarks in the locality.

Al Noor Mosque (Arabic: جَامِع ٱلنُّوْر, romanized: Jāmiʿ An-Nūr) is a mosque in Sharjah, the United Arab Emirates, located on the Khaled lagoon at the Buhaira Corniche. It is of Turkish Ottoman design and was influenced by the Sultan Ahmed Mosque in Turkey. It is one of the mosques open to the public in Sharjah, which has over 600 total.In 2014 the mosque set a Guinness World Record for the "World's largest wooden charity box" for their Ramadan donation campaign.

The Sharjah Al Jubail bus station, also known as the Al Jubail Terminal, is a bus station in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. It is situated in Al Jubail and adjacent to Downtown Sharjah. It is owned by the Roads and Transport Authority (Sharjah). With an area of 5 acres, the station is one of the largest in the Emirate of Sharjah. There are two entrances to the bus station, each serving as entrance and exit. The entries are from North Side (Al Jubail Souq), East Side (Sharjah Blue Souk) and two on South Side (in front of Sharjah Rolla-Beach Road).
