San Fiorano

The Trebbia (stressed Trèbbia; Latin: Trebia) is a river predominantly of Liguria and Emilia Romagna in northern Italy. It is one of the four main right-bank tributaries of the river Po, the other three being the Tanaro, the Secchia and the Panaro. Along its eastern banks in 218 BC was fought one of the battles of the Second Punic War: the Battle of Trebbia, where Hannibal defeated a Roman consular army. The 1,150-square-kilometre (440 sq mi) drainage basin is divided among Emilia Romagna, 770 square kilometres (300 sq mi), Liguria, 349 square kilometres (135 sq mi), and Lombardy, 31 square kilometres (12 sq mi). Its principal tributaries are the torrents Aveto and Perino (from the right) and the torrent Boreca (from the left).

San Bartolomeo is a Baroque-style Roman Catholic church, now deconsecrated, located on 48 Via San Bartolomeo in the city of Piacenza in Italy. This church was owned by the Gesuati (Jesuati) until 1668, when the religious order was suppressed. Some 28 years later, the church and convent was then assigned to the Augustinian Discalced Eremitani order. They refurbished the structure order, employing the architect Francesco Croce to design the present edifice, built in 1754–1763. The Augustinians remained here till the monastery was suppressed in 1805, and the church became a parish church. An inventory from 1842 noted the first altarpiece on the right, depicting a Holy Family was painted by Roberto da Longe and Federigo Ferrari. Next to the main altar is a large 16th century altarpiece by Luca Cattapane depicting the Resurrection. In the choir, the depiction of St Anthony was painted by Carlo Francesco Nuvoloni. The painting of the Virgin and Chile with St Sigismond was painted by Giovanni Rubini. Near the altar dedicated to St Anne is a St Augustine painted by Federigo Ferrari, who also painted the medallions in the cupola, one depicting the Life of St Bartholemew.

The Casa del Mutilato is a government office located on Piazza Alessandro #11, adjacent to the former Chiesa del Carmine, in Piacenza, region of Reggio-Emilia, Italy. The building, erected during 1939–1941 to house offices of the Associazione Nazionale fra Mutilati ed Invalidi di Guerra (ANMIG), which aided men wounded in Italian wars. It also serves as a chapel or monument. The building designed by Alfredo Soressi, and is peppered with fascist imagery and reliefs honoring patriotic sacrifice.The entrance consists of a cylindrical projection with a portal flanked by two severe columns topped by eagles, recalling the Aquila atop some Ancient Roman standards. Above the door is a heraldic shield with three swords. The metal gate at the entrance has relief panels of soldiers leaving their family, and being rescued in battle. The walls and columns are given detail by rusticated surfaces.
