San Giorgio della Richinvelda

Provesano is a frazione of the comune of San Giorgio della Richinvelda, in the province of Pordenone in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy. The name Provesano is of Roman origin; it consists of Probus or (Publicius) and the suffix –anu, indicating the landed property.

The Castle of Zoppola is an 11th-century castle in Zoppola, in the Province of Pordenone in the Italian region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. In 1103, the castle was given to the Zoppola family. By 1405, it came to be owned by the patriarch of Aquileia, Antonio Panciera, who later became Cardinal. It still belongs to the family. The main tower was partially rebuilt in 1900, but was broken again in the 1976 Friuli earthquake. The castle was once surrounded by a triple ring of walls with moats.In the interior courtyard are frescoes by Pomponio Amalteo. The interior has frescoes by Giovanni Battista Tiepolo, Pietro Longhi, and Giovanni da Udine (attributed).

Codroipo (Italian: Stazione di Codroipo) is a railway station serving the town of Codroipo, in the region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, northern Italy. The station opened on 21 July 1860 and is located on the Venice–Udine railway. The train services are operated by Trenitalia.

Villa Manin (Friulian: Vile Manin) is a Venetian villa located in the comune of Passariano in Codroipo, Friuli Venezia Giulia, in northeastern Italy. It was the private, country residence of the last Doge of Venice, Lodovico Manin. Napoleon Bonaparte and Joséphine de Beauharnais lived there for about two months in 1797. Many negotiations for the Treaty of Campoformio between Napoleonic France and the Habsburg Austria were conducted here and the treaty was signed at the Villa on 17 October 1797. The Villa Manin was restored in the mid and late 1960s after it, together with about 18 acres of parkland, was sold to the Region of Venzia Friuli Giulia by the Manin family for a nominal sum. Since then, it has hosted numerous popular music concerts by major international acts and was the site of three episodes of Jeux sans frontières. It was used as a contemporary art centre and museum for several years and hosted major international exhibitions, and it now also houses currently the Roberto Capucci Foundation’s collection.

Cordenons is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Pordenone in the Italian region Friuli-Venezia Giulia, located about 90 kilometres (56 mi) northwest of Trieste and about 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) northeast of Pordenone. Rivolto Air Base (IATA: none, ICAO: LIPI) is an Italian Air Force (Aeronautica Militare) air base located in Codroipo, province of Udine (Italy). It is the home base of the Frecce Tricolori aerobatic display team. Besides a military airport it is an important air force Meteorological Service station. Rivolto Air Base was founded after the Italian Royal Decree N. 2207 of 1923, authorised the establishment of new airports and expropriate land for their construction.
