North Wilbraham station was located on Old Boston Post Road at Chapel Street in North Wilbraham, Massachusetts. The Western Railroad opened through Wilbraham in October 1839; it later became part of the Boston and Albany Railroad. Service to North Wilbraham and other intermediate stations on the line ended before 1960, through Amtrak's Lake Shore Limited still operates over the tracks.

The Ludlow Village Historic District encompasses part of a historic mill village, and the economic center of the town of Ludlow, Massachusetts beginning in the later years of the 19th century. The area started to take over from Ludlow Center as the center of economic importance with the arrival of jute mills on the Chicopee River. The district is roughly bounded by Winsor, Sewall and State Sts. and the Chicopee River. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.

The Broad Brook Canal is a water-supply canal feeding the Springfield Reservoir (a.k.a. the Ludlow Reservoir) in Ludlow, Massachusetts, a public water supply for the city of Springfield, Massachusetts. Its northern segment is also known as the Jabish Canal. The canal was first constructed circa 1875. It was 11,960 feet (3,650 m) in length, and fed the Springfield Reservoir at its eastern side with water collected in the Belchertown Reservoir and swamp. This water, however, was thought to be of poor quality, and thus in 1890–1891 the canal was extended north through the Belchertown Reservoir to Jabish Brook, east of Broad Brook. After this addition, the canal's total length was about 8 miles (13 km), of which 1,400 feet (430 m) ran through a cast-iron pipe (54 inches in diameter) across the Cherry Valley dam. The entire canal was worked to be 22 feet (6.7 m) wide at the surface, 8 feet (2.4 m) wide at the bottom, with a depth of 4.66 feet (1.42 m).

Wilbraham is a census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Wilbraham in Hampden County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 3,915 at the 2010 census, out of 14,868 in the town as a whole. It is part of the Springfield, Massachusetts Metropolitan Statistical Area.

The Ware River is a 35.4-mile-long (57.0 km) river in central Massachusetts. It has two forks, its West Branch, which begins in Hubbardston, Massachusetts, and its East Branch, which begins in Westminster, Massachusetts. The Ware River flows southwest through the middle of the state, joins the Quaboag River at Three Rivers, Massachusetts, to form the Chicopee River on its way to the Connecticut River. The Brigham Pond Dam, forming a pond of the same name, first impounds the West Branch of the Ware River in Hubbardston. The East Branch of the River originates north of Bickford Pond in Westminster, near the adjoining town of Princeton. Much of Hubbardston lies within the Ware River watershed and feeds tributaries of the Ware and Millers rivers, the Millers River running generally west, and the Ware River running generally southwest. The Ware River is part of the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority drinking water system serving the greater Boston area. There is also a flood control dam on the Ware River in Hubbardston and Barre. This dam was constructed by and is maintained by the US Army Corps of Engineers. Large sections of the Ware River Watershed are owned and/or maintained by the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation including 22,000 acres in the vicinity of the dam.

The Quaboag River is a 25.7-mile-long (41.4 km) river in Massachusetts that heads at Quaboag Pond in Brookfield at an elevation of 594 feet (181 m) above sea level. It flows west to the village of Three Rivers, Massachusetts, at an elevation of 290 feet (88 m).

Three Rivers is a village and former census-designated place (CDP) in the city of Palmer in Hampden County, Massachusetts, United States. It is part of the Springfield, Massachusetts Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is named for the confluence of the Ware and Quaboag rivers, which form the Chicopee River.

