Wrexham County Borough Museum (or simply Wrexham Museum) is a local history museum in Wrexham, Wrexham County Borough, Wales. It is located within County Buildings, alongside the Wrexham Archives and a proposed Football Museum for Wales. The building is located on Regent Street, in the city centre. The museum is managed by the Wrexham Heritage & Archives Service, which in turn, is operated by Wrexham County Borough Council as part of its Housing & Economy Department.

A national football museum dedicated to Welsh association football in Wrexham has been proposed by various politicians in both the Welsh Government and local councils, with Wrexham County Borough Council being the leading contender for a museum due to Wrexham's football heritage. The museum is currently in the planning stages and under current proposals, the museum is set to be within the pre-existing County Buildings on Regent Street, in Wrexham's city centre, alongside the Wrexham County Borough Museum and Archives.

Wrexham Archives and Local Studies (simply the Wrexham Archives; formerly A.N. Palmer Centre for Local Studies and Archives) holds the archives for the city of Wrexham. The archives are held at County Buildings, on Regent Street, Wrexham, and run by Wrexham County Borough Council as part of its Wrexham Archives and Local Studies Service. The centre was initially named after local Wrexham historian Alfred Neobard Palmer. The building is shared with Wrexham County Borough Museum and the archives opened in 2002.

The Cathedral Church of Our Lady of Sorrows, also known as St Mary's Cathedral or Wrexham Cathedral, is a Roman Catholic cathedral in Wrexham, Wales. It is the seat of the Bishop of Wrexham, and mother church of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Wrexham (founded in 1987).

2 Grosvenor Road, originally Brynhyfryd, is a Grade II listed building on Regent Street and Grosvenor Road, in Wrexham, North Wales. It was built in 1868, possibly by J.R. Gummow and is in a simplified Italianate villa style.

Grosvenor Lodge (later 1 Grosvenor Road) is a Grade II listed building on Regent Street and Grosvenor Road, in Wrexham, North Wales. It was built in 1869 by J.R. Gummow and is in an Italianate villa style. It was initially a private residence for Isacc Shone, later mayor of Wrexham. It was purchased by Wrexham council in 1924, in which it became initially an office, then later a medical clinic until the 1990s. It underwent a restoration in 2001.

Wrexham Central railway station (Welsh: Wrecsam Canolog) is the smaller of two railway stations serving the central area of Wrexham in Wales, the other being Wrexham General. The platform can accommodate a three car diesel train, but has room for platform extension. It is the southern terminus of the Borderlands Line, also known as the Wrexham-Bidston line, which links north-east Wales to Merseyside. The current station was constructed in 1998 within a retail park in Wrexham city centre known as Island Green. It replaced the first Central station, opened on 1 November 1887, which was a larger station located around 275 yards (250 metres) to the east. The older station closed on 23 November 1998 and the site was cleared as part of the retail development.

Island Green (Welsh: Y Werddon) is a historic brewing site in Wrexham city centre, North Wales, home to the former site of the Island Green Brewery. Following the closure of the brewery in 1931, and the abandonment of the site in the 1970s, the area was converted into a retail park in 1999, containing Wrexham Central railway station, as well as residences which utilised the former brewery buildings.

The School of Creative Arts (SCA; Welsh: Ysgol y Celfyddydau Creadigol) is the art school of Wrexham University on Regent Street, in Wrexham, North Wales. Situated in the former Wrexham Infirmary, a Grade II listed building built in 1838 to the designs of Edward Welch, the building operated as a hospital until 1926. The modern school houses a studio, workshop space and art shop in the building.

Wrexham bus station (Welsh: Gorsaf fysiau Wrecsam) is an eight-stand indoor bus station in Wrexham city centre on King Street. Services provide transit within the city, elsewhere in north Wales, and to Cheshire and Shropshire in England. The station sees over 180,000 departures per year, which the council says makes the station one of the "busiest in Wales".The facility forms part of the roadmap for the Welsh Government's North Wales Metro in the city and the region.

Grosvenor Road (Welsh: Ffordd Grosvenor) is a road and conservation area in Wrexham city centre, North Wales. The conservation area spans the road itself and adjacent streets, particularly all of Grove Road.

The Trinity Presbyterian Church is a presbyterian church in Wrexham, North Wales, part of the Presbyterian Church of Wales' Wrexham Mission Area. The church building was built and opened in 1908 to the Perpendicular Gothic designs of William Beddoe Rees. It is a Grade II listed building, covered in largely red brick and contains a tower.
