Siyahrud Rural District (Persian: دهستان سياهرود) is in the Central District of Tehran County, Tehran province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Tellow-e Bala, transferred from Bumahen. At the National Census of 2006, its population was 16,837 in 4,881 households. There were 17,503 inhabitants in 5,142 households at the following census of 2011. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,578 in 1,446 households. The most populous of its 21 villages was Mesgarabad, with 2,265 people.

Technical and Engineering Campus of Shahid Beheshti University (formerly known as Power and Water University of Technology) (PWUT) (Persian: دانشگاه صنعت آب و برق Dāneshgāh-e San'ate Aabo Bargh) is a state university of technology, engineering and science in Iran. PWUT is also the technical training center for power and water industries in Iran. Around 120 academic staff with 100 labs and workshops provide an environment for the education of trainees from regional electric companies, power plants, and water and wastewater companies. The university is in northeast of Tehran, Iran. It is named after Hassan Abbaspour, former Iranian Minister of Energy, who was killed in 1981. Programs are offered at Bachelors, Masters and PhD levels. In addition, PWUT conducts a short courses aimed at upgrading or refreshing the knowledge and skills of practitioners. PWUT is accredited by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran and administered by a board of trustees comprising academicians and representatives of national organizations professors.

Farhangsara Metro Station is the eastern end of Tehran Metro Line 2, in Iran. It was opened in 2010, with Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf attending the inauguration. It is located in Jashnvareh Street in Tehranpars neighborhood. The next station is Tehran Pars Metro Station.

Ruin Tan Aresh Hospital is a General Women's Hospital located in Tehranpars, an eastern suburb of Tehran in Iran. The hospital was founded in 1971 as Aresh Polyclinic at 126 Rashid Avenue, Tehran Pars, by Arbab Hormoz Aresh for his son (Rohinton Aresh), and bequeathed by him to the Red Crescent. The Ministry of Health took it over at the start of the Islamic Revolution, in 1978. In 1985, Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) took it over as an educational, research and treatment center for gynecology and obstetrics, with 128 active beds. As it was the only public hospital in an area of growing population, physical space became a limitation. The Foundation of the Deprived and War Veterans agreed with TUMS in 1991 on an extension. The new building and facilities with 120 beds opened in 2003 at Eastern 196th Street, 3rd Square, Tehran Pars. The hospital also now has a research center and educational office to support research projects. The Chairman of the hospital is Dr. Ashraf Moiini, MD, Gynecology, Obstetric and Infertility specialist. Its Director is Mohammad Reza Shahbazi Moghaddam, Msc.

Tehranpars Metro Station is the eastern end of Tehran Metro Line 2, in Iran. It is located in the junction of Resalat Expressway and Hojar-ibn Ady. It is between Farhangsara Metro Station and Shahid Bagheri Metro Station. This station has six escalators and two elevators.

Tehranpars or Tehran Pars (تهران‌پارس) is an absorbed city inside the Greater Tehran Area, located in the north east area of the city. It is considered a neighbourhood of Tehran City and lies in Tehran's eastern flank inside the area of the 4th and 8th municipalities of Tehran. In 1977, squatted areas in Tehranpars were evicted on the order of the state.

Sorkheh Hesar National Park (Persian: پارک ملی سرخه‌حصار) lies with an area of 9,380 hectares (23,200 acres) and stands at an altitude of 1,547 metres (5,075 ft) above sea-level, near by Ray - Tehran 20th District, Tehran, Iran. The whole of this forest park, except the northeastern part has been managed by Iran Environmental Protection Organization since 1980. The major portion of this territory is a base for migrating birds during winter.

Narmak (Persian: نارمک) is a neighbourhood in north-east Tehran, the capital of Iran. Located in the 4th and 8th regions, it has 100 little squares named by numbers like "Meidan 68" (68th Square) which some of them are big squares like Haft Hoz and Resalat. The largest square in Narmak is 100th square and the smallest is 99th square. Some famous streets like Ayat, Hengam, Farjam, Dardasht, Golbarg, Samangan, Ghanbarian, and the Resalat Expressway are located in this neighbourhood. The Iran University of Science and Technology is based in Narmak. There are four metro stations in Narmak named Elm-o-Sanat University, Sarsabz, Golbarg and Fadak. Narmak borders Shemiran-no to the north, Tehranpars to the east, Shamsabad to the west, and Vahidieh and Tehranno to the south.

Supreme National Defense University (Persian: دانشگاه و پژوهشگاه عالی دفاع ملی و تحقیقات راهبردی, romanized: Daneshgah-e 'ali-ye Defa'-e Melli va Tahqiqat-e Rahbordi, lit. 'National Defense University and Institute for Strategic Research'), acronymed DĀʿĀ (Persian: داعا), is an Iranian University located in Tehran. Subordinate of General Staff of Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the university is dedicated to doctoral-level work on military doctrine, applied defense sciences and management.

Supreme National Security Council (SNSC; Persian: شورای عالی امنیت ملی Showrāye Āliye Amniyate Mellī also Supreme Council for National Security) is the national security council of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The current secretary of the Supreme National Security Council is Ali Akbar Ahmadian. He was appointed to position of secretary by President Ebrahim Raisi on 22 May 2023. The council was formed for the protection and support of national interests and Islamic revolution and territorial integrity and national sovereignty of the country. This institution was founded during the 1989 revision of the constitution. The responsibilities of the council are defined by the constitution as: Determining the defense and national security policies of the country within the framework of general policies determined by the Leader. Coordination of political activities, intelligence, social, cultural and economic fields relating to general policies of defense and national security. Exploitation of material and intellectual resources of the country for facing the internal and external threats.
