Llanion Halt railway station

Pembroke Dock Llanion was the name of a county electoral ward in the town of Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire, Wales. Llanion remains as a ward for elections to Pembroke Dock Town Council.

Pembroke Dock Military Cemetery is a burial ground for military personnel. It is located in Llanion, Pembroke Dock in Wales. It is the only dedicated military cemetery in Wales.The cemetery is believed to have opened around 1860, the date on its earliest graves. Forty Commonwealth service personnel who participated in the First World War and 33 from the Second World War are buried here. The most recent burial was in 1955. A Cross of Sacrifice within the cemetery grounds is used as a focal point for commemoration events. The cemetery was forced to close to the public in 2013, when a 20-foot-deep sinkhole opened up around the grave of Private Francis Ryan. The incident was believed to have been caused by water erosion of the limestone beneath Ryan's grave. The cemetery partially reopened in January 2014 with the affected area fenced off, before clay-cement grouting was used to fill in the sinkhole, allowing the cemetery to fully reopen in April 2014.The cemetery is owned by the Ministry of Defence and managed by the Defence Infrastructure Organisation group.

Pembroke Castle (Welsh: Castell Penfro) is a medieval castle in the centre of Pembroke, Pembrokeshire in Wales. The castle was the original family seat of the Earldom of Pembroke. A Grade I listed building since 1951, it underwent major restoration during the early 20th century.In 1093, Arnulf of Montgomery built the first castle at the site when he fortified the promontory beside the Pembroke River during the Norman invasion of Wales. A century later, the castle was given by Richard I to William Marshal, who became one of the most powerful men in 12th-century Britain. He rebuilt Pembroke Castle in stone, creating most of the structure that remains today. The castle is open to the public and is the largest privately owned castle in Wales.

The siege of Pembroke took place in 1648 during the Second English Civil War. In the engagement, Parliamentarian troops led by Oliver Cromwell sieged Pembroke Castle in Wales. The Castle had become a refuge for rebellious Parliamentarian soldiers after the end of the First English Civil War.

The Church of St Nicholas & St John, formerly the Priory Church of St Nicholas, is the parish church of Monkton, a village on the south bank of the Milford Haven Waterway, in south Pembrokeshire, Wales. The church's medieval origins link it to Monkton Priory, founded in the 11th century. It is a Grade I listed building.

Pembroke St Mary North is the name of an electoral ward in the town of Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, Wales. It covers the area of the town north of the Pembroke River and the Mill Pond.The ward elects a county councillor to Pembrokeshire County Council and four town councillors to Pembroke Town Council.According to the 2011 UK Census the population of the ward was 2,060.In July 2018 the sitting county councillor, David 'Dai' Boswell, was convicted and sentenced to 18 years in prison for rape and indecent assault. He resigned from his roles as county and town councillor. He had earlier resigned as mayor of Pembroke. A by-election was planned for 13 September 2018, with eight candidates putting themselves forward for the county council seat.

The Cleddau Bridge links Pembroke Dock with Neyland. After Haverfordwest and Milford Haven, Pembroke Dock is the third-largest town in Pembrokeshire being more populous than neighbouring Pembroke.
