UNCW Soccer Stadium is a 3,000-capacity stadium located in Wilmington, North Carolina. The stadium is home to the University of North Carolina Wilmington Seahawks men's and women's soccer teams.

The University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW or UNC Wilmington) is a public research university in Wilmington, North Carolina. It is part of the University of North Carolina System and enrolls 17,499 undergraduate and graduate students each year. It is classified among "R2: Doctoral Universities – High research activity".Founded on September 4, 1947, Wilmington College opened as a junior college, primarily providing education to World War II veterans. The school became a four-year liberal arts college in 1963, following legislation from the North Carolina General Assembly. In 1969, the college became a university and was renamed as the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Today, it has three campuses with the main campus in Wilmington, an extension campus in Jacksonville, North Carolina, and the Center for Marine Science near Myrtle Grove.

The Cameron School of Business is the business school of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in Wilmington, North Carolina, United States. It currently enrolls 1,680 undergraduate students and 175 graduate students. Although UNCW was established in 1947, the first bachelor's degrees were not awarded until the mid 1960s. In 1979, the Department of Business and Economics became the Cameron School of Business. All of Cameron School of Business' degree programs are fully accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). This recognition places the college in the top 30% of business education programs. The graduate programs include the Professional Master of Business Administration (MBA), the International Master of Business Administration, the Master of Science in Accountancy, and the Master of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems.UNCW was recognized by The Princeton Review as one of the best institutions in the nation to attend to pursue a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) degree. The Professional MBA program in UNCW's Cameron School of Business is listed in the 2016 edition of The Princeton Review's "Best 295 Business Schools."

Trask Coliseum is a 5,200-seat multi-purpose arena in Wilmington, North Carolina.The coliseum was opened in 1977 and named after Raiford Graham Trask, a trustee of Wilmington College. It is home to the University of North Carolina at Wilmington Seahawks basketball team, as well as some graduations for New Hanover County high schools. The hard rock group Cinderella performed at the arena on September 1, 1989.

Isaac Bear Early College High School, also called Isaac Bear, is a selective-enrollment school at 630 MacMillan Avenue, Wilmington, North Carolina. The premises are situated on UNCW campus and were founded in the auditorium of Annie H. Snipes Elementary school in the year 2006. New Hanover County Schools operates this school with the support of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and the Gates Foundation. Students must apply to attend this school; no more than 100 submissions are accepted per year. As of the 2008–2009 school year, only 62–63 students were accepted. The program allows for students to work and earn up to 60 college credits, which, on average, are worth about $15,210. The University of North Carolina at Wilmington Arboretum, also known as the UNCW Arboretum, is an arboretum being developed on the University of North Carolina at Wilmington campus in Wilmington, North Carolina. The arboretum was established in 1991, with a master plan drawn up in 1997.

Audubon Trolley Station is a historic trolley station located at Wilmington, New Hanover County, North Carolina. It was built in 1911, and is a small reinforced concrete shelter in the Mission Revival style. It consists of four reinforced concrete walls radiating out from a central point to form a Greek cross in plan. The replacement roof is covered by rounded terra cotta tile glazed with a green color. The trolley line to Wrightsville Beach ceased operating in 1940.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.
