Slivenec is a municipal district (městská část) in Prague, Czech Republic.

Prokop Valley (Czech: Prokopské údolí) is a recreational area in southwestern Prague, located in the districts of Barrandov, Holyně, Řeporyje, Stodůlky and Hlubočepy. It encompasses two streams, Dalejský potok and Prokopský potok, the latter of which is surrounded by a valley, despite the fact that it is much shorter. The area includes a natural reserve which encompasses a far wider area than the valley. In the valley there was once a limy open-cast mine, therefore a lake and a cave cropped up. The first attempts to gain lime were in the year 1860. The territory is equipped with benches.

Prague Towers (A and B) are two highrise residential buildings in Prague district Stodůlky, Czech Republic. They're located near Prokop valley and Dalejské údolí (valley). The nearest metro station is Lužiny, 600m far. This building were built by Czech developer Central Group. Both buildings have around 300 flats, height 65m, 21 floors. Towers were built in 2011.

Nové Butovice (Czech pronunciation: [ˈnovɛː ˈbutovɪtsɛ]) is a Prague Metro station on Line B. It was opened on 26 October 1988 as the western terminus of the extension of the line from Smíchovské nádraží. On 11 November 1994 the line was extended further to Zličín.

The most important local historical monument is the Church of St. Lawrence (Kostel svatého Vavřince), which was built in Romanesque style at the end of the 11th century. In 1872 the Smíchov – Hostivice railway line was built. The area is also served by Jinonice metro station on line B of the Prague Metro

Lochkov is a municipal district (městská část) in Prague, Czech Republic. It has 874 inhabitants as of 2021, and is located in the southwestern part of the city.

Deutsche Schule Prag (DSP; Czech: Německá Škola v Praze) is a German international school in Jinonice, District 5, Prague, Czech Republic. It includes levels kindergarten, grundschule (primary school), and gymnasium (secondary school).

Barrandov is a neighbourhood in southwest Prague, Czech Republic, located in the cadastral district of Hlubočepy, in Prague 5. It is situated on and around some rock formations above the Vltava River. Barrandov is known for its film industry and the film studios located in the old part of the district. The Czech national television services Nova and Barrandov TV broadcast from here. Old Barrandov consists of the villa quarter, Barrandov Terraces, and Barrandov Studios, and New Barrandov is located to the west of the old part. Barrandov has a population of about 20,000. A new tram line into New Barrandov was built in 2003. The name Barrandov is derived from the fossil-rich rocks that were studied by French geologist Joachim Barrande. The district was named in honour of Barrande on 24 February 1928.
