Parque García Sanabria is a public urban park in the heart of Santa Cruz de Tenerife in Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain). It was inaugurated in 1926. It is a large garden area, combined with fountains and architectural groups. The park is listed as a site of cultural interest in the Government of the Canary Islands. Its name derives from the Mayor Garcia Sanabria, who approved its construction. It is the largest urban park in the Canary Islands. It has an area of 67,230 square metres (723,700 sq ft). In 1973 an international sculptural exposition took place there. Some sculptures, thirteen or so, were displayed on that occasion to adorn all corners and walks in the park.

Historic Masonic Temple of Santa Cruz de Tenerife is a Masonic Temple located in the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain), on Calle San Lucas. The building was constructed for use by the Añaza Lodge between 1899 and 1902. It is considered one of the main Masonic temples in Spain, and the first in the Canary Islands. It is considered the finest example of Masonic Temple in Spain and was the greatest Masonic Temple in Spain before Franco's military occupied the site.

Santa Cruz Bullring (Spanish: Plaza de toros de Santa Cruz de Tenerife) is a bullring in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. Opened in 1893, it hosted its last bullfight in 1983. After being used for a variety of other events it closed in 2003, and is now vacant, with potential plans to redevelop it. It was listed as a Bien de Interés Cultural in 2014.

The Museo Municipal de Bellas Artes de Santa Cruz de Tenerife is a museum of fine arts located in the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain). Its headquarters are located in the rear of the Church of St. Francis of Assisi. The museum dates back to 1840, when the city agreed to make some boxes to preserve flags from the French Revolutionary Wars. The building is of a classical style and was established in early 1929 by the architect Eladio Laredo. The exterior is decorated with ten different busts of the illustrious of Tenerife. The museum has fourteen rooms that have a background as a repository of works from the Prado Museum in Madrid. The museum houses an art collection ranging from sixteenth-century Flemish to twentieth-century paintings, as well as a sample of sculptures and crafts. The "Tríptico de Nava y Grimón" by the Flemish painter Pieter Coecke is one of the most notable parts of the collection. Other noteworthy works are those by Canarian painter Juan de Miranda, Afonso Gaspar de Quevedo, Jose Rivera and Cristóbal Hernández de Quintana, among others.

The Chicharro Sculpture or Allegorical sculpture the Chicharro it is a bronze sculpture of a horse mackerel (Trachurus trachurus), located in the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain), which has become one of its most beloved symbols. Originally the sculpture was donated to the city by the Venezuelan Cultural Association's "Liqui-Liquis" and the city of Santa Cruz and the island of Tenerife gift. He settled in 1979 in a place that was later called Square of Chicharro. In 2000 the statue was stolen and billed to Valencia, where it narrowly escaped being melted for scrap metal. Despite this the original image was found in very bad condition, so the current replica is created only preserved the original image of the wave that seems to be jumping fish, this wave was included in the new sculpture. The current sculpture as above is made from bronze, it weighs approximately 600 kilos and is located since November 2003 on a basalt stone.At present, the sculpture is a symbol that gives its name to the inhabitants of the capital and the island; Chicharrero.

The Iglesia de San Francisco de Asís (Church of St. Francis of Assisi) is a Catholic church located in the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain). This church was originally a Franciscan convent and is now the second most important church of the city, after the Church of the Conception. The present church was completed in 1680 and notable for the large number of works of art he owns. The church has three naves and is one of the best examples of Baroque architecture in the Canary Islands. Although the church is most famous because it is home to the miraculous image of the Señor de las Tribulaciones, a small picture that represents Jesus Christ, which is famous because after a cholera epidemic and morbidity in 1893, we made a procession with this image through the streets of the city and the epidemic stopped miraculously. Galcerán Bridge (Spanish: Puente Galcerán) is a bridge in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. Conceived in 1904, it was constructed between 1926 and 1928, and officially opened on 19 October 1928 during a visit of Miguel Primo de Rivera to Tenerife. It was the third bridge to span the Barranco de Santos. It was refurbished in 2018.

The Battle of Santa Cruz de Tenerife was a minor military action of the War of the Spanish Succession during which an English fleet of 13 ships under the command of Admiral John Jennings attempted unsuccessfully to seize the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Jennings previously relied on the English triumphs in the Iberian Peninsula demanding recognition for the sovereignty of Charles II of England over the Canary Islands, but their offers were rejected.
