The Jaffa Clock Tower (Hebrew: מגדל השעון יפו, Migdal haShaon Yafo, Arabic: يافا برج الساعة, Turkish: Yafa Saat Kulesi) stands in the middle of the north end of Yefet Street in Jaffa, Tel Aviv. The tower, built of limestone, incorporates two clocks and a plaque commemorating the Israelis killed in the battle for the town in the 1948 Arab–Israeli War.It is one of seven clock towers built in Ottoman Palestine. The others are located in Safed, Acre, Nazareth (though that one is significantly smaller), Haifa, Nablus. Jerusalem also had a clock tower built during the Ottoman period, but the British Field Marshal Sir Edmund Allenby, demanded its destruction as he would not see such a clear Ottoman symbol resting on the city wall of Jerusalem, for which he had much emotions.

The Avni Institute of Art and Design is an Israeli art school located in Tel Aviv. The institute is known for teaching and employing many well known Israeli artists and designers. The school was established in 1936 as the Studia by a group of Jewish artists. Among these founders was Aharon Avni, who became the first school director. After Avni's death the school was renamed the Avni Institute. In addition to an Avni graduate degree in several art and design branches, as well as in architecture, students at the school can receive a Bachelor of Arts degree in collaboration with the Open University of Israel. The Avni Institute occupies several buildings along the Eilat Road in South Tel Aviv. The buildings are named after notable teachers at the school who have died. The school includes a large gallery space where students exhibit their works. Around the school developed a major Israeli cluster of arts supplies businesses.

The Mahmoudiya Mosque (Arabic: جامع المحمودية, Hebrew: מסגד מחמודיה) is the largest and most significant mosque in Jaffa, now part of the larger city of Tel Aviv. It is composed of a complex of buildings arranged around two large courtyards and a third, smaller, courtyard. The buildings, gates, and courtyards were built at different stages throughout the 18th and 19th centuries while Palestine was under Ottoman rule.

The Jaffa railway station was the first railway station in the Middle East, serving as the terminus for the Jaffa–Jerusalem railway. The station was inaugurated in 1891 and closed in 1948; Between 2005 and 2009 the station was restored and converted to an entertainment and leisure venue, branded as The Station (HaTachanah). The grounds of the adjacent Israel Defense Forces History Museum are part of the historical station.

The Hotel Jerusalem was the first ever luxury hotel outside of old Jaffa. It operated between the years 1870 and 1940 and had 57 rooms that occupied 1899 square meters. It was located on Rehov Auerbach #6 in the historic American Colony that soon became known also as the German Colony. The hotel is an important landmark in the development of Jaffa in the second half of the 19th century by being the first hotel outside of Jaffa’s city walls. Currently the building is part of the top-end Drisco Hotel.

Immanuel Church (Hebrew: כנסיית עמנואל, Knesiyat Immanu'el; German: Immanuelkirche; Norwegian: Immanuelkirken) is a Protestant church in the American–German Colony neighbourhood of Tel Aviv in Israel. The church was built in 1904 for the benefit of the German Evangelical community, which it served until its dissolution at the onset of World War II in 1940. In 1955, the Lutheran World Federation transferred control of the church building to the Norwegian Church Ministry to Israel, and a new congregation started taking shape. Today the church is used by a variety of Protestant denominations as well as by Messianic Jews.

Siksik Mosque (Arabic: مسجد السكسك; Hebrew: מסגד סיכסיכ) is the mosque in Jaffa, Israel.

The American–German Colony (Hebrew: המושבה האמריקאית–גרמנית, HaMoshava HaAmerika'it–Germanit) is a residential neighborhood in the southern part of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. It is located between Eilat Street and HaRabbi MiBacherach Street and adjoins Neve Tzedek. It was originally established as an American colony, but when that failed, it was resettled and became a German Templer colony, which in time evolved into a mixed German Protestant colony.

Cinema of Palestine is relatively young in comparison to Arab cinema as a whole. Palestinian films are not exclusively produced in Arabic and some are even produced in English, French . The films of Palestinian director Elia Suleiman are Palestinian films.

The Alhambra Cinema is a former Palestinian-owned cinema on Jerusalem Boulevard in Jaffa, Israel, designed in the Art Deco style in 1937 by Lebanese architect Elias Al-Mor. Since 2012, the building is housing the "Ideal Center of Scientology for the Middle East", a main Scientology branch in the region. It was named after the Alhambra palace in Granada, Spain. It was active as an Arab cultural institution in Mandatory Palestine. It was again used as a cinema after the establishment of Israel, then as a theatre after 1963, but was eventually largely abandoned for decades until its restoration in 2010-2012.

The Arab-Hebrew Theater is a multilingual theater located in the Old Saraya House in the Old City of Jaffa. It serves as a stage for two theater companies working independently and together in two languages: Hebrew and Arabic. The Hebrew company is "Teatron Mekomi (Local Theater)", which was established in 1990 by Yigal Ezrati and Gabi Eldor, and the Arab company is "Al-Saraya", which was established in 1998. The theater is partially funded by the Ministry of Culture and the Tel Aviv Municipality. The theater has three arts directors: Mohammad Bakri, Yigal Ezrati, and Gabi Eldor.

The Israel Defense Forces History Museum (Hebrew: בתי האוסף, Batei HaOsef, lit. The Collection Houses) is a museum dedicated to the history of Israel's military, from the underground organizations active during the British Mandate for Palestine to the modern Israel Defense Forces. The museum was built in southern Tel Aviv, next to the Jaffa Railway Station. As of January 1, 2019, the museum is closed while it's being relocated to Latrun and is expected to reopen in 2021. The museum grounds were vacated by the Ministry of Defense in August 2019.
