The Allen–West House is an historic house at 153 George Street in Barrington, Rhode Island. The main block of the two story timber-frame house was built c. 1763 by Joseph Allen, a housewright. It is one of the older houses in Barrington, hearkening to the days when it was still part of Swansea, Massachusetts, and is a well-preserved rare example of a vernacular square house plan. The house stands amid grounds that were farmed from the 17th to the 20th centuries by the owners of this house, who included members of the Allen family until the mid-19th century, and the Wests until the mid-20th. The house has had two major additions: a kitchen ell added to the east in the 19th century and extended in the 1950s, and a c. 1920s single-story enclosed porch on the west side.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.

The Barneyville Historic District is a predominantly residential historic district on Old Providence and Barneyville Roads in northwestern Swansea, Massachusetts. The area was the site of a successful shipbuilding operation during the early 19th century, and then became a local center for jewelry making. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

The Martin House is a historic house in Seekonk, Massachusetts, United States. The house is a frame structure with clapboard exterior. It is two and a half stories, plus an 18-foot square monitor above. It has an entrance porch with two Doric columns. There are eight rooms distributed around a central hall plan. The house was built c. 1799–1801, and is stylistically similar to houses built at the time in Newport, Rhode Island. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.

WHJJ (920 kHz, "News Radio 920 & 104.7 FM") is a commercial radio station in Providence, Rhode Island. It carries a talk radio format and is owned by iHeartMedia, Inc. The studios and offices are on Oxford Street in Providence. WHJJ transmits 5,000 watts around the clock. The transmitter site is off Wampanoag Trail (Rhode Island Route 114) in East Providence. A single non-directional tower is used during the day, providing at least secondary coverage to all of Rhode Island and the Massachusetts South Coast. At night, WHJJ switches to a directional antenna using a two tower array to protect other stations on 920kHz and adjacent frequencies. Programming is also relayed by FM translator W284BA on 104.7 MHz, as well as 93.3 WSNE-FM HD2.

The First Baptist Church and Society is a historic Baptist church in Swansea, Massachusetts. The congregation, founded in 1663, is the oldest Baptist congregation in Massachusetts and one of the oldest in the United States. The congregation was founded in 1663 by John Myles as the first Baptist congregation in Massachusetts, and Myles brought the Ilston Book with him from Swansea in Wales. The congregation in Swansea, Massachusetts was located relatively nearby the First Baptist Church in America in Providence. The current Greek Revival meeting house was constructed in 1848 and is the fifth building occupied by the congregation. The adjacent cemetery dates to 1731. The building and cemetery were added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

Barrington Christian Academy (BCA) is private Christian school in Barrington, Rhode Island, United States. The school started in the 1979–1980 school year by the neighboring Barrington Baptist Church and was made into an elementary and middle school containing grades K-8. From 1984–1986, the school incorporated a high school. Due to budget issues, the high school was discontinued and the school was left with grades K-8. At the beginning of the 2005 school year, the BCA board began to discuss the possibility of re-establishing the high school. The following year, a freshmen class of eleven students enrolled. Presently, the high school has been established for over 8 years. During the 2007–2008 school year, the building underwent major construction to add an addition to be used primarily for the high school classes and to provide enhanced teacher workspaces and a counseling office. The addition contains four classrooms, a science lab, a conference room, a music room, and a new library to be enjoyed by the entire school. The Barrington Christian Academy is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and the New England Association of Schools & Colleges. During 2007, BCA also gained permission to receive I20's from foreign students.

Belton Court (also known as Ferrin Hall, Barrington College, Gibson Memorial Building, and Peck Mansion) is a historic estate on Middle Highway in Barrington, Rhode Island. The mansion was built for Frederick Stanhope Peck, a businessman, socialite, and Rhode Island political figure. Later in the twentieth century, the mansion and surrounding property served as the campus for Barrington College and the Zion Bible Institute. At its peak, Belton Court served as the mansion for the 800-acre Peck estate. Encompassing roughly 55,000 square feet, the mansion was constructed over the course of thirty years from 1905 to 1928. The initial 1905 segment (the current eastern wing) was designed by Martin & Hall, an esteemed Providence architectural firm. The expansive 1927–1928 north and west additions were designed by George Frederic Hall, that firm's successor.The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. Since 2011, Belton Court and the surrounding structures have been predominately vacant.

The Luther House is a historic house in Swansea, Massachusetts. It is a 1+1⁄2-story gambrel-roofed wood-frame house, five bays wide, with a central chimney and wooden shingle siding. Its main facade is symmetrically arranged, with a center entrance that has a transom window above. An ell extends to the right side, and dormers in the roof are a later addition. The house was built c. 1740, probably by Hezekiah Luther, son of John Luther, the first of that name to settle the area. It was long associated with the Luthers, a locally prominent family, whose members owned this house until the mid-20th century.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

Barrington College was a four-year Christian liberal arts college located in Barrington, Rhode Island. It is no longer in operation.