The Ludlow Center Historic District encompasses the historic village center of Ludlow, Massachusetts. Centered on the junction of Center, Church and Booth Streets, it is the site selected as the town center when Ludlow was established in 1774. Its notable structures include the Congregational Church (the third, a Romanesque structure built in 1859), the old town hall (more recently serving as the local grange hall), and a number of farmhouses that date to the first half of the 19th century. The area has remained a center of civic life in the town, even though its economic center moved later in the 19th century to Ludlow Village. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Sts. Peter and Paul Church (Polish: Kościół ŚŚ Piotra i Pawła w Three Rivers) is a Roman Catholic church, designated for Polish immigrants in Three Rivers, Massachusetts, United States. Founded in 1903, it is one of the Polish-American Roman Catholic parishes in New England in the Diocese of Springfield in Massachusetts. In 2010, the neighboring St. Anne Parish closed and merged with Sts. Peter and Paul Parish to form Divine Mercy Parish at Sts. Peter and Paul Church.

Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish - designated for Polish immigrants in Turners Falls, Massachusetts, United States. Founded 1909, it is one of the Polish-American Roman Catholic parishes in New England in the Diocese of Springfield in Massachusetts. The architect for the church was Donat R. Baribault of Springfield, MA

Ludlow High School is the public high school of Ludlow, Massachusetts, United States, located at 500 Chapin Street. It is next to Ludlow Town Hall. The high school is the only public high school in the town and services all of its residents. Ludlow high school normally scores close to the state average on standardized tests such as Massachusetts' MCAS and the SAT Reasoning Test. Ludlow High School is well known for its sporting teams in soccer, cross country, track and field, and wrestling. The town's most popular sport traditionally is soccer thanks to Ludlow's large Portuguese-American population. The high school's soccer team has won 18 Massachusetts state championships, with the most recent one in 2018, when they beat Wellesley Raiders 1-0 in the championship game with the game winning goal coming from the team's star player Mike Tuck Jr in OT. Ludlow's talent for soccer has been particularly clear in recent years, as they have made four straight appearances in the Massachusetts state championship game, winning three of them (2008, 2010, and 2011). The high school and town's tradition of soccer excellence earned it a spot in the National Soccer Hall of Fame in 1996.The cross country team also has won multiple Western Massachusetts championships in recent years, most recently in 2009. The track and field team saw great success with a streak of meet wins stretching seven seasons from 2003-2009. The school's wrestling team won the Western Massachusetts championship every year 1998-2004 and the state championship in 2003. The school plays Palmer in its annual Thanksgiving football game. The school's newspaper, titled The Cub, is student run and comes out monthly, it is distributed throughout the community to keep the citizens of the community informed about events at the school. The newspaper was in final consideration for an appearance on the MTV reality show The Paper. MTV also came to Ludlow High for auditions of Made but they did not select a participant.

The Academy Historic District is a historic district in the center of Wilbraham, Massachusetts. Its 65 acres (26 ha) encompass the historic center of Wilbraham, as well as the historic central portion of the campus of the Wilbraham & Monson Academy. It includes properties on Mountain Road (roughly the southern boundary of the district), Main Street, and Faculty Street. Wesleyan Academy was founded in 1817 and moved to Wilbraham in 1824; its oldest buildings date to 1825. It merged with Monson Academy in the 20th century to form the present school that occupies the academic premises. The academy was a major center of Methodist teaching in New England, and was a prominent factor in the town's growth.The main historic building of the academy is called the Old Academy, and is a large brick Federalist building designed by Enoch Mudge in 1825. It is a two-story building with a slate roof and a white clapboard belltower. Next to it is Fisk Hall, an 1851 two story building made of brick with sandstone trim; it is topped by a cupola. Binney Hall, built in 1854, is similarly a two-story brick building. The Smith Hall Gymnasium was built in 1896, and has Richardsonian Romanesque details and a hipped slate roof. The Alumni Memorial Chapel stands next to the Gymnasium; it was built in 1867 of red sandstone.In addition to the academy buildings, the district includes a number of civic and residential buildings, including the Old Meetinghouse (built 1793), which was originally designed as a meeting hall, but was converted in 1835 into a residential duplex. Adjacent to the Old Meetinghouse, is the Hearse House, an outbuilding that housed the town's hearses from 1890 to 1920. The district also includes a number of residences built mostly in the middle of the 19th century. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.
