Chapel of the Immaculate Conception in San Diego, California in San Diego County, is a California Historical Landmark No. 49 listed on March 6, 1935. The Chapel of the Immaculate Conception was built in 1850 as the adobe house of John Brown. The house was converted to a Church building by Don José Aguirre in 1858. From 1866 to 1907 missionary Father Antonio D. Ubach was parish priest at Chapel of the Immaculate Conception. The Works Progress Administration rebuilt the Chapel of the Immaculate Conception in 1937. The Chapel of the Immaculate Conception is located at 3950 Conde Street in Old Town, San DiegoA Historical Plaque placed was placed at Chapel of the Immaculate Conception by the State Department of Parks and Recreation working with City of San Diego; San Diego County Historical Days Assaction, and Squibob Chapter of the E Clampus Vitus on September 24, 1988.

The Whaley House is an 1857 Greek Revival style residence, a California Historical Landmark, and museum located in Old Town, San Diego, California. It is currently maintained by Historic Tours of America, Inc (HTA). The Whaley House was the home of Thomas Whaley and his family. At various times it also housed Whaley's general store, San Diego's second county courthouse, and the first commercial theater in San Diego. The house has "witnessed more history than any other building in the city".

Heritage County Park is a county park of San Diego County, California, located near Old Town San Diego State Historic Park and measuring almost eight acres. It was developed to preserve examples of San Diego's historic Victorian architecture including Italianate, Stick-Eastlake, Queen Anne and classic revival styles. The properties were all relocated from their original locations with the help of San Diego County and Save Our Heritage Organisation.

Casa de Cota site in San Diego, California in San Diego County, is a California Historical Landmark No. 75 listed on December 6, 1932. The Casa de Cota House was built by Juan Cota or Ramon Cota at what is now Twiggs Street and Congress Street. The adobe house was removed by the United States Army to make room for an Army training camp used in World War II. The training camp was temporary and the site is now a parking lot. A California Historical sign is at the Old Town, San Diego parking lot.

Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), formerly Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific or SSC Pacific) provides the US Navy with research, development, delivery and support of integrated command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR), cyber and space systems and capabilities across all warfighting domains. The only Naval technical center headquartered in a major fleet concentration area, NIWC Pacific manages strategic locations both in the Pacific theater and around the world. NIWC Pacific is advancing the Navy's employment of next generation unmanned systems and autonomous vehicles, large data management, antenna design, clean and renewable energy sources, and both offensive and defensive cyber programs. As the primary research arm of the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), NIWC Pacific supports basic research and prototype development, basic and applied science, extensive test and evaluation services, systems engineering and integration, installation and full spectrum life-cycle support of fielded systems. With worldwide connectivity and numerous partnerships with private industry and academia, NIWC Pacific addresses warfighting requirements for Navy, Joint, National and Coalition war fighters. The laboratory operates as a Naval Working Capital Fund organization and relies on funding from both Navy and non-Navy sponsors rather than direct Congressional appropriations. Casa de Lopez was a historical Adobe building in San Diego, California built in 1835. The Casa de Lopez site is a California Historical Landmark No. 60, listed on December 6, 1932. Casa de Lopez, often called the long House, built by Juan Francisco Lopez, a Spanish settler of San Diego. Casa de Lopez was one of the first large houses built in San Diego. Juan Matias Moreno lived in the house starting in 1846. Juan Matias Moreno as the secretary to 10th Governor of Alta California, Governor Pío Pico, the last Mexican governor. The house, with a current address of 3890 Twiggs Street, is now a restaurant in Old Town, San Diego. A Historical marker is on corner of Twiggs Street west of Congress Street built by the California State Park Commission.

Mission Hills is an upscale affluent neighborhood of San Diego, California, USA. It is located on hills just south of the San Diego River valley and north of downtown San Diego, overlooking Old Town, Downtown San Diego, and San Diego Bay. The area is primarily residential, with boutique shops and restaurants along Washington Blvd. West Lewis St. Shopping District and in other clusters. The oldest parts of the neighborhood were subdivided according to George Marston's 1908 plan, and still consist mainly of houses from the 1908-1930 period, in vernacular, Craftsman, Prairie School, Spanish Colonial Revival and other styles.

The Emmet House Site is a historical landmark designated by the San Diego, California government Historical Resources Board. The original construction started in the 1860s. Emmet House Site was constructed as a rooming house and restaurant and was later the location of San Diego's first County Hospital. The hospital operated during the 1870s. A coffin was stolen from the building in 1883. The building was demolished in 1949 but a historical marker has been placed at its original location. .It is one of over a dozen landmarks designated by the Historical Resources Board on November 4, 1970.

The Casa de Estudillo, also known as the Estudillo House, is a historic adobe house in San Diego, California, United States. It was constructed in 1827 by José María Estudillo and his son José Antonio Estudillo, early settlers of San Diego and members of the prominent Estudillo family of California, and was considered one of the finest houses in Mexican California. It is located in Old Town San Diego State Historic Park, and is designated as both a National and a California Historical Landmark in its own right.Besides being one of the oldest surviving examples of Spanish architecture in California, the house gained much prominence by association with Helen Hunt Jackson's wildly popular 1884 novel Ramona. The Casa de Estudillo is one of three National Historic Landmarks in Southern California that were closely tied to Ramona, a novel of Californio life shortly after the American acquisition of California; the other two are Rancho Camulos and Rancho Guajome.

Exchange Hotel, also called Tebbett's Place was is a historical building in San Diego, California built in 1851. The Exchange Hotel site is a California Historical Landmark No. 491, listed on October 10, 1951. The Exchange Hotel was built by George P. Tebbetts and his partner Philip Hooff. Tebbetts became the third mayor of San Diego in 1852. Lieutenant George H. Derby stand at the Exchange Hotel when he arrived in San Diego to plan the Derby Dike in 1853. Soon after Exchange Hotel opened on June 29, 1851, a group of Free Masons had a meeting. This was the first Freemasonry meeting in San Diego. The group started a lodge which became San Diego Lodge No. 35, F. & A.M., the oldest lodge in Southern California. Exchange Hotel became the Franklin House, when a third story was added to the Exchange Hotel by Messers Franklin. Joseph Mannasse owned the Franklin House for sometime. Racine & Laramie Tobacconist built both the Exchange Hotel and the Franklin House. The Franklin House was lost in an April 1872 fire, the site has been a vacant lot for sometime.

Casa de Pedrorena, also called Altamirano-Pedrorena House is a historical Adobe building in San Diego, California built in 1869. The Casa de Lopez site is a California Historical Landmark No. 70, listed on December 6, 1932. Casa de Pedrorena was the home of Miguel de Pedrorena. In 1838 Miguel de Pedrorena arrived in San Diego Viejo. Don Miguel was a member of the California Constitutional Conventions at Monterey, California in 1849. Monterey Convention of 1849 was the first California Constitutional Convention to take place, a major decidion of the convention was to ban slavery and set state boundaries. Pedrorena sister, Isabel de Altamirano, received the house in January 1871. Isabel de Altamirano married Jose Antonio Altamirano and they raised their family here. Jose Antonio Altamirano was born in 1835 in La Paz, Baja California. Jose Altamirano arrived in San Diego in 1849. In San Diego he did some mining and raised cattle in San Diego and Baja California. The house's current address, 2616 San Diego Ave in Old Town, San Diego. Casa de Pedrorena is the newest and last of Old Town San Diego's adobe houses.
