SM City Tanza

Tanza, officially the Municipality of Tanza (Tagalog: Bayan ng Tanza), formerly known as Santa Cruz de Malabon, is a 1st class urban municipality in the province of Cavite, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 312,116 people. It has a land area of 95.59 square kilometers (36.91 sq mi), making it the third largest municipality by land area in the province. Tanza was awarded the "Seal of Good Financial Housekeeping" in 2011, 2012, 2018, 2019, and 2021 and the "Seal of Good Local Governance" in 2016 by the Department of the Interior and Local Government. The municipality was named 2014 most competitive in economic dynamism by the National Competitiveness Council, eighth most populous municipality (2015 NSO Census), and 15th largest Municipality Revenue Earner based on the 2016 Bureau of Local Government Finance Financial Report. Tanza is the place where Emilio Aguinaldo was sworn as the president of the revolutionary government of the Philippines, in front of the ancient Santa Cruz or Holy Cross (the titular of Tanza's main Catholic parish). Other officials elected at Tejeros Convention elections, including Mariano Trias as vice president, also took their oath with Aguinaldo. Also, Tanza was the birthplace of Felipe G. Calderon, the person who drafted the Malolos Constitution. Tanza is the home of Cavite Gateway Terminal, the first roll-on, roll-off barge terminal in the Philippines.

Tanza National Comprehensive High School ( Filipino: Masaklaw na Pambansang Mataas na Paaralan ng Tanza) is a public high school located at Daang Amaya II, Tanza, Cavite, Philippines. The school is abbreviated as TNCHS or simply Tanza High. It was established in the year 1949.

The Diocesan Shrine of Saint Augustine and Parish of Santa Cruz, commonly known as Holy Cross Parish or the Parish of Santa Cruz, is a Roman Catholic church in the municipality of Tanza, in the province of Cavite, Philippines. The shrine is under the jurisdiction of the Diocese of Imus. The patron saint of the town is Augustine of Hippo commonly known as "Tata Usteng". The Holy Cross serves as the titular patron. The town patronal feast is celebrated annually every August 28.

SM City Rosario is a shopping mall which was developed and is owned by SM Prime Holdings. It opened on November 20, 2009 and is the fourth SM Supermall in the province of Cavite, Philippines. It is located at General Trias Drive cor. Costa Verde Access Road, Tejeros Convention, in the town of Rosario. It has a gross floor area of 58,000 square metres (620,000 sq ft).

Cavite State University - CCAT Campus is one of the 11 satellite campuses of Cavite State University (CvSU), with its main campus located in Indang, Cavite. It is also known as CvSU-R and Cavite State University College of Arts and Trade. It is located at Brgy. Tejeros Convention, Rosario, Cavite and occupies 9.23 hectares (22.8 acres) of land. It is formerly known as Cavite College of Arts and Trades (CCAT).

Formerly known as Salinas, Rosario has an area of 5.6 square kilometers (2.2 sq mi), making it the most densely populated city/municipality in Cavite at 16,473 per km2. With the continuous expansion of Metro Manila, the municipality is now included in Manila conurbation which reaches Lipa, Batangas in its southernmost part. It is accessible by land and water transportation.

Saint Francis of Assisi Parish Church, also known as San Francisco de Malabon Parish Church and commonly known as General Trias Church, is the first Roman Catholic parish church of the municipality of General Trias in Cavite province in the Philippines. It is under the jurisdiction of the Diocese of Imus. Typical of towns established during the Spanish colonial period, the church is located at the plaza (town square) of General Trias, which was formerly called San Francisco de Malabon in honor of its patron saint, Saint Francis of Assisi.

General Trias ([hɛnɛˈɾal ˈtɾias]), officially the City of General Trias (Filipino: Lungsod ng General Trias), formerly known as San Francisco de Malabon is a 1st class component city in the province of Cavite, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 450,583 people.

On February 1, 2017 at around 6:00 p.m. (UTC +8), a fire hit the House Technology Industries, Ltd. factory inside the Cavite Export Processing Zone in General Trias, Cavite.

Amaya School of Home Industries (ASHI; Filipino: Paaralan ng mga Industriyang Pantahanan ng Amaya) is a public high school located at Sahud-Ulan, Tanza, Cavite, Philippines. The school was established by virtue of Republic Act No. 3987 which was approved on June 18, 1964.
