Frosard W. Budington House

The Middleburg United Methodist Church, formerly known as the Methodist Episcopal Church at Black Creek, is an historic church in Middleburg, Florida. On March 9, 1990, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

Designated as such on March 9, 1990, the District encompasses 3881 through 3895 Main Street, 2145 Wharf Street, and 2125 Palmetto Street. The George A. Chalker House (also known as the Edenfield House) is a historic house in the Middleburg Historic District, Middleburg, Florida. Located at 2160 Wharf Street, the Edenfield House is the only historic home in the district to not be located on Main Street. Built around 1897, it was originally designed in the Folk Victorian style, but was later remodeled to fit the Colonial Revival style that was popular in the early 1900s.In 1990, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

The Haskell-Long House is a historic house located at 3858 Main Street in Middleburg, Florida.

Middleburg High School is a high school located in Middleburg, Florida. It is a part of the Clay County School District. The athletic teams are known as the Broncos. During the 2010–2011 year there were 1,783 students. MHS lost almost 300 students following the 2009–2010 school year due to the new Oakleaf High School being built.

Middleburg is an unincorporated area and census-designated place (CDP) within Clay County in the U.S. state of Florida, located 26 miles (42 km) southwest of downtown Jacksonville and 16 miles (26 km) northwest of Green Cove Springs, the county seat of Clay County. As of the 2020 census, the population of Middleburg was 12,881, down from 13,008 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Jacksonville, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is home to Middleburg High School and to the Middleburg Historic District.
