Lui Seng Chun

St. Francis Xavier's College (SFXC; Chinese: 聖芳濟書院 or 聖芳濟 in short) is a Catholic secondary school for boys, located in Tai Kok Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The school in Kowloon was founded in 1955, having moved from Shanghai, China. Except for lessons in foreign languages and Chinese, most lessons are taught in English.

Prince Edward is an area between Tong Mi and Mong Kok surrounding Prince Edward station in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Named after Prince Edward Road West, the Prince Edward station of the MTR rapid transit system is an interchange station on the Tsuen Wan and the Kwun Tong lines.

The Hung Shing Temple, Tai Kok Tsui (Chinese: 大角咀洪聖殿) or Hung Shing Temple, Fuk Tsun Street (福全街洪圣庙) is a Hung Shing Temple located at No. 58 Fuk Tsun Street (福全街), in the Tai Kok Tsui area of Hong Kong. It is the only Hung Shing temple in urban Kowloon.

Prince Edward is a station of the MTR rapid transit system in Hong Kong. It is located in Mong Kok, Kowloon, under the intersection of Nathan Road and Prince Edward Road West. The station is named after this road.

Boundary Street is a three-lane one-way street in Kowloon, Hong Kong. It runs in an easterly direction from its start at the intersection with Tung Chau Street in the west, and ends at its intersection with Prince Edward Road West in the east, near the former Kai Tak Airport.

Tong Mi Road (Chinese: 塘尾道) is a throughfare running north–south through Sham Shui Po, Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei in Hong Kong. It is a major road housing the West Kowloon Corridor above it, making it one of the busiest roads in Kowloon. This road is commonly viewed as the border between Tai Kok Tsui and Mong Kok.

Lime Stardom (Chinese: 形品·星寓; Jyutping: jing4 ban2 , seng1 jyu6) is a residential and commercial building located at 1 Larch Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and the Urban Renewal Authority.The development has been described as a "boutique apartment". It is 165 metres tall and 37 storeys with 377 units including studio flats, one- to three-bedroom apartments and special penthouse units. It also contains a shopping arcade.

Allied Plaza (Chinese: 聯合廣場) is a shopping mall located at the intersection of Nathan Road and Nullah Road in Mong Kok, Yau Tsim Mong District, Hong Kong next to Prince Edward station.

14 Nam Cheong Street (Chinese: 为群公寓) is a 6-story building in Hong Kong completed in 1964. The building is a fourth-gen tong lau. It is a corner house. The building is located in Sham Shui Po District in West Kowloon, at the junction of Nam Cheong Street and Boundary Street. It is busy with people and the units inside are very small.

Metro Harbour View (Chinese: 港灣豪庭; Jyutping: gong2 waan1 hou4 ting4) is a private housing estate at the intersection of Tai Kok Tsui Road (Chinese: 大角咀道) and Fuk Lee Street (Chinese: 福利街) in Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, within walking distance to the MTR Olympic station.Formerly the Yaumati Ferry shipyard and HYFCO Industrial Building in Tai Kok Tsui, it was jointly developed by Henderson Land Development and Hong Kong Ferry (Holdings) Company Limited in 2003. The development consists of 10 blocks of residential buildings into 2 phases, divided into 3,520 residential units, plus a 2-storey commercial arcade and about 1,100 car parking spaces.

West Kowloon Corridor is part of Route 5 in Hong Kong. Bypassing existing surface roads in West Kowloon, it connects Lai Chi Kok Road in Cheung Sha Wan with the Gascoigne Road Flyover near Yau Ma Tei. The highway was built in 4 phases: Phase 1 (1977) consists of a flyover 1.2 km (0.75 mi) long, linking Gascoigne Road and Ferry Street. This section is characterised by the section of road going through Yaumatei Carpark Building. Phase 2 (1983) includes flyovers between Cherry Street in Tai Kok Tsui and Yen Chow Street in Sham Shui Po. It runs on separate viaducts in each direction: southbound traffic goes over Tung Chau Street and Tong Mi Road, while northbound traffic goes over Cherry Street and Tai Kok Tsui Road before merging over Tung Chau Street. Phase 3 (1987) carries on over Tung Chau Street to meet Lai Chi Kok Road in Cheung Sha Wan. Phase 4 was completed in 1997, connecting the flyovers of phases 1 and 2.To make way for the new Fu Cheong Estate, the off-slips at the old terminus on Yen Chow Street were demolished; they have yet to be replaced. Many red public minibus routes which serve between New Territories West (Yuen Long, Tuen Mun, Tsuen Wan or Kwai Chung) and Kowloon South (Mong Kok or Jordan Road) or Hong Kong Island are routed via West Kowloon Corridor so as to provide faster routes to Mong Kok, Yau Ma Tei and Jordan to avoid traffic congestion in Sham Shui Po.
