Mount Joy Township is a township in northwestern Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 9,873 at the 2010 census.

Conewago Creek is a 23.0-mile-long (37.0 km) tributary of the Susquehanna River in Lebanon, Dauphin, and Lancaster counties in Pennsylvania in the United States. The source is at an elevation of 1,100 feet (340 m) at Mount Gretna Heights in Lebanon County. The mouth is the confluence with the Susquehanna River at an elevation of 261 feet (80 m) at the border of Dauphin and Lancaster counties, just south of Three Mile Island in the river and just north of the unincorporated village of Falmouth in Conoy Township, Lancaster County.

Conewago is an unincorporated community in West Donegal Township in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, United States. Conewago is located at the intersection of Zeager Road and Bossler Road near Conewago Creek.

Elizabethtown station is an Amtrak railroad station on the Keystone Corridor in Elizabethtown, Lancaster County in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The station is served by Amtrak's Keystone Service between New York City and Harrisburg, and by the Pennsylvanian between New York and Pittsburgh. The station was built in 1915 by the Pennsylvania Railroad to replace another that had been built in 1900. The station building was closed in 1977 by Amtrak. The title to the building was transferred to the borough of Elizabethtown in 1998, and it was leased back to Amtrak. From 2009 to 2011, the station underwent a 21-month renovation to make it handicapped-accessible.

Kreider Shoe Manufacturing Company is a historic factory building located at Elizabethtown, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1905, and is a three- to four-story, "U"-shaped, brick building. It is 21 bays wide and 13 bays deep and sits on a rough limestone foundation. It housed the A.S. Kreider Shoe Manufacturing Company until 1954, after which it was used as a garment factory.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. The building was remodeled, and is now used for apartment dwellings.

Small factories existed at the turn of the 20th century when the population in 1900 was 1,861. As of the 2020 census, the population of the borough was 11,639. Elizabethtown is commonly referred to in south-central Pennsylvania as "E-Town." This nickname is also used for the local college and high school.

According to the Pennsylvania Budget and Policy Center, 20% of the district's pupils lived at 185% or below the Federal Poverty level as shown by their eligibility for the federal free or reduced price school meal programs in 2012. In 2009, the district residents' per capita income was $23,890 a year, while the median family income was $58,643. In Dauphin County, the median household income was $52,371. By 2013, the median household income in the United States rose to $52,100.Lower Dauphin High School students may choose to attend Dauphin County Technical School for training in the construction and mechanical trades. The district is served by Capital Area Intermediate Unit 15 which offers a variety of services, including a completely developed K-12 curriculum that is mapped and aligned with the Pennsylvania Academic Standards (available online), shared services, a group purchasing program, and a wide variety of special education and special needs services.

Deodate is located on east-to-west Route 341 in Conewago Township and the area code is 717. Route 743 runs north-to-south, forms the eastern boundary, and intersects 341 in Deodate.

Londonderry Township is a township in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 5,235 at the 2010 census.The township includes the Three Mile Island Nuclear Generating Station, the location of the largest accident in the history of the American nuclear power generating industry, which took place in 1979. The nuclear power plant closed in 2019.
